It is very intuitive to use, makes it easy to store and share files and collaborate on the same documents.
You can create specific workspaces for different groups or projects, easily access your calendar, etc.

I can easily have access to the files/documents without opening Google drive or Dropbox and instead of emailing, I can just write a comment to bring attention to other stakeholders/co-workers.

At the moment, I did not find much to critique about, so I have no comments for now!

Ease of use. Navigating folders, and adding files is easy. Sharing information across a wide geographical area is made simple.

The visuals. It's not the best looking platform. It could be somewhat more crisp in appearance, a little tidier.

There have been a couple of bugs when opening documents whilst still using other programmes, but GlassCubes have attempted to rectify this with updates and it's only a small issue.

The file management system is very easy to use. Permissions are easy to manage.

I'd really like to see a process where a file that is used among various projects can be uploaded only once, then shared with other projects. Currently, the same files have to be uploaded for each project.

There are many advantages of Glasscubes.

One option can be if anyone uploads any file in a specific folder, all the members should get a reminder saying that the user has uploaded the files without sending specific mail to required person. Other that that no major cons.

Vorteile

It has some great features (tasks, workspaces, version control, chat function). The tech support is also really great - we had a lot of questions when we first started using the tool and the team were always quick to respond and helpful.

Nachteile

There are a couple of features that could be made more user-friendly but the team are very receptive to feedback and are currently looking at the possibility of implementing one change that came from our team - it's great to know that feedback gets listened to

Reliable and offers a professional face to people who I share information with, I have yet to use the other features such as posting etc. Also the technical support offered was very fast and helpful!

Mainly used as a document repository for meeting documents, the ease of creating folders, uploading files, previewing and editing files is great.
Separate workspaces for confidential sub-groups is also really well handled.
Very flexible around billing for adding and removing group members.

If anything, perhaps there has been some confusion between Announcements, Discussions and Comments on documents. This, however, seems to be in the process of streamlining.

In file management side, it provides file labeling for easy searching, as well as allowing users upload files via email. The overall user interface is easy to navigate, and the functions are quite sufficient for a team to work together efficiently.

Most of the time the customer service is fantastic, they respond very quickly initially although I recently got a little frustrated as it took several hours for them to see my response and it was actually resolved the following day once I chased again. I have no idea how busy they are though!

Glasscubes has been a useful project management tool. It allows all team members from different workstreams to share and upload documents, news stories and anything that is relevant for the project.

If you're new to Glasscubes, it can be difficult to navigate the system when adding files and documents, but after a while, it becomes more seamless. I haven't found any fault yet.

I do not have any complaints so far. Nothing seems to be out of place or hard to use everything is simple and user friendly.

The software is quite straightforward to use and doesn't require too much training. Being able to do a search for documents is useful. 'Tagging' colleagues is another good feature which my team use a lot.

The preview version of Word, Excel and PPT documents doesn't show them properly which means that you always have to download the document to see it properly.

Customer service is really good - they offer help in a timely and clear way.
Easy to upload documents and to make comments relevant by tagging specific people.
I have amended my previous review due to my comments being answered (hence the 5 star rating for customer service).

Glasscubes has a modern user interface that is easy to learn. Furthermore it can be customised to hide elements that are not required for that work space. Those familiar with using popular social media platforms will not have any trouble using Glasscubes. There are some good business tools which differentiate Glasscubes from some other popular cloud file sharing platforms, such as separate work spaces, a calendar function and a tasks function. Support from Glasscubes staff is good.

Whilst opening multiple documents simultaneously within the browser is possible (e.g. to view meeting papers while in a meeting, such as the agenda plus a paper), I have found it not as straight forward as the rest of the user interface.

We are a small charity and after a search we selected Glasscubes to hols all our data to support working from home. It has been a good decision, they have been prompt to assist when asked and our non-technical users have managed to access information reasonably easily across multiple devices.

I love the intuitive drag-and-drop uploading, and the interface is so simple that few of my users have struggled to use our knowledge base, including my less technical users. I'd recommend GlassCubes to those who are struggling to gain traction with more powerful, complex platforms.

The extra features included in this platform are sub-par. After months of evaluation, my team determined it would be to strip out everything except the main features. I'd like to see a more powerful secondary features in order to increase the value of the platform.

Excellent tool to collaborate with project team members located around the world, as well as maintain security of content. Perfect solution to my needs without the technical stress of SharePoint platform. Truly great customer service when one needs assistance.

Would benefit from a simple user manual available on-line or in pdf. Looking things up in articles (although they are good articles) takes too much time. Tool needs a viewer for Microsoft Project and Visio files.

The platform is very user friendly and has online help and support available at all times. I have never needed to use this feature as I find it really easy to use. Folders and files are easy to create which makes organising and sharing a breeze!

Nachteile

The only con I can think of with Glasscubes is very small. When adding people to workspaces and you select the option to send a copy to yourself, it sends a copy of all of the invites sent out. Clutters up the email a bit butit is easily rectified by not sending it to yourself!

Brilliant for Case management and keeping staff informed. Absolutely fool-proof and ensures our case management system captures all necessary information and is easily accessed under confidential conditions.
