I really like how personable the product is, I love your live-streams and I love the interface. The UI is super easy to use and it integrates well with accounting systems

Very easy to manage your own and others ToDo lists, great project progress to budget, scheduling task in advance.
The StreamTime team are very active with new product improvements, good communication and surveying of users to keep the product updated and in line with our expectations.

Nachteile

It's my employers choice to use the software and I can see benefits and powerful features for budgeting and scheduling that we couldn't find in other systems.
The dislike are minimal once you're over the learning curve; it's a very unique user interface compared to other similar products and some might find that a hurdle.

Vorteile

Easy to use app that is aesthetically pleasing enough to make the chores and to-do lists less bore! Scheduling, reminders and to-do lists all in one app, (with many more options such as invoicing for us professionals!)

Nachteile

It was a trial run for me from the beginning, with having to self learn many options, wish there were some self-help videos. However I do believe most apps require that kind of investment to familiarise oneself with its functions.

It's extremely clear and easy to use. When there's limited time in the day then you need a programme like Streamtime which is straightforward and to the point.

Seemed to do more than the others (invoicing, team management, timesheets, reporting). The others seemed to have more specific specialties and we needed something that did everything.

Vorteile

Overall, it's really easy to use. Planning jobs and creating quotes is really quick and straightforward. It also makes it easy to amend quotes based on client feedback and get them an updated version. It's already saved me a lot of time / made me more efficient.

I've also used quite a few time-tracking apps and this is by far the quickest/least painful way of doing it. Everyone hates tracking their time, but this takes the sting out.

Onboarding my colleague and teaching her how to use it was easy as well. Much of it is self-explanatory so it only took about half an hour and she was up and running.

Nachteile

The only thing that jumps to mind is adding a job number to a job. It's not easily 'discoverable' how to add a job number unless you know where to look. I always forget to add one for this reason, but it's a 10-second job to go back and add one later so it's not a big deal.

Although you can work with complete teams in Streamtime, I use it for my little one man design studio. An I strongly benefit of it. Streamtime is very easy in use, both on desktop as on my mobile/tablet. In combination with the very simple/affective app it's very easy to manage and registrate my daily work. It really helps me to organise my jobs and daily planning. More important even is the fact that Streamtime makes me aware of the hours I spend on jobs and the urge to invoice them.
All it takes is the dicipline of making a good start for a project. Which is very easy and intuitive in Streamtime. Once you've set up a project, small or complex, the rest is easy.
I can't really say something about working with Streamtime in a team because I work on my own but I'm sure it rocks especially there!
The support is very personal and effective.

Hard to think of anything to be honest. Maybe the time it took to adjust coming from a previous platform with a conventional structure. As things just work differently in Streamtime (in a positive sense) it takes some time to adjust to get the jist for it.

Its the easiest way to log your time as a creative person. Love the way you can drag and drop. Plus edit time as you go. Best way to see where all of those 15 minutes are going during the day that don't get lost by way of charging or understanding how long it really takes to get a project away. By the way I recommended ST to another Agency this week and they were considering ST already.

Coming from a larger agency that used a number of different timesheet, forecasting and scheduling applications I was able to shift all my project planning into one app that is really fun to use.

It has been instrumental in the way I am learning to cost jobs, write proposals and get on top of my workload on a day to day basis.

Nachteile

Lack of android app and the mobile site being a bit clunky making it difficult to work with it on the go. It's little buggy here and there when on desktop.

Lack of template customisation and saving for invoices, quotes etc.

It's really simple and perfect for us as a design agency. It's stripped back, visual and efficient.

It's not the best/simplest for keeping notes on specific projects and understanding what stage things are at at a glance (and being able to share with clients).

For example, if we have 5 projects ongoing for one client, we'd like to be able to have the status (in progress, on hold, waiting for feedback etc.) colour coded, with options to add notes and in a format that can be shared with clients.

The innovative approach to planning and tracking time via drag and drop. Its really cool and we all loved it

Nachteile

1. Its very slow and we see a loading for every small action
2. The structure of jobs and tasks is too much to do for adding all small tasks and hence needed another app accompanying it. Team stopped using it after a bit and we had to force it which defeated the whole purpose.
3. It's damn expensive. Wasn't value for money

I find streamtime very user friendly and super fast to pick up for any firm. I have recommended it to my girlfirends design firm to use as their current way of tracking time is very inefficient.

