Vorteile
Very user friendly tool especially for programming beginners. It may have saved my life several times
Nachteile
Noting bad to say really but some friend of mine have installation problems due to Windows versions.

Classic and timeless editor
A powerful editor more especially if you're studying java.
Vorteile
This is the only editor that I used in Java programming that has a contemporary/modern interface and allows easy DB/SQL integration too!
Nachteile
Some of the essential "ad-ons packages" are actually very important and should be included in the editor

I don’t have much of a positive experience.

It is horribly unstable. I’ve had projects that took forever simply because I was stuck with using netbeans. I hope you don’t mind frequent crashes

Do easy Coding use NetBeans
Overall this is a good tool for beginners and this will helps to do simple projects.
Vorteile
The interface is very easy to use and very simple, and also this is lightweight, Considering the capabilities of this tool this is a good option for beginners.
Nachteile
Had some errors while installing and support options are not good in this tool, tried several times for get help using forums and by sending emails to software support, but no one cares.

Vorteile
The ability to have NetBeans insert and write code for you is very nice. I also appreciate the error notifications that it gives with suggestions to fix it and also sometimes fixing it for you. Really cuts down on the coding time.
Nachteile
It's not the easiest software to use at times. Some of the error outputs can get confusing with just the sheer number of messages it gives. The tab/autocomplete feature can also get a little out of control at times and insert the complete opposite of what I wanted.

NetBeans a decent tool
Overall is pretty decent for beginners and for core Java app development.
Vorteile
The easyness to write code in the tool is a really a good feel. It gives you constant suggestions so you can't just stuck in one place. The theme , look and feel is really good of the application.
Nachteile
The speed. It is really slow. It is cross platform software but is very slow in some systems with low or even general specifications. It's not feel comfortable to write Spring MVC code, one of the cons.

the most classic code editor.
I used it exclusively for creating swing applications, the other tools I found difficult, besides having no integration with git and slack.

To create Screens in Swing (in Eclipse there is VEP, but netbeans is much better).

Vorteile
Netbeans has been designed with extreme care. It has been designed keeping developers in mind so that they find it easy to code and debug their code. When we are coding then only compiler checks for errors and display them with red mark so that they can be corrected. Also a lot of features and libraries can be added easily with help of plugins.
Nachteile
it occupies memory and makes system hangs a lot. User interface is good but look and feel is outdated.

Vorteile
I have used this to code in java. It is great software and can easily detect required libraries and install them. It have good debugging compiler which detects the error and display them in a good manner so that they can be corrected. Also it have an option to create manual and uml diagrams from code which i loved the most.
Nachteile
The only thing that I dislike is the time to takes to setup. It is heavy software and makes my system slow by taking lot of memory space.

New Users adapts to this IDE interface very easily. This IDE have several tools which allows to make development faster. JUnit Integration helps in testing the programs. Other integrations with maven, glassfish server etc are also possible.
Nachteile
The full software is big and so consumes lot of system resources. Therefore it works slow on old computers. Also the learning curve is very big. There are so many features that only professionals can use them.
