I reccomend this service to everyone

Thank you shedul for making my booking experience with clients a professional and straightforward one. As a lot of my customers have explained, this system is idiot proof, anyone can use it even people that are not great with technology, straightforward and no messing around

Vorteile

I love the ease of bookings, clients find it extremely easy, it's an attractive booking site, if it is eveb possible for a booking system to be attractive! But easy to navigate and has increased my business bookings by na incredible amount.

Nachteile

The only bad part, this is the part that holds the entire system back is not being able to take booking fees directly through the system, I understand the data protection and software behind this is very complex but its sadly the reason I am leaving this system and will hopefully be back once that feature has been ruled out and is working

Great App

Vorteile

Fresha was very easy to set up. They constantly improve features and take suggestions.

Nachteile

The least thing I liked was they switched to being a paid app, but it’s still one of the best

why haven't I used this sooner

I had previously paid a fortune for salon software via a large uk company so when that expired I didn't feel as a small salon I could justify the ongoing costs. I came across this online whilst researching my options and thought` at first it was too good to be true.... whats the catch? went ahead and downloaded and am amazed with the superb standard and professionalism that comes with this software. The booking system is up to, and in fact exceeds my previous company as i can process a call and booking in less than half the time of isalon. The ability to loose the large desktop and all the wires from reception to replace with an iPad is so much better. we have yet to attempt to link up my cash drawer and receipt printer yet but have had excellent help and feedback from email support so feel confident i will get this resolved. One area it does lack in for me is holding details on a database of colours used etc on each client. Would love to see a more comprehensive client record card that i can hold more information such as last skin test etc

All in all its excellent and i would recomend to any salon large or small

Amazing Scheduling App

Great user-friendly system and features. Amazing app!

Vorteile

Recently switched the Shedul as it offers more features that my previous app didn’t have such as categorized services when online booking, colour-coded services, daily reports, inventory, analytics, etc.

Nachteile

I wish there was a feature to also have a 1hr text reminder along with the 24/48hr e-mail reminder. My clients really appreciated that feature my old app provided.

Amazing Clinic software

Vorteile

Easy to use, Accessibility, Functionality, Customer Service and support, clients and penitent history and form, Price and in short all the best comes in one unique software.

Nachteile

Intervals time can be reduced to 5 minutes to increase availability and menu option can be improved too, however, it’s still amazingly good.

Absolutely Stunning!!

We are a small makeup studio in a small town. We used to write all of our appointments in a physical appointment book (prehistoric I know). But once my boss hired me (her first and only employee) the faults of our system became apparent. We fell upon Shedul and we could have never guessed on the things we were missing out on! The system was so easy for me to learn and to teach to my boss, and I have never used a scheduling system before! I had a problem in the very beginning and wrote them a message and they responded so fast! I continue to stay active in their suggestions area of the program. This is where you are able to vote on what you want to see through the development of the system. They keep you updated if they are working on something you want and notify you every time they add something, and they add something new often! We are able to schedule multiple employees and have endless clients. There is perks to the program that we have yet to use, you can set up all of your products and keep track of everything you sell as well as allow your clients to schedule themselves through online booking! We will try out everything this site has to offer in due time but were happy with the ease of everything basic right now. The site gives us stats on everything from the amount of appointments an employee has, to keeping track of all of the money that a client has spent at the studio and how many appointments they have had since being put in the system. Our clients absolutely love that they get automatic text messages every time they make/cancel/reschedule an appointment. They also get reminders that we set for 24 hours before their appointment, since using this we have had NO MORE no shows! Which is very motivating to such a small company. There is not enough we can say about this company and their staff, they go above and beyond to answer all questions as well as continually develop this awesome program!

Love this software

FABULOUS

I have been already recommending this program to everyone I know who uses booking systems. So if you’re thinking of trying this, think no more. DO IT :)

Vorteile

This software is SO easy to set up, the staff have been more then helpful with helping to transfer all my clients over to this new system from my old. The organization on the program is incredible. The layout is beautiful. I am switching over from mindbody, and could be more excited. If you are using Mindbody, they almost look the same, dare I say Shedul is more appealing. So happy with this program. You have everything you need to run your business. Can’t wait for the app!

