It's easy to get up and running in a short amount of time. The functionality, connectivity, and interface are all great.

I wish you could wrap column headers. That's seriously my only beef.

I just started using this and it seems to have quite a few neat features. i Haven't yet discovered or used them all but I see other using them and I refer back to my account to find out more.

I enjoy the ability to collaborate and the extremely low price point. Extremely reasonable where other products I use run in the thousands this is so much more affordable. Customer service is really good when I have questions. Other thing I like is at events we have breakout sessions and Airtable allows me to organize time slots and locations and share with others so events move smoothly minute by minute.

I would like email confirmations and calendar reminders to become features offered. That way, I can discontinue using other software to support these functions.

Definitely has a learning curve. I am partial to Excel, which means I was looking for features from Excel that don't exist in AT. It's not a replacement.

I LOVE it!!! It allows me to create timelines for my content. It will also be useful for when I create a team. You can change the views on the software to accommodate any project.

It can take a little while of feeling the software out before you are comfortable with using, but this isn't like any other software.

The Customer Feedback tab has be integral in our business presentations. Honestly, when getting deliverables to a client it's so nice to just have their feedback all there at the click of a button so we can address any and all concerns right away.

The software integration was a steep learning curve. I don't even feel like we are utilizing it to its full potential. We switched over from a more basic calendar system so it was difficult to get accustomed to it at first.

Airtable is quick and easy to setup tables for company use and collaboration. We started to investigate Airtable as a way to organize sales data as well as inventory data.

One of the main purposes of implementing Airtable was to try to duplicate our inteventory tracking system that is currently housed in Excel and managed via many macros. It was not possible to get the same functionality which made it difficult to adopt.

I'm in the fitness industry and own a franchise. We use this for our quarterly fitness challenges for clients to fill out forms that auto populates into a table. Really allows for easy reading.

The visual layout and how one could use it in a linear fashion. I like that you can organize files, tasks, and even movies in a linear fashion. There are many templates to use and the project can be organized in a comprehensive way and it looks beautiful too.

I did not like that you couldn't have child tasks under parent tasks. In the stacks, I wanted the ability to have one parent task and its dependent tasks as child tasks.

I wish that more of the features were included in the basic model. For a smaller company where only one person is using it for tracking and creating few things, it would be great of more generic features (like org chart) were included. Otherwise, I should just use Google Sheets or Excel.

Friendly and attractive user interface makes it obvious how to best use spreadsheet functionality, even for beginners. Neat field types makes data easier to read and more fun to collect. Nicer API than Google Sheets for interacting with other services and Blocks help to set up most simple interactions.

Many different "Bases" may be confusing at first. Some nomenclature to learn (Bases, Templates, Blocks, etc)

The one part that I dislike about Airtable is their pricing structure. I find that you really have to pay a lot for Airtable’s advanced features. In some cases, these paid features would be free on their competitors platforms.
