Great First Impression!

There are numerous perks with this system, but two stand out for us. To begin, the fantastic first impression! Our guests are always commenting on the ease of use ~ for check-in and check-out, the professional appearance, and the technology we are implementing. We have had a number of guests partner with Envoy at their own businesses after becoming familiar with our system. In addition, with three office locations, our employees quickly receive the notification of their guests' arrival and are able to retrieve them. We have been extremely thrilled with Envoy and are proud to partner with them!

I'm the administrator for Envoy here at Riverbed. This product works well

easy checkin and badge printing for guests

Vorteile

Convenient. Fast. Easy to setup/manage. I can easily import a spread sheet with all the new hires to update the data base

Nachteile

Been supporting this envoy for a while and I don't see any real cons. Many other companies including the building property management uses this product.

Easy to use, works fine

Vorteile

Intuitive, easy to understand. I have not used customer support so would rather not review for customer support.

Nachteile

Wish I could customize reason for visit. Otherwise all good. I think this survey is bad though because I am not the one paying for the service so why am I rating the value for money?

Great, immediate customer support.

Saved at least 2 hours of my time every day at work explaining walk ins how to use the software (which is no longer needed) and on package notifications.

Vorteile

I love that it is a very simple, clean software that looks modern and is very user friendly. Receiving good feedback from the community.

Customer Service is great!!!!!

Vorteile

Very easy to use for our community. No training required. Very intuitive. Campus roll out had few bumps bc it is that easy.

Nachteile

Long wait process on requested feature and may not occur bc it has to be an additional request from other company users.

Everything you could possibly want!

My office doesn't have a receptionist, so after much to-do about what we were going to do about it, we decided to purchase Envoy - and we are so happy that we did! Everything about Envoy is easy. It's easy to set up. It's easy to use. I've never had to call customer support, so I can't so I can't comment on that.

Envoy has change the way in which we register visitors in our company.

We have had Envoy running in our organisation for a few years, and it is one of the most reliable applications our organisation uses. Nice and easy to use software

Nothing, i am using the free version of this software package. All the restrictions are more then logical to me.

Envoy makes life easier!

In a large office it can be hard to find the host. Envoy makes it easy to let the host know their guest has arrived so reception doesn't have to run around the office looking for them.

It is very easy to set up and use. I haven't had to connect with customer service on very much, but when I did, they swiftly solved my issue.

The more my office grows, the more feature I have turned on, like the NDA at sign in. The picture feature and printed badges add another layer of security.

Love the product and would highly recommend it other companies!

Efficient way to track visitors and communicate important information to guests.

Vorteile

Professional look and intuitive interface, online support was great and well documented for attaching the badge printer.

Nachteile

The recent change in dashboard settings through me for a loop. However I am picking up on it just fine.

Quick, simple and easy to use. An efficient time saver in a busy school environment.

The Envoy system is simple and easy to use. Our organisation has customised the sign in fields to create a fast and efficient way to ensure we are up to date with the visitors on or premises.
We have been able to eliminate bulky sign in visitor and contractor registers at our Reception desk, having been replaced with a slimline Ipad with a customised logo.
The Envoy system has saved time when regular visitors and contractors arrive as they are able to use the 'been here before' tab and the system recognises their details.

Envoy makes coordinating guest visits very easy.

Vorteile

Easy to use interface. Sends instructions to invited guests. Send notification when guest arrives.

Nachteile

I don't know if it is available. For visitors that come often, it would be convenient to save visitor info for reuse.

Solid product, easy to deploy and use.

Vorteile

The process end to end is simple and straightforward to use. Setting up was easy, deployment and then I get great feedback from the employees using it as well as some of our visitors.

Nachteile

Honestly I have not come across any real issues or challenges. I just wish it came with a simple how to guide that I can share with my employees but even then dont think it is needed.

Easy to use, works well. The mobile version not so much.

Vorteile

The desktop browser version works flawlessly. It's easy to use and looks great. I like how responsive it is when people sign in to when it delivers email alerts.

Nachteile

The mobile version of the site leaves a lot to be desired. It's not optimized for mobile so a lot of the pertinent information shows up off the edge of the screen and the dropdowns don't use the built-in mobile interface so it's really hard to scroll to the selections I want. If it was built responsively to have the form flow downward if the page width shrinks, it'd solve a lot of the problems.

Grateful for Envoy!

I love Envoy. As someone who works at the front desk of a company with a lot of visitors, I find Envoy helps make my job fun and rewarding. Our guests are able to sign in with ease, which allows me to focus on helping them feel at home. The best part of Envoy, though, is the top notch customer service: I actually look forward to chatting with them when I have a question or concern because they are genuinely interested in learning how they can assist their users and improve their product. Envoy at Marin Academy... Game-changing!

Incredibly positive experience with Envoy from soup to nuts. Their customer service and support is top-notch and the system is fantastic. We use Envoy to register students when they arrive on campus for their interviews and it sends an immediate notification for our interviewers to let them know the student has arrived. Everyone in our community has raved about it and the kids love how "high-tech" we are now as a school. We have every intention of continuing to use Envoy into the future!

At Quirky, we saw several hundred guests per week, and Envoy completely streamlined our VM.

Envoy completely changed how our front desk handled guests. The app is brilliant and just plain works. They've constantly built upon the already rock solid platform and it keeps getting better.

Allowing pre registration of guests and host notification has helped ease the strain on our front desk, who would at times be greeted with over 100 guests at once.

