Slides is my favorite,the option to edit realtime by all members helps to increase productivity and save time in repeated reviews and editing.I also like that my email is through Google as am not a big fan of Microsoft email.

Nachteile

Nothing really other than there could be more storage included.

I love all the suite of products Google Workspace offers, the one I mostly use is Google Drive. I like that I can store all my documents and organize them however I want and also assign sharing permissions which gives me full control on who can access what.

Nachteile

When checking the editing history of my documents it's a bit complicated and tedious to review all edits made from multiple collaborators, I also wish there could be a bit more automations around documents like email notifications when someone completes a task or edits some part of a document.

The amount of tools and integrations can be overwhelming, so for people that havent used it this is difficult! Thankfully I knew enough, but I could see it being alot for someone else.

What I liked most about the google workspace is the centralized admin console. I like the admin console because I was able to manage accounts, security features, and billing all in one space.

Google workspace is a great all-in-one cloud-based software that has pretty much everyone's day-to-day work needs. It is considered free and also very light weighted for your computer CPU and hardisk.

Par contre, l’organisation dans Google Drive devient vite brouillon quand on a beaucoup de fichiers. Aussi, certaines fonctionnalités avancées manquent dans Sheets et Slides. Et sans Internet, c’est un peu galère.

2. The integration of Google Meets was a good addition that responded to the evolving marketplace of remote visual meetings.
3. Everything is conveniently located, and the prices are excellent for me.

1. For instance, adding code to a Google Doc can occasionally be very unattractive and cumbersome. Other specific use cases of a similar nature, in my opinion, ought also be included.
2. We did occasionally experience errors and glitches, which can be problematic when it comes to access permissions.
3. At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.

It has many features such as g-mail, google drive, chat, web conferencing (Meet), sites, forms, keep, etc., and it is almost unlimited in capacity. Even employees who do not have a high level of literacy are able to get used to the service relatively quickly.
We have never experienced any service outages, and the system functions well as an information infrastructure.

When sharing google drive outside the company with a specific domain, the other party must also be a Google Workspace user. In this case we have to use another online storage service.

Le pire service que j'ai eu depuis que je suis devenue entrepreneuse. Dès qu'on a un problème, il n'y a ni adresse mail à laquelle écrire, ni contact, ni rien ! Service déplorable. Je perds 30 minutes à chaque fois que j'essaye d'avoir un conseiller "humain". Je suis tellement déçue vu le prix que je paie tous les mois...

Nachteile

Le chat qui ne sert à rien. On tourne en rond et on n'a pas de réponse pendant des minutes et des minutes. Pas d'adresse mail de contact en cas de problème et des conseillers très sympa mais qui ne répondent pas à notre demande.

Stronger points to the collaboration tools such as messaging, video, video rooms, broadcast content to entire teams with shared drive space, etc..

Nachteile

Naturally, Microsoft defends the advanced features of their tools (in this case, Office) and if we receive, for example, an excel file with Macros or some more special graph elements, you don't have access to all the features on the excel file.
The same for the other tools (word, powerpoint file), etc.
Being Office widely used on the organizations, we have lots of chances on getting files that we cannot access in full detail.
But compatibility is exactly that...it is compatible, but not fully functional.
Office compatibility is definitely the worst point of this set of tools.

Google Workspace is well integrated and does provide most value, however in areas of offline the user experience might not be as powerful as desktop app counterparts.
