This product is easy in regards to providing referrals for new hires but also for other interested in being involved with the company.

Nachteile

this product is not as customizable as other products we have used. However, I don't have anything particularly negative.

Greenhouse is simple to use, easy to set up, and runs good reports. Our hiring managers and interviewers are happy to submit their feedback.

Nachteile

Data migration from our old system didn't work flawlessly, but I can't help but think that is the problem of our old software vendor and not Greenhouse.

I like how it is really simple and easy to track referrals. Information is super well organized and easy to find. The color scheme is very clear and isn't confusing like some other pieces of software.

The one gripe I have with Greenhouse is that I can't easily access my dashboard from the main website. I have not figured it out yet. I have a link saved that HR gave me in order to track recruits. I have to constantly use this link in order to access my referrals.

How easy it is to write a review of a candidate you interviewed and the visibility it gives into other member's of your team's thoughts on their interview. Also, how easy it is to add in a referral.

I like the customizability of the interview process and steps. It's straightforward. The team is very receptive to feedback and really listens to their customers.

Nachteile

There are some bugs here and there when using the system, but the team has a quick turnaround time with fixing these.

I like the way this tool was created. Looks like designers totally understand hiring process and this tool has 100% match with hiring manager needs. Interviewer's flow, questionary templates, collaboration channels are just great.
Ability to export CV's is just awesome (parsing didn't work very well in all cases, but it was acceptable ;)

Interface is very intuitive, learning curve is very good.

Can't recall anything bad about this product ... I was really happy.

Great software that helps keep track of applicants, able to see the job description easily and has automated response feature.

Systems needs some updates, once you delete something it is gone forever customer service is a little slow but the online help is useful

It's easy to use in a team environment. With people in multiple offices, it's easy to review notes on new hires that will be working cross-functionally or across different geographical offices.

Like any application that is new to your office it takes a little time to get used to but is very user friendly.

Sometimes, I have problem with the sync process to the other app. But overall, I really like this app.

It has some powerful features. It allows the People team to track applicants from start to finish. It integrates with other applications and allows for outsourced recruiters to load their pipeline into Greenhouse, so all applicants are tracked in one place.

Some of the user experience isn't intuitive, and sometimes you would need to click around to find what you need.

It's very easy to use. I can screen potential candidates really quickly. I like how clearly all the info is organized.

I love the ease and simplicity of Greenhouse. Greenhouse makes candidate and pipeline management and huge simplifies the recruiting process. I also love the "Alert" features that let me know which candidates need follow-up. I also love that scheduling is made easy as Greenhouse is directly connected to my calendar.

I would like email responses (from candidates) to be captured in Greenhouse.

Greenhouse is a good ATS so far for recruitment, and helping to find quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.

There are some notiable gaps, including campus/event recruitment. It isn't the most high-tech in that area. Wish there was more of an interview scheduling tool, and CRM that is more advanced.