The ease of use. Super simple to use and configure. It is super easy for the end user to use it, and also the administrative side is super easy in order to configure the app.

Nachteile

I would appreciate a little more control for the administrator side. There's some configurations that have to be done by the Envoy team that I would appreciate if they could be done by our side.

Cool little tool

Overall Envoy is a great tool to allow for quick way to process information and allows you to check in to visit someone where an NDA is necessary.

Vorteile

Envoy allows you to check in at a company. I think its super user friendly and also keeps your data for the next time you check in. It also alerts who you are visiting

Excellent Product

We use Envoy to sign in and out visitors to our summer youth camps. It provides a stable, sharp looking, fast way to know who is on our property. Activity waivers and visitor logs have never been easier to keep track of. We can customize the product and integrate it with other software. The customer service and developer support make Envoy a pleasure to work with and a key partner in securing our camps, protecting our campers, and serving our guests.

A mile ahead of anything else in the space

Vorteile

I was blown away by how easy Envoy was to set up and start using (literally minutes), and it worked fantastically even though we were probably only using 10% of the features we had available to us. It hits the mark both on ease of use and comprehensive options, which is pretty rare in B2B software.

Nachteile

There's really not much I can mention for dislikes; Envoy does everything well. It's a bit pricy, but there's nothing else on the market even close so I'm happy they haven't raised their prices even higher.

Easy to Use, Superb Support

Envoy may just be a startup right now, but product and service is amazing. The app itself is simple to use and new features are being added frequently. New ideas for features are readily accepted and any bugs are quickly squashed. Customer service is incredibly responsive, unique in this business. I wish every vendor we work with would provide the level of service and attention to the customer that Envoy enjoys.

Excellent visitor registration!

Easy setup and easy to use. Love the ability to use custom name badges, and the many options available to sync an employee list. It saves time trying to track down and notify the person our visitor is here to see, and the ability to export a list of visitors complete with links to their photos and signed NDAs can be a life saver. Customer support is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. Outstanding company!

Envoy has been an answer to our visisot sign in dilemma! It's Awesome!

Envoy has allowed us to have a smooth and easy sign in process for our school! We can add as much information to the process as needed, and the visitors are able to sign in with ease. It has definitely made our process much more efficient. And it is so easy to verify who has been to the school, how long they were here, and even to print a list of current visitors for emergencies! It truly is a great system!

Great Product

Envoy is a great product. Makes signing in to our building a really smooth process. We can customise it to exactly how we would it; we can make the sign in details as intricate and detailed or as minimal as we would like which is great.
Any time we have an issue or even just a question the customer service team are always super lovely and incredibly helpful and do everything they can to help resolve it.

Top Choice for Product, Options, Price and Look

We evaluated many options and could have even built something ourselves. However, the product that Envoy had ready plus the integrations, there was no choice. We have been using Envoy for about 9 months and have not complaints. Plus they keep updating and adding features at no additional cost. The recent additional of analytics is great. Cant wait for some kind of reporting option.

WOW! What a help!

We installed the equipment and we were up and running in no time at all. With a few hiccups of not knowing the system very well and just some user errors, we were able to use the system within no time of getting everything set up. The customer service has been outstanding during this time and we are hoping to continue the relationship with them. We love it here at FBMaryville.

Luxe is an on demand valet service. With interviews for valets coming in troves we needed an easy way to identify and have all interviewees sign a NDA.

Awesome Way to Keep Track of Guests!

If your company has a front desk, then this is something you need! Envoy is a great tool that helps keep track of all the guests that enters & exits into the establishment. It also sends an alert to the to the personnel that is expecting the guest's arrival. It's easy to set up and very efficient! Highly recommended.

Super Easy to Use

Vorteile

Envoy is super easy to use when you want to check guests in. There is in a place to sign in people in bulk.

Nachteile

I haven't used it in really complicated manners, so I'm not sure how it would work in that setting.

I love love love this system. Makes receiving packages a breeze at the office

Vorteile

I love getting an email alert if I have a package that has been delivered. The alert is very clean and easy to read. I love the reminders of picking up a package too!

Nachteile

I cannot think of any cons. My only con is that the reception desk at my work needs to use it more! I wish there was a way for the system to be alerted once you pick up a package as opposed to me having to submit it via the email

I was in a pinch to see fast turnaround for my fledgling small business, and Envoy came through like a star. The speed and precision with which I was able to coordinate my custom label printing with them reflects a healthy hunger for perfection at Envoy. This company is one to watch and work with.

Perfect for us!

We use this app to check in visitors to our special needs baseball league games. It's very easy to set up and customize. The technical support is super fast and always there when you need them. The interface is easy for our visitors to use as well! Well worth it!

Receive them well!

We use Envoy for both our guest registration and ensuring all NDA's are signed before visitors enter our space. It notifies both the Admin and the executive that their visitor has arrived and mails the visitor a copy of the NDA when they check out.

Easy Set up, Easy Sign in

We have the "bare bones" version aka "FREE".
No fumbling around on how to set it up or questions on how to add or delete people.
The best part is that it will email and/or send you a txt when your visitor arrives.

Experience has been good so far. Very easy to set up and use.

Easy to track who is onsite at all times.

Vorteile

Being able to invite visitors ahead of time to keep up who is planning a visit and to see who is onsite at different times of the day.

Nachteile

Having to verify my email on each devise I set up either email, phone, tablet, etc. Not a big deal just takes more time. Seems that if you verify once that should be enough.
