Great tool

Very easy to use, great reporting tool, but not cheapest one, I pay £20 for 2 users, plus 10p per sms sent to client, with reminders and messages from clients, one appointment cost 25-35p.

You can have cheaper, but when researched and tried many other, I couldn't find any with good reporting and invoicing tools.

Get Organised

I am so disorganised so this was a great decision for me. It is so easy to negotiate, and I love that suggestions are taken seriously and ideas become reality.
As my small business grows, Timely is there.
Now I just need to greatly increase the number of people coming through the door, so I can truly benefit from everything Timely has to offer.

Amazing, just amazing!!

This has been the best move i have made for my salon, i can book on the run, clients can book themselves in out of hours, i can organise my days from home. customer service is so great and easy to get hold of :) Always working on what can make this program better and it just gets better!! And small rewards for being a loyal client, so perfect.

Easy integration

Overall Timely is easy to use and integrate. Adding some features like multiple invoice templates would be great, otherwise it works well. Staff and team are very responsive so that is a bonus!

Great Resource Scheduling Platform

We use Timely for something completely different than what it was designed for. The ability to move "meetings" between resources or employees easily by dragging and dropping is the reason we started using TImely. We use the online booking for trainings and classes. The system is great! I look forward to updates every time they come out.

Very easy to use system, love Timely!

Like I mentioned, very easy to use, easy to set clients up in contacts. Clients have responded with good comments, 'liked receiving a reminder for the appointment by text and email', no excuse to forget their appointment with the accountant now!

I have found this software to be so user friendly compared to any other booking software I've...

From the start, any queries were ironed out quickly and efficiently through the very helpful staff at Timely. Not every system will do everything you require but this one comes very close. Due to the ease of use, I can't really think of any cons that would be bad enough to suggest as I honestly find this system a breath of fresh air.

Great product

We love using the Timely software. Everything about it is easy. The only issues we have had are with notifications, but the team have been great taking on board our suggestions and providing a work around until development is done.

Williams HR Review of Timely

Timely is a good booking system, but its integration is limited to Windows based environments & for us this a pain point, as we use Apple Macs. I like its product & sales tools, but feel these good be better set up, as when you have several products & services they look clunky as a list which you can't filter in order to catagorise.

If Timely can develop some fuction

From our services client can book online as a couple.

When they book if the system can block 2 therapists at the same time would be perfect.

Very simple to use but covers all my needs as a salon owner

Customer service is five stars but my phone wouldn't let me put more than three. The only con is maybe it would be helpful to have a rep come and demo before purchase.

Exactly what we needed

When we first opened our salon we struggled as the business built up with using a paper booking system. A friend recommended we use the same online system as she was, constantly raving about how great, efficient and them effective it was. Now we are also using Timely and wouldn't look back.

Timely has been a business saver for me so easy to use and quick with information.

pros:
Great fast customer service
Easy to use interactive software
I love booking appointments and having all the information in front of me.
Great updates all the time.
Beautiful layout of the appointment book.
I like being able to have diff colours for diff apointments

Cons:
I'm just waiting for the android app :)

Time Saver

The program was easy to setup and use. Easy to reschedule appointments...client list at our fingertips. Nice feature to be able to pull up a client and see how often you see them and it also helped in billing the clients.

From a financial point of view I wish I could buy the program outright and not have a monthly payment.

Rates with leading products but Timely is easier and amazing above the rest customer service!

I have worked with other booking systems and i find Timely easier to understand and work with, It seems more simple to me but more detailed if that makes sense, basically very well set out and the most important i want to note is the customer service! This team beat any other, i find the service amazing really, thanks Timely!

Makes Appointment Making/Tracking Virtually Painless

I'm really happy with this software - it easily allows my clients to book their own appointments and arrange payment upfront (no need for uncomfortable money conversations!) and for me to add in appointments or schedule myself away as necessary. Very low fuss, low hassle - and prompt, friendly customer service when required.

more than just scheduling

This software is more than a scheduling service. Timely has really put together an all in one system that is a huge plus for businesses don't find that with other vendors. Plus it is super simple to use. Gotta love it.

Swish Skin & Beauty Review

Overall great!

Pros - simple to use, easy to navigate dashboard, fits our needs

Cons - would really like to see the ability to prompt payment for attendance to a group class - love that folks pay right away for a private consult/class/service but such a pain to separately invoice attendees signing up for a spot in a group class.