Nachteile

Is there any?! Nope :) however I did ask about an app, they are working on that. But for now, saving it to your home screen works just fine!

Great & Still Getting Better!

We switched from another app that went from being free to charging a month with only a two-week notice before the change. We were worried about getting into the same situation, as we weren't sure how Shedul would make money. However, the FAQ explains that right now, accounts are free and whoever makes one now keeps it free forever. Eventually, they'll start charging new accounts, but everyone who gets one now while they're growing never has to pay a cent!!

We came to Shedul because of some of the convenient features, especially the ability to have all the daily schedules pulled up at the same time on the computer!! The other app we had required that you log out of the person's profile and then log into to another one. This app allows you to have one salon account with everybody's profile. You can even link their email to the account and give them certain permissions so they can alter what you feel comfortable with, while you maintain control of some of the managerial aspects. We've had very few issues with Shedul, and so far, we're loving it!

It's really easy for the receptionists to use! I recommend if you have someone tech savvy, have them look it over and then instruct people on it because I did find most of the people at my salon were too familiar with the old program and needed a small push to get started with Shedul. But now it seems they enjoy it!

It's still being developed at this time, so I think there are some features that ought to be added in, but even as it stands, it's an *amazing* scheduling service. (And if you have any ideas or need help, they have a fairly large button in the bottom right of the screen where you can ask questions or leave a suggestion!)

Amazing software. And its FREE!!

Amazing product and completely free. It has given me the flexibility that other -paid for- booking systems just didn't offer. It's a feat of programming genius and all for the amazing cost of £0.00. The support staff have been fast and efficient. If you haven't already tried Shedul, GET IT NOW! :)

We have tried several booking systems to run our clinic booking requirements and none have done everything we needed it to do. I came across Shedul however, I ignored it at first as I was dubious about Free software that claimed to do everything Shedul does. I regret that decision now as I have wasted time and resources with other inferior systems. Shedul is by far the best for our organisation and is absolutely free. I cannot recommend this software highly enough, the support has been fast and easy to follow and the upcoming online payment portal for customers sounds very handy. Do yourself a favour, do not discount this Free software before giving it a try.

Nachteile

The payment system is not up and running just yet, however the info I have received about t sounds like it will be worth the wait. If it works as advised, it will far surpass other -paid for-booking systems with.

Awesome software

Before finding this software I was running 3 different programs...inventory software, appointment software and pos software. Now Shedul does it all and I can access it from any device. It has made my work day so much easier!

Vorteile

I have just started using Shedul for my home base salon. After using many other products over the years and them not providing all the features that my business needs...I found Shedul and just love it!! Customizing it for my use has been simple and fast to do. This software is going to make the running of the salon more efficient. I still can’t believe that it is totally free… But it is!!

There are only small tweaks that I would like to see...

Pinch me ! Am I dreaming? This is software is amazing and has great support from all staff.

This product is all I need to run my small business. I trialed many hair salon appointment software, I could never justify paying the high price for a software that was either complicated or did not meet all my needs. Sometimes cash flow is a little tight, I did not want to commit paying a monthly payment for software.
I was a little skeptical at the beginning about Shedul being free. But I have been using it since November last year and I have not been disappointed at all.
I love the software and the staff are great. The staff are willing to listen to all your request and help you with any problems that you may come across.
I feel valued by the staff at Shedul, because they are interested in my ideas to help create new features for this software. I feel proud when I see one of my ideas have been developed by the amazing staff at shedul. The staff really work hard and deliver mostly everything requested.

THE PRICE! Ease of use, the high reviews, integration of so many vendors (fresha for online appointments), compatibility, BESUTIFUL design, customer service knows there stuff (and friendly), easily tracks inventory, there’s a lot to mention here which I’m not!

Nachteile

The slow responsiveness most of the time I had it (since beginning of Marh, 2019, this is a non-issue now aka ITS BLAZING FAST), no end of day report for managers to know how much to utimetely deposit into bank, can’t wait for Shedul to integrate with merchant cc payments so that my register drawer can ‘pop’ open once checkout screen is done and moved onto invoice (so can give hange back to customer)

It’s such an obvious choice

We’ve used it and seen it grow. Adding more features. It’s easy to set up, and use.

