A real life saver!!!

I love using Timely! It's so easy and has cut down on my workload hugely. Thank you!

So easy to use

Love my timely diary. Helps me organise my day with ease.
Also organises my clients and reminds them when their next appointment is. Also allows me to keep note on my clients

it is very helpful but can get complicated.

It is very good I need to learn more.

Also the app on my phone is hard to use sometime it is more difficult then the computer. It is hard to get back to dashboard sometimes.

Timely revolutionised our bookings system and was a huge step up from google calendar. Customer service had been great too with questions answered quickly and comprehensively.

i love timely and I've shared it with over six other friends whom I believe now use it !! For me as a sole operator it has all I need I simply love it!! No negatives from me .

Timely is by far the simplest, cost-effective booing system I have ever seen. It's integration with Xero and other cloud based systems completes the comprehensive offering.

Timely makes booking treatments so easy for my customers and is packed full of great features. It makes my business run smoothly and I find it really easy to use as well.

Overall good but a few glitches with appointment notifications to clients.

Sometimes email confirmations would be sent with incorrect times different to what is actually booked in the system. For example, app is at 10:00am but email says 3:00pm

I like how it works with mailchimp, Xero and google calendar. And the price is good. Would like it to provide a recurring button for clients booking recurring classes.

Excellent and easy to use. The only thing is that the time it takes to download is sometimes a bit long but that is probably due to the internet speed of where we live.

Only con for me so far, is not being able to run invoices off but that's because we have had to adapt the way that we use the software.

You'll never look back

I have used several other booking software options none come close to timely. So easy to use, set up and fast friendly help is available if you need it.

Overall it's mostly user friendly, all except needs app for Android devices .

I love the convenience.
But every time I log in with my android I have to go to desktop to review my monthly view.
Needs app for Android devices too.

I lovely Timely, i have used many systems and this is one is by far the best!

Simple to use, love the sms service, you can add more than 1 treatment to a single booking .. it id be even happier if the turn over feature had colour.

Been using this for over a year now. Have always been very pleased with it. Only one glitch in all that time and the Timely staff promptly handled it.

Easy to navigate and schedule clients. A bit challenging in setting "busy times" in-between appointments on a daily basis that re-occur weekly.

The book on system was a great add on to my business

Made keeping track of bookings easier, however my clients has a few hiccups with the mobile version maybe something to think about in the future.

We use Timely in out accounting practice and link it to Xero software. Couldn't get anything better then this system, it works very well for us.

Only problem I've come across so far is the ability to use multiple emails for clients when sending booking reminders and invoicing.

Great product, but the smartphone app needs work!!

Love Timely on iPad and desktop. On a smartphone app it needs work! Use mainly for classes and still can't do class attendance....

Really easy to set up and use and customers feedback is positive with online bookings. Customer service is prompt and courteous.

Great simple scheduling program, cost effective and runs well on iPad, integration with vend good on pc but can be slow on iPad.
