Not worth it unless you run a simple business

While the customer service agents are very nice, they do not know the software. This software quickly becomes difficult to manage once you add in seasonal changes to your business, different classes and multiple services. Terrible product for online booking of facilities, but can handle a simple class sign up like for a yoga class.

Great asset to my business.

- Would like to have more training maybe every few months to point out features I did not know about
- Great for clients, easy to use
- Like when I am waiting on HOLD you tell me what caller I am
- Would like to see Canadian pricing options
- Con - a lot of ways to use the system how do I know which is best for my business.

Do your research on this product/service and it's competitors. Save yourself the time, money and stress and just stay away.

It's ok

It is getting better.

The software hasn't gotten more user friendly in the past year such as being able to add a client into my schedule with ease. Moving an appt to another day still takes a while, but I like the changes in seeing. I like that other products are offered like 360 to help me with my business. I like that bold is offered. Come to SF!!

bad software

It actually is very easy to use but there are so many glitches like sending messages to my clients without us setting it up., charging clients that are not supposed to be charged. Stay away from this product. I've been using this product for more than a year now but I'm ready to change and still scouting for a better program.

Mindbody made it easy to find what I was looking for.

All encompassing Client Managment System

So easy for the clients to schedule appointments and classes. Then the staff can check in, check out and process payments. Afterwards, the social media connections are awesome to use. The online store to sell packages and memberships keeps costs down so our sales people can focus on marketing and add on sales.

Smart business tool

Mind body has helped create a very simple approach to managing my fitness business and clients. It is well worth the time and money for the peace of mind if offers in keeping all my financials, attendance and history in one place as well as it makes adding new classes and changes to the schedule a breeze.

MINDBODY Review

MINDBODY has a very big range of features. Also, MINDBODY offers training sessions and documentation in addition to its online knowledge base. However, their customer services are terrible, was having a hard time getting answers. Besides that, this software is not user-friendly, it is very hard to use!

Mindbody Reaching to gouge

They gouge your business. Simple as that. They have made a glaringly obvious lack of care to their clients by charging consistently for software that should work and is indeed advertised as a all in one solution , yet fails to provide basic functions they claim to provide without paying extra fees.

Good but expensive for a small business

Overall you are a good product and you do the job. However as a very small business owner trying to start a business by paying just so I can have the ability to email my customers feels like you don't respect us small business. this is what I tell people when they ask my opinion about mind/body

Fantastic Software that just works

We moved to MindBody from Salon Genius and it was the greatest move ever.
The software never glitches, has amazing features and best of all Customer support is available 24/7. Yes you speak to somebody all the time even midnight on a Sunday night.

It's lust a little slower than I expected. And I use it on different computers with excellent internet connection. So it's a little too slow and also putting the info (weather personal info or at checkout) involves many steps like I have to press on "email" first before putting it in.

Online class passes made relatively easy

Nice to have a variety of classes at the fingertips but not knowing pricing is bothersome.

Mindbody is a great app and site that is easy for customers to use. Easy to customize. The only issue I have is that it doesn't work as well for my business needs. It is also a little more expensive than what I am willing to pay compared to other scheduling apps and sites.

New customer

Our experience setting up Mindbody was about as good as it gets. Unfortunately - once we actually did our conversion and started using it full time there were multiple errors that caused much frustration. The company has been very good in helping us resolve the problems.

We love that Frederick is integrated to our Booker system. And that it uses that information in doing intelligent, target marketing. Love that they have added the Campaign feature, and hope that at some point we can get more granular with target marketing.

The scheduling is so easy to use and most importantly it is easy on the eyes. You look at the schedule and it makes perfect sense. You aren't having to hover over anything to figure anything out, what you see is what is it.

Amazing

I absolutely love Mindbody and so do my clients. I get so many compliments on this scheduler from my clients they say it is the best program and easy to use. I love it because it has decreased my call volume by 90% having this program has saved my life.

Highly Recommended

I like the 24 hour customer help line. I like the fact that 95% of everything you need is already available - all you have to do is call and ask. I like the many other services they offer in conjunction with the product.

Very professional

Great possibilities for use. With a small business, there is too much to work on, but the MINDBODY support is really very helpful and friendly. Without them I would be lost with these technical things- so thank you!

The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!!!!

I would give 0 stars if I had the choice. Have been dealing with this system for almost a year and I'm fed up! The tech contradicts what the previous tech does. I'm done! I have loss too much time and money. I'm frustrated and so are my clients.

I like the software a lot, however there was a learning curve.

When I switched over from Schedulicity to Mindbody, I definitely found it a lot more difficult to use. I do like the software better because it has more features and I would definitely recommend it to other people