Vorteile

It’s easy to use.sends confirmations of appointments and reminders to clients. Free or very reasonable to use depending on level. Saved us over £150 a month .

Just in time

Love this app. Convenient and I can’t believe someone answered my question immediately when emailed.

Vorteile

I found this app just in the nick of time. My mobile spray tanning business just took off and I was in a desperate search to find an app that would keep track of all my clients. I needed something that would schedule easily in calendar, create invoices and a way to keep track of their solution color at every appointment. And be able to sync to multiple devices including iPad and also include access to my other employees schedules. This does it all!!! I don’t even have the paid one. I’m going to consider that soon though.

Just would like the chance to edit categories. Under birthdays there should be an add category. So I can add Instagram names
And add notes in different Labeled categories

Inexpensive with limited capabilities

Vorteile

The best feature is being able to see my full schedule in real time on my mobile device. It also allows you to filter by day or week as well as by person. I was able to see other staff members availability/calendar which was useful. The graphics are clean and well organized.

Nachteile

The system does not have a way to alert the users so your schedule might change and you won't know unless you actively check the app on a regular basis

I've been using Fresha plus for awhile for my home salon , its lovely and easy to use got impressive features also they are always improving or adding extra!
Good value for money would highly recommend

Nachteile

Picture that can be added along to each service to give customers as idea visual looks professional.
Hopefully this will be added soon.
Google calendar Integration would be good along with extra colours for services.

Using this system in a Salon!

Vorteile

We have been using Schedul well over a year now! For a free App, I am shocked at the functionality and performance! It has never let us down and easy very easy to navigate in regards to making, chopping & changing appointments! It's also really good for keeping track of the girls productivity.

The app also has a really great feature where it informs your customers before their appointments in advance!

I can't rave about this system enough! Unfortunately there isn't an App (yet) so we just bookmark the site for ease of access.

Simply amazing

Vorteile

The fact that it's very easy to use, most features are either already existent or being worked on. The fact that all our staff can see their schedules on their own devices is amazing as well. System is easy to use. Free at the moment! The support has been great and super quick in replying and addressing issues. Clients can book on-line themselves. Helps them be "in charge".

Nachteile

Small issues like adding extra emails to our on-line booking system, working on upgrading taxes on receipt are being addressed, etc. Really nothing that will make your use of this system hard , not at all.

We love this app

Easy to set-up, fun to learn & navigate, excited to learn more options & functions!!

User friendly! We love the email confirmations & reminders to clients. The oline booking is a fabulous option. Very simple for clients to schedule. & When a client books online, that staff memeber receives an email notification. We love that. It's easy to choose your hours,block your shifts, reschedule & cancel appts. You can add notes & personal info to clients profile which I personally love. This app is the best we've found! & weve researched alot!! 5☆

So far we dont have any cons...seriously! We just started using this app, but if we find something we don't like we'll notify sched. They are very helpful & quick to respond

The best scheduling software out there!

The experience with fast and reliable software was enhanced when I got to know that we can even see the new features that are about to be launched on the community pages. And there's a lot of them!

Vorteile

One feature that pulls me back to this application time and again is the seamless, and flawless interface. The software is fast and also easy to understand at the same time.

Nachteile

Although all the features are top-notch, the price for premium can be sometimes vague and included inside the description. Do understand and read properly before getting into it.

Could be happier

Its been great other then customer service and charges

If system would charge right as well as actually get customer service to respond this service and app could be exallent.

Nachteile

Very disappointed with all the extra charges, including repeatedly saying people are new clients and charging me and they have booked online repeatedly seems scandals to me and I ask for help with almost not responses form customers service.

User friendly, smart and professional. We'd be lost without Shedul

We opened our laser treatment clinic very recently, and right from the planning stages had discussed the importance of having an easy, straightforward online booking system that the clients could use remotely, and that we could use in the clinic. We'd done a little research and found some online systems, but they were either very expensive, very complicated or both!

