It'll save you money. Seriously.
Excellent - and very surprised. I'm geuninely impressed. This is an unusual experience for me. ;-)
Vorteile
I keep finding more stuff that it can do. We invested in it for the CRM part. And then found that it provides a store, a learning platform for our online courses, excellent email marketing, calendar booking schedule. These are all things we're not having to pay someone else for, so instead of expecting a return on investment in the coming months - we've already got it from day 1.
Nachteile
It's a big powerful thing, and therefore it can be a BIT complicated - but there's plenty of support available, so it's really not an issue.

Considering a new CRM? Consider GreenRope!
Overall we've been very happy using GreenRope since switching from our previous provider.
Vorteile
GreenRope has a user-friendly interface and combined with their mobile app is an excellent tool for our needs. The Support Team are fantastic, on the rare occasion we've had any issues they've been incredibly quick to respond and super-helpful.
Nachteile
The pricing structure increases with your contact records.

Worth your consideration when looking for a CRM.
My experience with GreenRope was pretty positive. I don't think we used it to its full potential but what we were able to take advantage of worked really well. I'd probably give it a 4/5 based on my experience. Easy to learn for SDRs and BDRs.
Vorteile
The layout was easy to follow. Sometimes too much clicking to get to where you want to but not as bad as some other CRMs I've used before. Clean and simple to use.
Nachteile
Some features where somehow hidden. Meaning, it was not so simple to get to them to be able to use their information.

It does more than you think and it does it well
I have used a number of CRM systems that range from old access based databases through to bespoke coded at a frightening cost, passing the mainstream like Salesforce etc on the way.
The main bug bear for a business owner is often complex administration, especially when it comes to cross platform integration with websites, e-marketing etc.
Greenrope pulls together everything you need to do very well in one package.
The cost is reasonable. The staff are helpful and act promptly.
I have recommended Greenrope and those i've told have recommended it to others. That in itself should tell you more than any one glowing review as it shows Greenrope works well across many industries. I look forward to the new features that are added frequently and my business future with Greenrope as part of it.

I don't need to use more than one platform or software and make them communicate reliably, Greenrope does it all.
Nachteile
No one software can be everything to every person or business. To keep it easy to use and difficult to break you have to make slight limitations.

GreenRope's CRM handles everything we need for our small business!
Having everything in one place makes it so easy to track all of our members and prospective members. I can manage our events, emails and analytics all in one place. The staff are also amazing and such a pleasure to work with!
Vorteile
Email marketing, event management, membership management, analytics and workflows all in one place! There aren't many CRM's that also handle email marketing and tie in registration for events. I love that I can do everything all in one place and pull up individual profiles to track their email reads, memberships purchased and events attended. The customer support is also exceptional. It never takes more than a few hours for them to get back to you, and you can always use the online chat for even faster responses.
Nachteile
There's a few small bugs related to events, and API can be tricky, but if you have the patience, you can make anything work.

GreenRope has helped us book more revenue this year than the last 3 years combined !
We have been using GreenRope for the last four years. GreenRope has significantly simplified and streamlined many of our basic business operations and marketing (such as our web site, CRM activities, email marketing, project management, document sharing, etc.). Now my small, technology-based company can concentrate on its core business and significantly improve our business development. During our first year using GreenRope, our revenue nearly doubled. This year, revenue is more than the last 3 years combined.
Vorteile
GreenRope's features are extremely well-integrated with an intuitive, easy-to-use interface without the unnecessary complexity and long learning curve of other solutions. Furthermore, tech support has been top notch (e.g., responses often within minutes, personal attention).
Nachteile
I suppose that the only drawback is that there are so many features that I feel like I am missing out since I have not had a chance to explore or experiment with several of them.

So much better than infusionsoft
I am a past customer of infusionsoft. Everytime I asked if I could do something that was not exactly the cookie cutter program, they would say, oh sorry, we used to be able to do that but we cant any more. The same questions to Greenrope they say yes or if they cant then in a few months they implement features that allow it. The customer service is supreme!

Good product. Lots of features. They are always making it better. Support is really great.
Nachteile
Older design could be a little clunky but new version is just out and seems to have fixed these issues!

Great value for a combined CRM + email campaign tool
Been using it for over 5 years and love the tool for marketing campaigns. The stats are very intuitive. The added benefit of having CRM tools makes this a one-stop shop. It's very easy to search and find relevant contacts and the ability to easily create new groups from the hot leads. The export and import is very clean and the ability to merge groups is simple.

Tracking the email campaigns and viewing the stats.
Nachteile
Nothing specific that is a show-stopper, but I wish it had an easy way to create full VCF contact files of each contact on a Mac. That way one can keep backup copies of all contacts. The export feature does not retain all the data in the NOTES field properly.

One-Stop Shop CRM & Marketing Automation
Great product, helpful professionals behind the platform, and it is constantly evolving.
Vorteile
The foundation of the Greenrope CRM that then ties into all other features is easy to implement and manage. From there, you can tie in as many functions as you need: email marketing, marketing automation, etc. All of the additional characteristics make the experience more valuable as a user.
Nachteile
There definitely is a learning curve. This is not much of a criticism, as it is a statement that is evident when applying such a system into your business operations. Give it time, it will pay dividends.

Greenrope is the #1 self contained Marketing Machine available today
I was able to make more money, in less time with less effort because Greenrope allowed me to automate all of my business systems and processes with perfect peace and ease.

Simple and Productive
Customer information in one place, builds, schedules and tracks emails and a daily reminder of tasks.
Vorteile
The easy searching capabilities and the email tracking services. I love having one place that I can easily search a customer's information or put a reminder to follow up with them.
Nachteile
I wish the software made it easier to export the information. Many times when I go to export information, it seems to miss pieces of information that are in the system.