I wish streamtime had a way at the bottom to see the total time of work I put in per day after I have already logged it. It works great when it is unlogged and I can look in the right corner in the to do number but once I log it, there is no way of me knowing unless I add up my time on my own. I like the weekly total breakdown on the write but I wish there was a daily number under each day!

It's helped me get much more organised and productive as a creative professional.
Their understanding of what it takes to be a modern brand and the value they've placed in the design and the smallest details of their product is inspiring. The staff are excellent and do all they can to help you. I've found the people behind it are very passionate about continuing to improve.

Nachteile

Not much. It's a little bit of a learning curve to get used to but isn't everything? The opportunity to be creative with it would be nice. Invoices that you generate are a little limiting, but is probably a necessary limitation.

Simple and so easy to use. It's the little things like the movable bar between 'To do' and 'Done' that I wouldn't ever imagine needing but is actually really useful. Plus the whole looks pretty cool too!

Not only does it streamline the whole studio workflow but it has also managed to cut out all the tiny little errors that would occasionally creep into the quotes and invoicing etc... helping us to take care of the details and make us look like the professional studio we always strive to be.

Struggling to find anything even remotely negative to say so far.

Streamtime is great. It looks good and it does what it's meant to do.
What sets it apart from others is the prompt, valuable and reliable after sales service.
Every single time I've had a problem - usually my lack of knowledge - the guys online have been quick to respond and solve the issue. In an industry where time=money, that service is worth millions.

Nachteile

I don't want the company name on the invoices by default. In my case, it's repetitive. My company name is in the logo above, then printed below. Looks a bit odd.

Running a design team means that we need to be really good at planning, tracking and reporting on projects. I was looking for something really good at doing this and spent a good few months and lots of free trials on other software.

From the start, Streamtime felt like a great fit for our business. A well structured and elegantly simple layout made it easy to get started. As we started to use it we then discovered that there were lots of additional features that made it possible to do all of things that happen when projects change. Its obvious that there has been alot of thinking behind Streamtime that makes it very useable with real world projects. On top of this there is a sense of fun and good humour in the software that helps make it enjoyable when you are using everyday.

Nachteile

I don't have a long list of things that I like the least about the software. I would like to see more integrations.

The interface is perfectly design and simple to navigate . The full cycle of administrative tasks (job capture, quoting, reporting and invoicing) can be execute smoothly and intuitively.

Nachteile

The job numbering should be sorted by numerical value/alphabetical order foremost and not be influenced by length of the job number

For the whole team, the software is super easy to use. It's easy to set up your own tasks and it gives you multiple different ways to go around setting things up how you like. It's easy to set up new jobs and tasks for yourself and other people and to easily keep track of the jobs you have done and need to do.

Nachteile

The only issue with the software I have is that it can be a little slow and buggy some times, especially when working with a lot of jobs. It can take a while to open the jobs folder occasionally and sometimes when I wan to look at 'snoozed' or 'completed' tasks they just don't come up.

After comparing half a dozen different business management apps, Streamtime stood out as the most intuitive and well-thought out. I love the direct relationship between scheduling and timesheets, a unique element that sets it apart. It has the perfect balance between detail and looseness that makes it easy to record information and extract useful reporting. The reporting filters have recently been vastly improved, making analysis a breeze. Though the new scheduling interface will improve it greatly, it's already a very easy-to-use resource scheduling tool.

Nachteile

The big drawback is that Streamtime is best suited to time and materials project planning, which as an architecture studio we don't use. I'd love to see better tools for long format fixed fee projects. The interface is just so good though that we've found workarounds to make this work for us for the time being!

As a design company i feel the possibilities for the invoices design are a bit scarce. (but hey, only the administrator of my clients is going to see them :-)

The user experience from day one has been nothing but good vibes. I needed a management software system to record all my freelance clients in an organised, simple manner where I don't have to spend more than 10 minutes updating jobs and sending invoices and Streamtime covers that issue with ease. The more you use it the easier it gets and I haven't gone through all the tutorials that Streamtime offer to be even more efficient.