Just as we were about to open, a friend sent me the link for Shedul, to see if it would be a useful resource for our clinic - I'm so happy that she did! I had a little play straight away, not expecting for a minute that I'd be able to successfully navigate my way around the system, as my business partner is the IT expert. But I was wrong! It's so user friendly, I found I could set up the system all on my own and was amazed at the quality of the system and the range of functions available. When I sent it to my partner, she was as thrilled as me!

We use Shedul in our clinic now and it has been absolutely invaluable. Clients can easily book in remotely, any time of day or night, and I can see when new appointments have gone in, whether I'm at home or in the clinic. It's incredibly easy for us to book clients in too (even me!) and I love that we can send out personalised messages by email or text to confirm bookings and thank them for their visit.

We don't currently use all the functions available, but we can definitely see the value of them going forward when we have built up our client base more. And we can't really think of anything that could be added at this stage, Shedul seem to have thought of everything!

I really can't express enough how much Shedul has helped us in our business. As a fledgling business, it's so important for us to have such a fanstastic resource, and also the support we've received from the Shedul team has been second to none.

I can't recommend Shedul enough, thank you!

You need this software

Fresha have been fantastic and have helped with any minor issues in setting up our on line booking system . However it was an easy set up and I am so glad we did it .

Vorteile

Easy to set up , easy to use , so many benefits from keeping track of staff rotas to the perfect client booking system .

Nachteile

We have not found any faults with this system.

The support you get from customer services. [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful explaining in detail the questions I had and how to help.

Nachteile

It is a little bit difficult to get started. I still haven’t utilised all the things fresha has to offer.

What a diamond in the rough!

It has been great. The customer service is awesome and they really are reachable and do get back to you with a response and in a timely manner.

Vorteile

I love that it is totally free, the amount of amazing features it has to successfully run my business and makes the scheduling of all of my stylists a breeze. It is easy to use. I also love the reports that it gives and the way I can keep account of the inventory. I am in love with it.

Nachteile

The only con that I have is that I am unable to disable the online booking feature as some stylists like to control their own schedules, i.e. cancelling and booking.

The tool is amazing and it's free!

It is very effective as a scheduling tool and your customer service is awesome too.
I love how fast your reply to customer query - not that I need it because your tool works very well but it is a great addition to the overall package.

Nachteile

Nothing! I love it and it's free, as long as it stays free I will definitely enjoy it.

They really listen to your needs! The add different applications to keep it simple...

Vorteile

I love that as you find a new need, they will bring it to everyone's attention and "vote". I've been with them from the start, and they just keep getting better! I used several since 1999 and love that it's cloud based. If you forget your iPad you can just check your phone. And the best, you change on one, It automatically updates on all your devices

Nachteile

So far nothing, they keep updating all the time. Maybe more note taking from calendar...ability to place more pictures.

Simplest Appointment Scheduling Software Available

Vorteile

I love how fast I was able to get it set up and ready to integrate into my website. It's not so over the top that it gets confusing. Just the right amount of bells and whistles.

Nachteile

The only thing I am wishing for is the ability for clients to pay at the time they make the appointment. Paypal integration would be awesome!

I wish there was more then one reminder, like remind the day before then two hours before another, also I would love more different kinds of report to look at when a client was in last oh like a report that I can see clients who have not been back in in the last 30 days and send a reminder text or money off coupon

Amazingly easy and can't believe all you get for free!

Productivity because it is so easy. And obviously because it is free I am always looking for ways to save for my business. Aren't we all???

I must say this is by far the best software I have ever used. And best part is that it is totally FREE. I have owned a wellness clinic for 11 years and have paid through the roof for certain features such as online booking and email/text reminders. This year I sold my business and starting working from home part time so I was looking for a software that wasn't so complicated and most importantly wasn't expensive. I came across shedul and thought "what the heck" I'll give it a try and if I don't like it I'll move on to the next of many. Well it didn't take too long to fall in love! shedul does everything my last pricy software did and MORE. Is this too good to be true? Nope! I've been using shedul for four months now and I am so impressed!!!! And I can't say enough about the helpful shedul team that is just an email away from answering questions. Not to mention all the amazing updates that are constantly added.
Can't wait to see what 2018 has to bring! Thank you shedul!