I've tried them all but Timely is the king of the hill

I've used mbo and schedulicity extensively. Timely stands out for its ease of use and powerful features. As a busy massage therapist and personal trainer, Timely helps me keep track of all my packages with each client, with a sleek integrated billing system so you don'y have to use multiple software. Couldn't be happier

Timely has been the best thing I have done for my business in a while. It saves me time, as clients often prefer to book themselves in in their own time and I pick up new business as a result of the ability for clients to book simply and quickly. The auto reminder feature also improves client attendance.

pretty good system

It's a great easy to use system but texts are too expensive and it works out cheeper to buy a package rather then a monthly rental

We use Timely for scheduling appointments for quotes and installs and it has been great.

We original only intended to use the calendar scheduler because we didn't think it was really meant for our industry but now we use it to raise invoices for services on site as well and to add notes to customers files. It has been very helpful and a lot better priced than similar software set up for our industry.

So Far So Good

Vorteile

I've experimented with quite a few apps and scheduling software over the years and I've just stared using Timely and its great! The ease of use and options are great. The user interface is so easy to use and understand.

Nachteile

I schedule in different time zones and that can get tricky in the beginning. I'm hoping they make it a bit more flexible in the future, but overall this is a great product.

Unbeatable *****

I have been using the Desktop version of Timely for over two years. The App is a great addition. I have used other clinic software that are many times the price and they don't come near the ease of use and functionality of Timely. I can't imagine how we ever did without it. Keep up th good work, Timely Team.

The best salon software hands down!

Timely Salon software has helped me manage and grow my business for the last 12 months and I wouldn't be without it! I would like to have a customer loyalty system
I would like a payroll as an extra
I have some staff that only work one day per week, yet pay for each of them as full time. I would like the option to merge these staff

Get Timely

I have been using Get timely for over 12 months. It is great application because of its flexibility. I can book both individual sessions as well as group sessions and it automatically sends out email and SMS reminders. Fantastic app, worth investigating if you need an on line booking system.

It's been great so far. Keeps me on track with my work and booking in work as i'm a VA.

My clients get a notification 24hrs prior to our appointment. I mainly use it for blocking out the time for clients with not alot of clients using it at the moment to book in the work.

It's a good, safe product for business

Altogether a good experience. It would be good if some things came free such as reminders to clients about their bookings and a direct line available to call. But it's easy to use and all my staff know when and where they have to be, which when you have a mobile workforce, is invaluable.

Polished

I've used a lot of scheduling software and these guys produce a polished product. When they release features, you know they work. I would like to see a few extra bells and whistles, but I'm happy to wait as I know they'll work once they're released. And customer service is fantastic.

Excellent and user-friendly for staff

Easy, inexpensive and subscription varies each month with changing staff numbers. Still have a few things we NEED to have like petty cash (ability to have negative sales fro petty cash and refunds. On dash board want to have pending, messages, upcoming etc but not business graphs.

Self Employed just got a whole lot easier!

I can't say enough about Timely! I have been able to reduce the amount of free time I spend returning calls, emails, texts by 75-80%! The set-up was painless, and their customer service is quick, reliable and super-helpful. Timely helps me keep track of my income too. Its brilliant!

Makes my life so much easier

I have found Timely very user friendly compared to previous booking systems I have used.

I like the fact that as users of the Timely booking system, we have input into how it evolves.
Clients find the online booking very easy to use - especially not having to remember passwords.
Like the new calendar sidebar which allows access to info without leaving booking page

Save time and money

Thank the accountant for putting me onto timely! Life is so easy with it linked to my accounting app, all my paper work is taken care of and I only have to click OK every morning. Brilliant! SmS all clients cuts down on late/no show appointments, also brilliant. Thanks guys! :-)

A very good cloud based product with excellent support.

I have used Timely for 1 year now and will continue as it's almost perfect for our Salon booking use. It's easy to use and support is first class. The only thing I don't like is the occasional glitches and the lack of auto refresh. This has given us some overbooking problems.

Good, easy to use

We use Timely for an Electronic/Mobile device repair business and have found Timely very easy to use. We use Timely through a desktop computer and mobile devices . Like any new business the setup takes some time but very easy to edit, change and alter products on the fly.

great team

Timely is amazing!! Very happy with it.

Timely - Time Saver

Great product - save time, easy to use of all staff.

Fantastic Software and Service

Fantastic software and company to deal with, my clients have all commented on how easy it is to make online bookings, my time has been freed up allowing me more time with my clients' needs.

Amazing software! increased productivity, decreased paper work, decreased no shows, customers...
