Greenhouse has been great. It is very convenient with scheduling interviews for myself, the candidate, and any other managers. ClassMark is also a great addition to help measure potential candidates fit for our firm. I would definitely recommend Greenhouse for its functionality, ease of use, and efficiency.

Best ATS I've ever had

I'm 20 years in recruiting and Greenhouse is easily the best ATS I've ever used...and I worked for a company that sold an ATS earlier in my career. It's an easy learn - very intuitive - a recruiter can pick it up on their own in just a few hours max. Recruiters use Greenhouse not because they have to, which is the case for literally every other ATS out there - but they use it because it helps them do their job well. Interview feedback, scheduling, correspondance - it's all in there. They have a ton of pre-built reports as well. Highly recommend.

We ended up going with a different ERP for our recruiting system but that wasn't necessarily because we didn't like Greenhouse. The other ERP ended up having other options for departments with other needs too.

The BEST ATS I have used!!

This ATS is above anything I have used. It has a number of great thing that are very "next level" such as the "How to Sell this job" field, tagging people in the notes area, being able to copy a previous job when you are populating a new one, how easy it is to edit anything. The user experience is just great. I could go on. Perhaps the most powerful feature is the ability to build scorecards that are customized for your particular hires, so that you can optimize and use data to be more effectively as you get going. Love it!

Greenhouse is a lifesaver

I've used Greenhouse for both referrals and interview scheduling. I love how I am quickly able to pull up a resume on the fly which is something I always forget to do before an interview (oops). I also appreciate being able to see a history of referrals so I can keep track of everyone I've spoken to. This is incredibly helpful as new opportunities show up over time and I want to go back and make sure I revisit the people I've already interviewed who may be better for a new role. Greenhouse doesn't have the most intuitive UI, but it does a decent job of applicant tracking. Hiring managers and teams can collaborate in real time to vet resumes, provide feedback and monitor applicant responses via the web app.

The first-time-ever I had to use Greenhouse was when I was in that excited phase of just getting my dream job. I had fun walking through the onboarding process and filling everything up. It's stylish, it's easy to use - very user-friendly.

Greenhouse has changed our lives!

We had a very bare bones system in place prior to implementing Greenhouse and have been amazed with the functionality and ease that has come with the system. With very little training our team was able to jump in and start using in no time. Our account rep is amazing and so quick to help us with questions even when they are outside his scope of role. We are continuing to find new features everyday that have made us so much more efficient in our roles daily!

So far, we love Greenhouse!

Pros:
+Streamlined workflow (no need for any spreadsheets!)
+Ability to communicate through Greenhouse and keep everything out of your inbox
+Not a lot of clicks to get tasks get done (i.e. scheduling)
+Customer support is superb
+Reports/data collection
+Able to make complex templates to teammates and candidates

Cons:
-Lack of customization for user permissions compared to other ATSs (they are changing this, but this is how it is now as July 2015)

ATS that's best in class + awesome team who cares about recruiting

I've been a Greenhouse user for a few years, and it's been indispensable for keeping interviews organized and providing a great candidate experience. It's super intuitive, so onboarding is easy for your interview team and it helps you plan for new requisitions and interview plans efficiently. The Greenhouse team is amazing; not only are they great in providing help when you have questions, but they also truly care about and understand recruiting.

Cons:
- No mobile app
- Less reporting customization than we would like
- Lacks features to support international hiring

Greenhouse works!

Greenhouse is one of the best ATS systems I have used in my 10 years of being in HR. I find it easy to use, train folks on, and have hiring teams use on day to day basis. It's easy to setup multiple locations, with very different hiring teams, and lots of users. The approval process in greenhouse gives confidence to our leadership team in regards to offers. The one feature that needs slight improvement is reporting.
