What I like most about Google Workspace is that it is interactive, has a user friendly interface and is easy to use! I love that it is able to be accessed via phone, computer, iPad etc. It is also extremely easy to share and collaborate with other people! Wonderful technology! Between mail, drive, docs, calendar, sheets, everything is seamless. I also LOVE that the documents save automatically so you never have to worry about loosing your work. All around, the best workspace out there in comparison to its competitors.

Nachteile

What I like the least about google workspace is that there is a maximum amount of storage allotted.

The Google Workspace is a fantastic tool for organizing and managing our work. It offers an extensive number of options at a reasonable price, and its seamless compatibility with all Google platforms makes it possible to collaborate and use all of the software in a single dashboard.

Having a desktop application to swiftly update huge, complicated spreadsheets before posting them to the internet is something that should be improved.

En general, es una solución eficaz para empresas y equipos que buscan mejorar su productividad y colaboración.

Una de las desventajas es que si no tienes una cuenta con internet sus funciones son muy limitadas. De igual forma al tener tu información en la nube, surgen dudas de cómo será usada tu información.

It’s full featured. There is so much functionally about user profiles within the system from spam detection, gmail and group / alias management.

The price increases, a lot of my team don’t need the AI functionality yet the business still needs to pay extra for it.

Having used Microsoft products for most of my career, it took some time to feel competent with Google workspace. I do still prefer Microsoft products.

What really catch me about Google Workspace is the improvements they had done for the past 10 years, the online cloud structure and what is the best, is that it is free.

I think what needs more improvement is more in its Google Docs. They still have lots of stuff to improve to catch up with Microsoft Word.

Our company uses Google Workspace extensively. We love the tight integration between different services such as Drive, Gmail, Docs and Sheets. We also Google Cloud Platform which also integrates well into other services they have. Really happy so far!

The Google Admin Console needs a bit of learning curve. It takes a few weeks to fully get to know all stuff.

For our team, Google Workspace has been fantastic. We like how easy it is to collaborate with a team and the capabilities of monitoring revisions. It also works great on any browser, though I prefer Safari. We use this platform regularly to house important docs for accounts.

the limit on email threads is really tricky. With my job I am always working within old emails and when it gets past 100, you cannot see who emails you or what they say, which makes things very hard and upsetting to the other person.

Sometimes, there are false-positives spam alerts from our emails that we would like to "white list" or mark as nonspam permanently because they currently happen a couple of times per month and require somebody to manage these alerts to unblock the supposed spamming email.