I've been with Greenrope since 2013 and have watched them continue to grow & develop!
All in one product at a VERY good price. Also GreenRope always STRIVES to keep up with technology and offer the best to it's users. If I can't do something they always seem to come up with an update that allows for it. This software is fantastic for small companies but can also support the larger businesses.
Vorteile
Easy to use for the most part. There are a lot of features and tools - so it takes a while for everything to come together and understand how to use the system. But once you do everything begins to click and make sense. I would much rather learn one systems than 3 or 4.
Nachteile
Depending on what browser I am using things sometimes get hung up or I am I unable to edit properly. I wish the email templates were more modern and ready to use.

High-quality, affordable and all-inclusive CRM service
With GreenRope we are able to have a platform that has everything all in one spot so that our team is able to work more cohesively and efficiently.
Vorteile
I like that this software includes everything you need in a CRM all in one place. It allows you to seamlessly manage your marketing, social media, sales, and client projects all from GreenRope. Additionally, the interface is very user friendly with question marks next to every section that will give you further information of how to complete a task if you are lost. They also provide you with training and certifications to further familiarize yourself with the platform.
Nachteile
There are no downsides in GreenRope that our business has experienced. Any issues and questions we have had with the service have been solved through their wiki page, question mark buttons, and the training.

We have been using GreenRope for almost five years and prefer it over other CRMs like Salesforce and ZoHo. It robust and their technical support staff are willing to explore any suggestions if it may improve the user experience not only for us, but all their clients

Great Functionality, Great Support, Not Easy to Implement
Like learning any new software, it has its moments of sheer joy when something works and frustration when it doesn't. The support team are fantastic and this makes up for the moments of frustration. There are many ways to contact the support team and the team know their stuff. There's a real sense of a commitment to developing the software and taking on board suggestions. You don't feel like a number - you feel like you are part of the GreenRope family.
Vorteile
This software has all the features you want a CRM to have - no missing bits - having everything integrated is fantastic.
Nachteile
It is difficult to use and understand. The Group set up is questionable for small businesses who don't have multiple users.

Troublesome at times, not always working the way I need it to.
Good tracking i most ways.
Vorteile
It covers so much information, probably more than our co. needs in some ways. I like that I can track activity and keep notes of what I'm doing.
Nachteile
I don't like that you keep customers in the system when they "Unsubscribe" but don't let me easily access their accounts so I can be reminded of that or why they did or when they unsubscribed.

Vorteile
Being able to send email blasts to large groups and be able to see who opened, read, and clicked on the emails is critical to my follow up process. It is extremely helpful to know the people who are interested.

Affordable Platform with Fabulous Customer Service
We have been Greenrope customers for about 5 years, and I really love the affordability of this platform. It provides us with everything we need to run our email marketing and client management campaigns, and customer service is really great.

Hesitant at first, completely satisfied there after
Works very well for the archiving purposes I utilize it for.
Vorteile
My technology skills are a bit limited. So, I was hesitant about using Greenrope when I was introduced to it.
Much to my surprise I have found that the apps that I use via the company I work with flow quite nicely and were much easier to navigate than I anticipated.
Nachteile
It can be a bit overwhelming at first. However after I learned what applied to me and what didnt, it became much simpler.

Pleased with the full service capabilities of Green Rope.

Vorteile
The email templates and tracking capabilities are the features that I have used and like most. Its great to be able to quickly see who has responded and what they responded to.
Nachteile
List management is sometimes a challenge to handle as efficiently as I would like. Sometimes it would be great to be able to look at lists in a spreadsheet type format instead of one record at at time.

Great tool for any business. They took a real world, real business operational approach when developing this system.

I haven't found anything I dislike thus far. Definitely recommend training so you can learn all of the cool nuances of the system.

I wish I would have moved to Greenrope sooner!
Wow, Greenrope is not just a CRM. It is a marketing and systemizing machine. And the support is just awesome. I wish I would have moved my real estate team to this a long time ago. There is a lot of work upfront to set the foundation, but it is worth it in the long run!!!

It does so much! I hadn't even thought about being able to do things it can do!

It's not designed specifically for real estate, so we are having to improvise on a few things, but they are minor.

GreenRope for a nonprofit
GreenRope provides great value for money and we look forward to expanding our usage. We imported our membership list to get started. We use the website to capture donations. It took us a while to figure out the best way to empower a team of people to use GreenRope, since the default expectation is that the account owner makes everything go. Customer service folks were really great to get us going and the help and webinar information helped a lot.

It's convenient and has a lot of options, including scheduling emails to mass groups. It will make my job easier, after I learn the system.
Nachteile
It takes a while to learn the system, and how to use it properly. It's not as easy to use for the older generation.

Program does not fit our needs
The interactive calendar is a neat idea, but the only person who uses this is the administrator.
Vorteile
The software has a lot of potential as a CRM. A large amount of information can be stored about each contact.
Nachteile
The software is based on individual clients, not necessarily their company. Tasks are attributed to individual clients, not companies. The calendar cannot be sorted by individual users. Everything is extremely slow to load. The software is difficult to navigate and I do not believe that it is a good fit for our company.

Takes the heavy lifting off daily work
I'm new to Greenrope but have used infusion soft in the past. It's is much easier to use by far and seems to have more robust tools. I am working on building some more campaigns so hopefully after my next training session I can drive more results. The customer service is great !

I found it slow and challenging to use
Vorteile
not much. I found it awkward to use, slow and there was very little support or documentation to help me.
Nachteile
slow, awkward layout, cloud based, no way to store data locally. I was forced to use this setup with another service, I would not use it otherwise.

Vorteile
All the options the software has to offer and the add ins it has to offer and its abilities to send emails.
Nachteile
How slow the software was and how if I had it open and running it would lock up any other software I was using.
