Vorteile

Ease of use, ease of revising uploads and sharing with colleagues. Good feature of notifying when uploads have been submitted and revised. Selective alerts for team members.

Nachteile

User interface is slightly awkward to navigate to files. Alerts for updates can be sent to all users which can be annoying if not relevant to you.

Vorteile

Setting up the product has been simple and the customer support has been attentive and responsive.

The product will be used as a type of private social network for my organisation and it's most engaged members.

Nachteile

As with any product it requires a bit of work to get better but Glasscubes product has few of these. The ones I have noticed include document management is not yet as smooth as it can be as preview of Excel files is not particularly useful and busy professionals maybe put off by that.

Ability to post on a social forum as it allows everyone in our network to update what is going on, comment, ask questions and ask for actions to be completed.

Nachteile

Notifications don't immediately go away and get marked as read. Even when you've seen the post though the emailed link.

It is helping me with my job, and learning to use different types of software is a must at this agency. The more I use it the more I learn and the more comfortable i'm getting with using computers. I do not dread having to log in.

Nachteile

At the moment I have no cons. This software is new for me to be using. But i'm comfortable with using it. Also there is a whole lot of other individuals using this software as well.

Vorteile

Ease of use once navigation training had been undertaken (this was provided by a work colleague and was not long or exhaustive). Provided a 'simple' platform for CRM data along with other business relevant information for small enterprises.

Nachteile

As of yet there is nothing that would be considered as a 'con', more in terms of observations - make the navigation more intuitive.

I can share files or folders from our network without having to give them access to our physical network.

Glasscubes doesn't integrate with other applications.

Glasscubes is easy to use, help on hand via chat is amazing and the best is you can determine who accesses what. Very user friendly. All round great package. Love this and would highly recommend.

Sometimes when clicking the 'back' button to allow you to go back to the previous screen, it lags.. and goes back too far (2-3 screens) than your current screen.

Staff are always at the ready to tackle issues. Everything was very easy to use from the beginning, and has solved a lot of challenges we've been facing tracking jobs.

It can be a bit buggy sometimes, but it's a work in process and issues are quickly resolved. It won't take long for it to be perfected!

What I like the most is that it is very fast and super easy to use. You can have everything super organized with all the details and documents as you need.

I do not like the method for it to move files, it is not to easy, have to go back and select all the files etc.

Groups I am associated with are easy to find.
Connecting with those in the same group is easy and communications are quick and easy.
When someone has posted an item in the group you are associated you get an email

The look of it is vary similar to that of LinkedIn - but could be an older version of LinkedIn. I think the feel of the software needs refreshing.

User friendly, easy to navigate and to add and or to remove documents. The ability to have documents in one place and to search for those document is a strong feature of this product.

Very difficult to identify any substantive cons, save from not being able to work on / edit documents uploaded at the same time with others individuals

It can form the central focus for staff working remotely as well as internally, which suits our team well. Documents can be uploaded and saved quickly and easily. Particularly helpful for collaboration on projects and a great way of communicating to a large team using the intranet facility. Helpful for storing and sharing information in addition to being secure via use of the permissions facility, which is vital. Perfect for a team working in multiple locations to feel united in working towards the same goal.

Getting to grips with something new can sometimes prove a little daunting...other than that I have had no problems with Glasscubes.

There are a lot of functionalities and settings to get large groups involved in a project remotely. Customer support is prompt and helpful. Overall it has made our project much more organised.

It was a bit strange to use at first, it's not super intuitive but after a couple of uses its very easy to understand.

Glasscubes is very easy to use and keep track of all the tickets you have open, which ones are being worked on and which ones have been completed.

You have to create your own ticket references, would be great for an automated system so no duplicate ticket references are created.

Uploading pictures can be tricky - need to be sized before uploading which can involve a lot of faffing. Not always the most intuitive to use.

The ability to engage with other team members on Glasscubes was a great feature. It is accessible and you can set it up so that you have regular email updates, thus, never missing out on new posts.

If you have multiple workspaces on the go, it can be slightly overwhelming to find different posts and documents.

Highly proactive support even though it's not often needed. Nice and clear interface that's customisable to suit your needs. Our main use is the file upload and sharing element which works flawlessly for us.

Using this we can easily share files and manage documents without worrying about security. It can create content within the system. It can collaborate and improve communications a team.

I haven't found anything yet that I really don't like. Sometimes difficult to review docs in native viewer/editor Costs lower under 'per workspace' model than new 'per user' model.

Easy to see what other people are working on, lots of group space, easy to edit and reupload files..

Cannot flag notifications to come back to later so they get lost. Files can become muddled in groups as there is no system to the updated versions.

Navigation was a little tricky to get my head around at first, as there is so much to this software.

Looks good and easy to navigate. Can communicate between people in lots of organisations. It's easy to upload large files that otherwise could not be sent by email.

Nachteile

It's hard to know what's in each folder unless you drill down into them all. I also get lots of notifications that are not particularly relevant to me that clogs up my emails.
