Easy to use and set up. Customer support is always available and very responsive. The platform meets our needs to provide training content to our teams, to animate them via forums and to manage them thanks to statistical monitoring.

Nachteile

In the creation of content, tools are offered but require a parallel license because it is not integrated into the platform.

I like the connection with my rep. She's very helpful and does a great job following up with me.

Nachteile

It has a steep learning curve, but once you get through the main academy it gets pretty easy. Not everything is 100% intuitive, but it's fairly easy to use.

I really love online learning courses. One 360Learning, TKWW periodically uploads training modules for us to complete, which are straight forward and helpful.

Nachteile

Personally, I feel like the courses and modules available are a bit overwhelming. I wish there were more straight forward paths for learning specific skills that were grouped by relevant roles or goals.

360 Learning has been great in assisting us to transition our face to face programmes, to online and blended learning. The ability to build courses that include virtual webinars where learners can have everything they need in one space has been great as it avoids needing to send multiple emails and diary invites.

Nachteile

The only thing that I would love, is to be able to create courses that are non-linear. Though pathways can do this, it would be great to have it as a feature of courses so we can ensure a course is completed but the order can be in a personal choice.

We like the learner engagement and cutting edge feel (Netflix or LinkedIn like). We like the simplicity for the user and for the admin. We like the ability to author content quite simply.

We wanted to be able to create University "colleges" and then several tracks within each not necessarily to assign them but make them easy to find tracks for specific audiences - college of Sales, college of Management as example. We found that this took is mainly for creating programs (series of sequential learning activities) that you assign to a user. So a huge part of what we wanted to do is missing and we didn't realize it before we signed the 3 year contract.
It also seems to lack choices such as customizing badge icons and simple things to fix. Also they are not AICC compatible and that limited us from using LinkedIn learning content seamlessly.

I used to experience some UX issues due to the fact that I manage 9 courses which are all separated (but to be honest , I did not read the "Guidelines" before starting so I might have to blame myself !)

I joined a new company about a year and a half ago and needed to acquire additional on the job training, especially in regards to industry specific knowledge (both targeted and broad). I wasn't familiar with 360 Learning before then and I was very pleasantly surprised! Easy to use and it provides a fast and efficient way of collaborating with others in your field.

Nachteile

There isn't much that I would feel needs to be improved upon for 360 Learning except that maybe they need to do a better job marketing? I am at a new company now and they had never even heard of 360 Learning and were using an inferior product. Needless to say, I was able to convince them to switch!
