Excellent, the customer service was very helpful if you were struggling.

I like that once you have sent a request for information, or to e-approve a document it automatically send reminders to clients.

It was a bit fiddly a first to set up the templates, but once you had completed a few it got easier.

The firm I work for recently started using Glasscubes for financial audit query lists. So far I have found the experience to be very positive - the website is easy to navigate and use, and clients seem to have no trouble registering or entering their responses. I have also contacted the customer support via their online chat and they quickly came back to me with a detailed response.

It seems to ask for One-Time-Password verification on login quite frequently even when logging in from the same location on the same PC.

Review of the system/product after 7 years of usage
Good product, 100% reliability and resilience in my experience and can't recall any downtime except for planned overnight downtime that did not interfere with our operation

This is an honest & genuine review after many years of experience with the system/product & I would highly recommend it. I have been using & administering the system for over 7 years and have not had any glitches or downtime at all. The responses to queries and issues from the team is rapid and problems are resolved quickly. They are also open to additional features and development.
Nachteile
We have had to come to an understanding with the finance people of GlassCubes that in NHS we take a while to pay our invoices and sometimes can't react quick enough to pay them due to internal processes

Staying organised with GlassCubes
A little daunting at first because of it's scale, we've been using GC for a couple of years now and it's a really powerful and helpful business tool.
Vorteile
Love how GlassCubes helps to organise resources, chats and different working groups, no matter how large our community gets.
Nachteile
Finding the right levels for personal notifications is very fiddly. And the lack of direct chat functionality is also quite restrictive meaning we sometimes have to take conversations out of GlassCubes when we'd ideally like to keep them in.

Saving us hours of resource
Vorteile
Prior to using Glasscubes, our whole team was involved in contacting our clients, multiple times a year to request their records. This was very time consuming and was not as successful as we would have liked. We started using Glasscubes this tax year and to date it has saved us around 288 hours of resource, allowing our staff to proceed with the actual work. Will definitely be using again in future years.

The search function could be easier, right now you have to search on email addresses rather than client names.

The program is easy to log in to and find the most recent posts, updates and useful files

I feel transferring files between different people and businesses is very easy and seems very secure to use.
Nachteile
I feel you can create things such as teams where if there are different companies collaborating on this then it will notify more than one person from the other company. As this is something that has been highlighted during my use of this software as my colleague would receive notifications and I would not. So maybe a feature where it would be easier for companies to collaborate to transfer the files easier.

Excellent service
Vorteile
Glasscubes was really easy to set up, the demonstration was informative and the customer service is very responsive and helpful. Overall it has been a very good experience. We have used Glasscubes before this project and would come back to it.
Nachteile
I have not experienced any issues with Glasscubes other than setting up a direct debit. Everytime I think I have done it, it fails. Other than this minor issue I have no problems using it at all.

Team document management is easy to handle when using Glasscubes
It's been really great using Glasscubes. We work with a high number of documents on a daily and weekly basis - both internally between teams, and externally shared with clients. Glasscubes makes document management very easy to handle for my team, and overall I have pretty much only great things to say about its overall features.
Vorteile
Glasscubes has a really robust document management platform. I like the version control features including the ability to comment on files directly, and collaborate on files in real time. I also appreciate the discussion board, activity stream, and ability to share documents externally with clients (very underrated).
Nachteile
Nothing. I've really liked using Glasscubes, and there's nothing I can think to improve it overall.