Nachteile

The only thing I wish shedul could do in the near future would be to add a logo to the receipts. This would help customize the receipts a little more.

Loving this system

It took awhile for me to go the route of online booking. Once I did, I paid for a different system. Huge mistake, everything went crazy with my bookings. After that I was very skeptical about getting into another one. My clients were liking the idea of being able to book at their convenience. So I decided to try Shedul out. Free, what can it harm? I paid for a mess of one.
Best scheduling system I've used! The help line is like no other. Always asking people's suggestions to improve it. I am extremely pleased.
I have it on my website & facebook. My clients always comment how they love it. All the girls have their schedule on their phones. It just fabulous. Thank you Shedul team for this opportunity and turning a doubtful client into a loyal one

Excellent free booking system

Excellent, they answer all your queries within minutes and I now have an account manager. I hesitated to begin with as I wanted to be in control of my diary (in paper format) but once I started using Shedul I realised how easier my work life became and especially now there’s 4 of us working and using the system!

Vorteile

It’s easy to use, has a great breakdown of statistics, has an online booking system. They’re always open to new suggestions and ideas.

Nachteile

Could do with a body for you to click on to mark problem areas but having said that not many systems offer that and not every user is a body worker. I’m just being picky 😊

Fresha

Fresha is beneficial when trying to keep track of scheduling various appointments and its easily done in one place versus having to download multiple appointment software. I would recommend trying it for convenience.

Vorteile

I like that once I set up an account I can keep track of various personal care appointments. It's easy to book rather than having to call and make an appointment. It is also easy to cancel or modify your appointment.

Nachteile

There probably could be some improvements but not any I can think of. I use it for scheduling and I don't know what features I really need beyond it confirming and reminding me of my appointments.

Best Free Massage and Spa Free Software

Vorteile

It is very easy to use with good customizations. Many options are very practical to use. Fresha also has fast team supports even it's free. It able to Booking Online, create Vouchers, create discounts, rearrange queue for therapists, track customers, provide very good data analysis.

Nachteile

I never request for more features. Anyways if possible I would like to have fix commission rate for each service. For example, 100 THB for Thai massage 1hr. And I would like the option to see each kind of voucher redeemed by how much. Also option to click the voucher code to see the transactions like click on the customers' name.

Love it because is easy to set up and use

I use it since October 2015 and works great for me. I am an aesthetician and own a full cosmetology shop. For credit card payments I use square. Works perfect in the phone, ipad and computer. I think that is wonderful for hair stylists too. Very easy to set up, to note info about clients, to communicate with your team (and schedule appointments without overlapping your employees or miss their availability) and to confirm appointments and send reminders to clients, reports, inventory and more

I get the professional look without the professional price. I hardly get clients just because Im not pushing my business that much and it doesn't make sense for me to pay. I massage for fun and love. Not really for profit.

The fact that it's low cost and its as efficient and effective as it is! With awesome customer service.

Nachteile

Some restrictions with pricing and products. Being a massage therapist it changes. I can not give specifics at the moment but you can expect some limitations. With the specials that I want to give and keep and not let the clients book the wrong one that's where I experience some difficulty.

Love this Software! So much value for next to nothing!

It saves me a fortune, with every other scheduling software it too expensive for an independent operator

Works as it says. Appointment reminders to clients about their appointments is reliable. It is ideal for independent stylists!

Easy for clients to use, my clients, tell me how they like that reminder.
The only thing I would say is that I would love for it to send me as the technician a reminder about appointments...

Can't merge duplicate Clients and information... and I have tried everything they said to do. and I still get dup's

Best salon software ever made

It allows me to follow un real time the sales of different locations, gives you reports and inventories and you can have a database of clients and send them automated emails just to mention a few things.

Vorteile

It has a lot of features that other software dont have, for example the tips dividing feature which I use a lot, and you can give ideas for new features and the team at Shedul work with the community to develop these ideas. It is amazing overall and the most incredible is that is totally free. Thanks Shedul team. You are the best

Nachteile

At the moment the commision system only allows to give the same % overall when I need it to be able to give different % on different services and products.
