No worth the money

The customer service is really bad. They had the wrong company name and the wrong e mail for my account. E mails went to the wrong account and canceling the service took a very long time.

Customer service hot line was very helpful. I had trouble to use it, as it has too much functions I dont need. They ended up removing most of the funtions

Feature Rich with issues

There are many good features. The software is not intuitive for new users. While there are many features, the absence of basic features is real. Upcharges for features that are basic in other programs is a huge disappointment.

Great Worksite Software Eupport ever!!

Mindbody made my business software usage very easy. Staff at customer service and tech support are so polite, friendly, knowledgeable and prompt, and make one feel comfortable when help is needed. I highly recommend MindBody.

Great for when you have a regular customer base

First day and its already paid for the next six months worth of the upgrade!

I just upgraded to the package that had the marketing functionality and in the first few hours, I had already generated enough revenue to pay for six months worth of the upgrade. I am really excited to see what else it can do.

MINDBODY is a robust universal management platform for the "wellness industry". For Divine, the conversion to MBO was compex. In the end we contracted with MINDBODY Premium Support to build our MBO site. Best decision ever!

Love for MBO

I have used MBO for the past 4.5 years. The system is user friendly and constantly evolving. MBO's staff is consistently friendly and goes above and beyond to help support my business.

Excellent Support and Training

patient, detailed and unlimited training. The support has been brilliant - friendly, patient and knowledgable. Excellent software, can take time to get the hang of it but with excellent support we have no worries.

Fairly convenient

I use MB to help a friend of mine who runs a successful yoga studio. It's a great tool, and many features are user friendly. I do find the reports to be somewhat hard to navigate, but overall it's a good product.

The beginning can be a bit overwhelming but with great service and someone to walk u through until you're comfortable with the back end, it is awesome stuff and easy to use for the client! I love it! Thank you!

Overall its ok. I would recommend it and it’s good at what it does. However its just the price that lets it down

Mindbody is the way to organize your studio and to thrive!

Mindbody is an amazing tool to keep your students, money and info organized all in one place and keep on top of your marketing needs! my only retreat is I wish i discovered this sooner than I did!

Don't buy it if you want a family type account

I have been using Mindbody for 5 plus years and like a much of what the system does.. However be warned that if you have a facility whereby a family type membership then Mindbody is not for you.

Pretty good service

High quality integrated software

I have had a great experience with the Mindbody product, merchant and staff. No other service i have tried compares to the level of service and ease of use.

Easy to use and good interface

Way Too Complicated

This program is very complicated. It took my over a week to learn everything. And some of the features didn't work for me, several glitches. Definitely not worth the high price.

What a great free product

The transition to Mindbody was easy for staff to manage, overall the program is fantastic!

It sometimes freezes when trying to add staff schedules with date changes. If we encounter any problems we call Mindbody and have always had the help we need straight away.

Terrible Software

Charges very high interest on monthly payments, NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL.
Customer service is not organized, they don't even seem like they know their own software.

Changed my Salon...

It's user friendly if you have any questions about any part of the software customer support is great and makes salon days run smoothly.

Great program!

Would like it to see better reporting options for the lower levels. Since it's just me, I don't need the multi user, but would love to use the reporting features.

If you are considering Mindbody don't wait another minute. Simply the best. Operation, staff, navigation, etc. etc. etc. Best decision I made. Gym and Salon.

The program can be set up to fit your particular business and can expand with your growth. I recommend this product.

Easy-to-use Scheduling App

MINDBODY makes scheduling a piece of cake. Of course, there are a few initial glitches, but once you get a hang of the system its rather easy to use.

Relieved !!!!! I wasn't lost anymore !!!

Speakers seemed uninterested in being there. Almost as if we were beneath them. Felt like they spoke down to us.
