Glasscubes is very simple to use, and allows for great organisation with the ability to create folders.

You can share individual folders, and set the limits of the person you're sharing with.

I cannot recommend Glasscubes enough, and their customer service is brilliant.

When used by many in an organisation it does help colleagues connect very easily, people are much more likely to see important info and content whereas on emails it is easy to miss people off. It is very easy to collaborate with multiple people through quick commenting and the ability to edit files while having all previous versions available.

It can be a little hard/confusing to navigate to the specific resources you want. Email notifications can get excessive but are easy to modify.

The ease of logging in. The ability to easily share documents for others to see. The potential for further collaboration with colleagues.

The layout is not that intuitive. The number of notifications I receive that are not pertinent to me.

The customer support is excellent, and once you've found your way around the interface and know where all of your documents are stored, it's a very useful platform.

It's not particularly intuitive and can be a bit difficult to navigate at times. I think for those less experienced with IT, the complicated style of the site might be a little intimidating and difficult to find your way around.
