we love timely

When we started out in our business timely was perfect and they update and better their software all the time. They listen to their customers and adapt.

easy to use, tells me everything I need to know, keeps me on track :)

I love the ease of use, reports etc. the only aspect we have struggled with is how we input our professional use colour etc to keep track of our product. as it is not sold as 'retail' its hard to keep track of. not sure how we work this into the system.

We love it. Timely does pretty much everything we want as a Beauty Salon.

Timely covers much of what we need as a salon, although there a few things we would like to see, most of those are already being developed. We like that Timely actually read what is on their forums and respond to requests and problems fairly quickly.

Timley on the way

I work with Timley and i like it. Just a few functions are missing for the salon daily use.
Inventory Backbar not available so far and some other functions.
But there are always updates and improvements .
It has all the basic functions you need.

Great software , anytime use

Very helpful staff, great price, new add ons happening all the time.
Anytime access is the best ever.
It's always getting better.
The only thing I'm waiting for is GST exclusive reports.
Needs some more options for automatic messaging clients.

Best appointment app on the market

I am a Golf Coach in Australia and started using Timely in 2016. I can honestly say that the best technology I have embraced in the last 12 months has been Timely. I am about to increase the integration with my business marketing and point of sale

New Business with Timely

Timely has made starting my own business very smooth because it is so easy to use. The Timely team has even taken on board a suggestion I made and they are always working on improving their systems. I am very happy I chose to work with Timely.

I have loved having timely.

I like the diary for one person/staff however it's hard to view for 2 staff as the one person screen seem to Change. It would be great to have the same screen with the second staff member directly beside and still be able to see the week view

Practice and easy to use

Timely saves me a lot of time, it's easy to book appointments, I invoice them in timely and it syncs to my Xero account.
Clients get a reminder text and email, so I have far less DNA and they can easily reschedule themselves if they need to.

Timely is a Very Nice User Experience

I really like timely for what it does. It is fairly fresh however and there are also a lot of features that I think it really needs. They used to have a forum where we could see proposed ideas and vote on them but I can't find that any more.

Simple to use- Easy to explain to new staff members- Responsive to suggestions for new options by Timely. A real time saver- Access from m ultiple devices- Huge time saver for staff and clients.

Easy to use, good value.

Moving to an online diary has saved me SOOOO much time every week. I love it. The only con I can think of is the limit to customisability, although I must say I haven't had the time to explore if there is more I could do. Perhaps there is!

Ticks the boxes

Timely has helped me decrease the number of missed appointments due to its handy email/text reminder system. It also has the capability to schedule appointments the way I want to schedule them, not the way the software tells me I can.

Absolutely love this software

I travel a little for work, not just in Australia but overseas, this software allows me to never miss an opportunity to book an appointment, with its easy to use and very affordable up keep, I wouldn't even think to use anything else.

Fantastic System and Great Support

Easy to setup, easy to use, has all the features you could want and more. Two way sync with Google calendar is amazing. Their support is incredibly quick and very friendly! Highly reccomend timely for your appointment booking needs.

Great booking system

Very happy with Timely since setting it up a year ago for my Remedial Massage therapy business. Clients like booking online and getting SMS reminders. Reduced no-shows and time wasters, affordable, very easy to use, professional.

Some big negative caveats

There's no handling of international country codes. It tends to expect everyone is either US or the default timezone. So, if you're not a salon, find another solution.

It also doesn't integrate very well with your own website.

Love the app. It's easy to view my timetable, bookings, and customer info. Love that I can click on a customer's phone number and it starts ringing that person!

Simple & easy to use.

Simple & easy to navigate. Happy with reports & customer file notes.
Could do with some extra things such as saving documents in individual patient files, but they are working on it.
Also have been good with customer service.

aside from once or twice the site being down during trading hours, I feel much more aware of what is going on in my business. The fact that we have more than one site, with staff that work at both, is really easy too!

Could not be without it

This has streamlined my business and made life a little less hectic for myself, full of useful features with a user friendley interface.

Great, easy to use. Fab customer service I am so glad they were recommended I wil be sure to do the same.

This software is just fine, especially when you need to organize your schedules and maximize...

I think when I am having a hard time maximizing my time with my schedule cause of work and private matters, Timely helped me a lot in solving this problem of mine

Simple and efficient

Very simple for my clients to use and for me to control bookings.
When ever I have had a problem the customer support is very helpful and efficient in resolving the issue

So easy to work with!

I've tried out at least 8 other online scheduling software packages and this is the easiest by far. Quick setup, easy to manage multiple employees and works with service "packages" like a dream!
Worth the money.

The best appointment and POS software!

I've tried several appointment booking systems to manage my medical spa and this one is the easiest to used and best featured. Take my advise and come straight here the others really do pale in comparison.

I love love this product

It helps me so much as I work on my own. I don't have people forgetting their appointments because of the text messaging. It is so easy to re-book clients and give them a print out of their appointments.

It gives you a complete out come of your clients,Sales ,Staff appointments brilliant

I haven't actually got any bad faults with Timely. They have been fantastic to deal with. Always open to new suggestions from the customers to better their system and great communication when doing so.

Adds up the end of day invoices can get reports for end of the month.
Everything is backed up do need to worry about it getting lost. Can use phone, computer or tablet to versatile.

Makes my life much easier

Ease of use, I can find whatever I need to intuitively. Ipad app is great too.
Would like to be able to book multiple spaces in a class under the same customer record but can't seem to do it.

Critical for my business

I could not run my business without Timely. I have a small business but it allows me to present myself to customers in a very professional way with appointment reminders, online invoices, etc.

Excellent communication and brilliant software. Would highly recommend every time.

It's tight

I have used a number of systems.