Possibly more third party integration options e.g. hnry.co.nz.
Email notifications when your invoice has been opened or seen by your client.
Maybe an instant payment button on invoices, that would be a rad feature.

The dashboard is elegant, easily customised and enjoyable to use. But perhaps most of all, we love the personalised and dedicated after-sales support, as well as the constant product improvements. This makes it exciting, reassuring and valuable to use from a customer perspective. Truly unlike any other project management tool

Like with any new application, it takes a while to learn how to use as it's quite sophisticated. However, the pain of the learning curve was offset by the support we received.

If we need it to do something specifically for us, we can request it and often it gets implemented. the listen and are always aiming to improve the experience.

There is nothing about this software that I would call a con. So far stream time has been amazing for our workflow and processes.

When listing projects throughout the day I can't see the name of the project, just the item I'm working on, so it's inconvenient to add time to a project that I've already added. Mostly I'm working on similar items for each project so my list is just all the same. If the list was the project names it would be alot faster to modify.

The free tier is genuinely very useful and may be enough for some users. The UI is beautifully designed and easy to use.

The ability to be able to plan projects, see costs and hours, assign to team members, track hours and invoice makes it perfect for our studio. The combination of being able to schedule teams hours, easily see availability and manage your own time in a seamless and visually engaging way is awesome. When I say engaging, I mean it's beautifully designed for a great experience in a task that's usually boring and painful.

Nachteile

There is very little to not like about Streamtime. The only small problem is not being able to have non-billable hours that don't have a dollar value assigned to it. But seriously, not enough to make us break a sweat

I love Streamtime. It works just as we want it to and keeps us super organised. The site has a great tone of voice and I love the little characters etc. that pop up along the way.

There are a couple of kinks sometimes with Streamtime - some of the functionality can be a little klunky at times (like adding on a new job - sometimes there's a delay in moving between sections to add the information) but they are good at continually working to improve things.

It is very easy to use and access, it manages my timeline effectively by handling all incoming clients.

They need to improve security and privacy, they just log out the user and that's not the security control I want.

Streamtime is so easy to use and most importantly looks amazing! I use the software for implementing all our jobs across the studio schedule which also helps my team plan and manage their own time and job schedule.
The regular updates by the Streamtime team also prove to me that they really care about this product and listen to all feedback they gain from the users. The updates just keep making this product better and better and we have seen a massive evolution even within 12 months of using! Thank you Streamtime!

It's extremely easy to set-up jobs and allocate time. It's just as easy to view who is working on what and amend workload based on sickness, holidays or shifts in deadlines. I can easily set-up projects months in advance and book time in for all areas of the business. It's made us far more efficient and productive as a team too. It's pretty faultless.

Nachteile

It can be a little buggy at times. Slow loading and having to refresh to ensure things have updated. Although, I'm putting that down to our network connection rather than faults anywhere else.

The user experience is super easy to get your head around. I love how fluid and integrated it is. It took no time at all for our team to learn how to use it, and as a designer I have to say I love the beautiful design!

Nachteile

It would be good if you could assign priority to tasks that auto-fills to the week and day. Sometimes the task assigner assigns a job and that job is on hold, maybe if the software could auto-detect when a job had not started being worked on and remind the assigner whether or not this job is active.

This software has saved me so much time, before I was working between spread sheets to track jobs/ invoice/ record time, now its all in one place and easy to use.

The customer service and support is great and responsive.

So far I haven't found much I don't like about this software. The only change I would like is some customisable fields in the jobs section, where I can reference purchase orders and other bits and bobs.

I love that this program is very efficient. It's also easy to use. I use this for a lot of digital and graphic design. I've managed to make a good amount of money using Streamtime and it's been great and my clients have both been kind and cooperative. When contacting customer support, they were nothing but kind to me.

Some clients of mine live around the globe so it would be great if different kinds of currencies could be utilized.

It is easy to create new jobs, schedule team members and review project timings. Generating quotes and invoices its easy but still is missing features

Invoicing and quoting - currently, it is not possible to spit the quote in different invoices i.e I want to set up a project to be paid 50% at the start and 50% upon completion. Currently, I have to divide each item depending on how much it is to be charged

Gantt Chart - Ability to create a project timeline and share with clients directly from Streamtime would be awesome
