Our organization trains large groups of staff in the summer, before the launch of the school year. Historically, when staff were hired after we hosted the trainings, there wasn't a mechanism for catching those folks up. Thanks to 360 Learning a staff who starts any time - on the first day of summer PD, the first day of school, or even the 60th day of school - can get caught up on all our essential trainings!

Nachteile

There are a few more rigid features that sometimes trip up our less experienced authors, coaches, and instructors. For example, if a program session ends before someone has completed the courses, there's no turning it back on! We've learned most of the features now - and have increased training/support for folks - but they tripped us up a lot at the start!

The software is easy-to-use, ergonomic and intuitive. It makes the management of training sessions and the creation of contents easy. Moreover, most training catalogs are compatible with which is very convenient to provide all the courses to our collaboratorswith only one platform.

There is not enough gamification in the course authoring section.

Tool usable in native, intuitively by the people who have the knowledge with the constitution of simple e-learning but tool able to integrate the more complex elements either with complementary tools (Genial.ly, ...) or external tools (Articulate , ...), built in-house or by external service providers.
The speed of construction, publication, live maintenance of e-learning and the ease of animation of open sessions with these e-learning.

Nachteile

No elements that I like least, just needs improvements. For example: facilitated the copying of modules, facilitated the recording of co-authors (not only at the module level but also at the program level with automatic attribution of this right on the modules constituting it), facilitated the collaboration between the authors in allowing an easy sharing of the resources (images, documents, files, questions, ...), ...

360 Learning offers all the typical features for each position, including a user-friendly mobile app and interface for learners, social network-style feeds for authors, seamless integration of content from both internal and external sources, and mixed devices for administrators. With cutting-edge capabilities at the administrator's disposal, the platform, which is really expandable, supports the expansion of learning programs. It is, in a word, the best for training.

Nachteile

Users moving from one group to another could be better managed.The process for creating a training session is   changing your settings up until the session's end, therefore you must close the current session, make the necessary changes, and then start a new one.

It is intuitive to use and very accessible. It is easy to use in terms of creating content and feels collaborative. As a site it looks polished and engaging. The support we receive from Rachel and Munashe has been excellent and the Knowledge Base is a helpful resource.

Nachteile

I have experienced some difficulties with uploading files of a certain size. This has occasionally included files below 400MB.

360Learning offers a fun and easy-to-use learning solution. Learners appreciate the diversity of the courses and their design, as well as the exchange forum to ask questions about the modules. As for the creation of modules, it is very simple and collaborative. It allows to include a large number of animations which is very appreciable. The platform also facilitates teamwork through its project management tools, and numerous statistics are available to analyze the quality of the training and measure the commitment of employees. The tool is globally very complete.

Nachteile

Most of the modules put online are created on other platforms (Canva, Genially...) and then integrated on 360Learning. This feature is very useful, but a more advanced module creation tool would be welcome.

Each department is able to create its own courses, and the platform allows teams to report training needs. It takes time to integrate this new tool into the company but it is an investment.
The processes are easy to integrate and the learning curve is fast.
The platform meets our internal and external training needs.
The support offered by the platform is very useful, the team is reactive and attentive.

I particularly appreciated this platform for the ease of creation of modules, training courses. Without having specific knowledge in development, I managed to create a good training and monitoring tools to optimize the theoretical training time.

Additional options to customise the learning platform would be appreciated, including the option to switch on and off features if needed (such as the quick-feedback option at the bottom of every page).

This platform is great for varying learning styles, promoting reflexivity, and therefore learner autonomy.

Nothing ! This is perhaps a little too serious for a young audience.

I like a lot the comments and sharing tools to create this big Tribe atmosphere. Everybody is a part of the project.

Les aspects pratiques comme ses outils de créations , la possibilité de fonctionner en blocs pédagogiques et les outils intégrés de co-production de contenus ont permis d'atteindre nos objectifs et de déployer à grande échelle nos offres de formations.
Nous avons été accompagné tout au long du parcours par l'équipe de 360learning qui nous ont aider à deployer les bonnes pratiques pour des formations e-learning

Nachteile

Le seul bémol est du côté de l'architecture de notre plateforme 360learning car nous ne pouvons pas voir clairement les groupes et sous groupes d'un clic. 360learning se tient à notre disposition et peut nous faire l'image à un instant T. Peut être dans une prochaine mise à jour ???

There are some inconsistencies in this software :
We can integrate a scorm file in 360 Learning but we cannot export/download a module.
We can assign a program but not a module.
We can add a co creator to a module but not in a program.

The access to the programs for a user is not that easy and effective.
The access to the modules to co create is not that easy for a co creator. He cannot see the program, only the modules which is not completly handy.

Adding users in a group is not really intuitive.

The user's home page on a "social page" doesn't look professional or doesn't look like a serious LMS.

I really enjoyed the fact that 360 Learning helped me to create full e-learning or blended learning sessions by my self for my company. The tool is very easy to use, the training on the tool are very useful, the team is very dynamic and the support service very reactive. It's also very good to hava access both on computer and mobile phone with the same tool. The dashboard is also very convenient to follow the plateform an the users progress.

Even if the tool is great, it's not always easy to create a strong commitment when this tool is not a mandatory for the users. ir requires time and energy to analyse and imagine new solutions.

There are two things that I like most about 360Learning. The data tracking and the question variety when creating courses. With 360Learning we are able to tag skills to each course and track areas where our employees need most improvement.

There are a couple areas where I wish the platform was more intuitive. There seem to be a couple bugs occasionally with the Program Sessions but the new Paths feature is solving those.

As someone who has spent a lot of time using google slides and other such tools in live trainings/meetings, switching over to 360L is a game changer. From interactivity, to ease of use/access, blended training capabilities, scheduled sessions, and reporting statistics - the ceiling on what we can do in L&D has been blown off.

As I continually learn about everything that 360L can do, their customer service has been incredible. Any time I have a question they are there to assist via email or video call - whatever works best for me. That has been crucial in aiding my knowledge and understanding of the platform.

Nachteile

While 360L does have a knowledge base to aid in answering questions, I have found that often times only part of my questions can be answered using those resources, and for the full answer I need to reach out to my wonderful customer service team. While they do aid me in getting the answer I'm looking for, it would be nice if the articles were a bit more detailed. I'm sure that will come with time!
