Eu particularmente gosto muito da integração entre as diferentes ferramentas, como o Gmail, Google Drive e Google Docs. Isso facilita muito a colaboração e a organização do meu trabalho. Além disso, acho muito prática a possibilidade de acessar tudo de qualquer lugar.

Nachteile

Quando se trata do Google Workspace, alguns pontos que eu menos gosto são a falta de algumas funcionalidades mais avançadas em comparação a outras suítes de produtividade, e a dependência de uma conexão com a internet para acessar as ferramentas. Mas no geral, acho que os benefícios da integração e da mobilidade compensam esses contras.

I really like the new AI integration (via Gemini), and the way it's able to recognize missing facets and auto-check various content in relation to what you're doing/sending.

This product has contributed to both our professional and personal accounts. We are able to manage users accounts with ease and make adjustments on the fly within real time. Users are able to seamlessly collaborate and pass data through this product.
With the products various cloud integrations, it has made the user experience great!

The user interface does seem to be outdated and could be modernized. With Google being this big tech company it seems like it is still in a "beta" status.

What I like most about Google work space is its collaboration features. How it makes it easy for users to work with together using Google Docs Spreadsheets and slides including the ability to share files. Working as a team always increases productivity and it safes time. It allows me to more in a short span of time. Allowing me to do other things whether work related or personal.

Nachteile

What I don't like about Google Workspace is its limitations when it comes to offline functionality. Having internet access is not always a choice and during those times I find it difficult to be productive when I use Google Workspace. Hopeful this night be one of the limitations that Google will work on.

It was easy to setup and migrate from 365. Powerful suite with lots of tools. I mainly use it for email. Google search and Gmail are powerful tools by default and free. Now imagine having a paid version of it with all that and some extra tools. Like extra space, domain, Outlook sync support. Spam support by default is great and keeps most garbage out. You don't need to set it up or tweak it like 365. Archiving is the best, you can hold all your email and archive it. You can still access it with search. 365 still has an outdated pst files the grows exponentially. Overall a great product recommended but do your homework.

Nachteile

Only real issues are if you lose your credentials or access to an old phone number that has all the recovery information. It's over complicated just to recover your account. I don't mind because I don't want people hacking my account. I had to prove ownership even though I could log in. Proving ownership is complicated so have good records and if you change phone numbers make sure you update all your account settings. Also if you have 365 you will need to purchase Microsoft office on your own. Google docs, sheets, are great but not as powerful as Microsoft Office products.

The ability to edit documents in real time with colleagues, leave comments, track changes in Google doc and sheets is incredibly useful. Google Drive cloud storage is also convenient allowing acts to files from anywhere, and also the integration with Gmail and Google Calendar make my life easier

Nachteile

One downside is that some Advanced features in Google Docs and sheets are not as powerful as those in Microsoft Office. The occasional synchronization issues is in Drive can be frustrating

Google Workspace connects all the core utilities I need Gmail, Drive, Docs, Meet, etc. into one cohesive platform. I find the real-time collaboration features to be super handy, the amount of cloud storage provided is very generous and being able to access everything anywhere is a boon.

It delivers maximum bang for the buck but the offline capability can feel limited in comparison to conventional desktop app offerings.

I enjoy the email experience within the google workspace. It is much easier to navigate than MS Outlook. It is also easier to operate on phones and tablets. Great for my work productivity and ensures my files are shared safely.

Google Docs can be difficult to manage at times from your handheld device directly. It can be challenging to find features or options that are hidden under different option tabs which can be time consuming to find.

We chose Google Workspace primarily because of it's compatibility with our current website. They are our host's partner. The ease-of-use is hard to beat. Google's service is great in the set-up stage. For the most part, everything works as it should, and Google offers a lot of helpful features to assist in document management, reports, etc. that can all be used in the day-to-day business management.

Nachteile

Google's service after you are a customer is abysmal and disappointing. You can only get assistance via chatbots and online articles, so if there is an actual issue, good luck getting it resolved. The customization features for the inbox are lacking (Outlook's is what I would consider ideal). While google's tools and features are helpful, I would generally consider what Microsoft has to offer as better and used more frequently.
