Its good but could be better

It was great when we first started using it; provided us with much-needed insight. But with the change in pricing and lack of product improvements, it's hard to justify the monthly cost.

Vorteile

I like the user interface and how data is displayed.

Nachteile

The pricing change made it less attractive for the value we received.

Works as it's meant to

The software itself works well, but the integration is not user-friendly.

Vorteile

I really like the heatmapping feature, the ability to set up tags to inform when users take specific actions, and reporting.

Nachteile

We were unable to get the integration code to work, so we cannot view the lucky orange information in our CRM like we thought.

Best video recording

Good

Vorteile

Their visitor video recording tool is the best on the market.

Nachteile

Luckyorange doesn't catch all of the visitors. Their UI was outdated, but now they changed it.
