A Visitor Management Software that Excels on What it is Designed to Do
The pre-registration feature of the app lets us sign up visitors remotely and send customs e-mails on their scheduled visit. This solves heavy workflow and procrastinating on the day of the visit itself.
Vorteile
The software is convenient and user friendly in terms of the sign up system and document signing feature. The whole process is quick and hassle-free which gives the impression of an efficient, well-made software.
Nachteile
No issues encountered at the moment, some lags that we experience are mostly on our devices.

We LOVE Envoy!
This has honestly been such a timesaver. No more scanning NDAs- it's all online now! People come into our office and comment on the app daily. The app allows you to customize the greeting message, so we have a fun color scheme that is eye popping for visitors.

Easy to use, set-up, and export.
Nachteile
A lot of great features are not available on the free version, but we'll likely update when we need them :)

Very easy tool to use and saves time for all of us

It does everything for you, not much to do but greet your customers when they arrive. We were able to save money by not having to rehire a receptionist to greet customers and visitors.

User friendly
Vorteile
simplicity and accurate information. compared to most of the software programs I reviewed this one by far was the perfect fit for our new company. guest are very impressed with Envoy.
Nachteile
It did take a short while for our IT department to set up the program and upload our active directory. once that was completed it has been quite simple.

Envoy is a True Win Win Win for my Company!
I was introduced to Envoy almost 2 years ago and have been using the system for just over a year. The Envoy team has delivered on every promise they've made and exceeded my expectations in many ways.
Easy purchase and set-up of the system make it a no-brainer for any company that receives visitors.
Out of the box integrations across my entire communications architecture (text, Slack, Gmail) allow my team to focus on our guests' comfort as opposed to trying to wrangle the host.
Most of our visitors immediately recognize the Envoy system and love the straightforward UI.
I have and will continue to recommend Envoy to peers in my network based on the quality, simplicity and ease of use of the product, and for the outstanding level of support my company has received.

Vorteile
Customization with our backdrops is really nice. Also - additional access from computer makes using database easier.
Nachteile
Users often complain descriptive fonts are too pale and small.
It would also simplify things if all the data AND signature were on the same page.
We've also been having issues with Deliveries.

So *bleep* Simple
Everything about Envoy is simple from the self-service sales/sign-up process, implementation/setup and general usability from both an admin and user perspective. We've used other solutions before and they were the exact opposite in every category. So glad I found Envoy!
Vorteile
The simplicity of administering the system and the overall design and usability is perfect. We've been using it for nearly 3 months and I don't recall the app crashing or locking up a single time.
Nachteile
All I can ask for is a little more functionality when it comes to notifying more than one person when someone signs in. The notify assistant feature can solve this for some, but we had to create a workaround to adapt to our organization's needs.

Great Solution that Need Expansion
Vorteile
Simple and intuitive interface makes it easy for *most* guests to understand at the first try. Looks fantastic and very professional. Most guests are very impressed.
Nachteile
Certain features just don't seem to be there - have tried suggesting a few things, but the response is just that they'll send it to the dev team. Apple TV app doesn't exist anymore, which would be a perfect solution for luxury retail locations. Phone support literally doesn't exist.

One of the best assets for our office
Vorteile
This is the software that cleaned all the mess in our office. Very nice design, easy to use, and especially easy for our visitors. This is the key for every growing business and the best solution out there. We were using different cheaper tools but there was always something missing.
Nachteile
It can be costly as you go up, but what can i say, it's worth it. There is no a real con that i can complain about.

Visitors really love it
Ease of whole process
Vorteile
It has made the life easier for both visitor and receptionist. No paper work, the visitor can easily enter the information using the Ipad app and the notification goes straight to the relevant person. Very easy and impressive layout. Dashboard shows all related details.
Nachteile
There should be an android version as well. Also internet is necessary for it to work so in case of any internet issue the system does not work.

Awesome Product Easy to Configure and Time Saver!
Envoy was quite simple to configure and setup within three of our offices. Our receptionists, and also staff, love the ease of use of Envoy and also the "Pre-Registration" feature. I highly recommend this application for providing customers, and employees who also visit, a most effective and quick way to sign in and automate their visitor badge!

Exceptional Customer Service
It's easy for most people to figure out on their own, even if it's their first time logging in. The only time I have had issues with a visitor logging in it seemed more due to them not wanting to check in.
Vorteile
It is easy to learn, use and train on the software. And I have used the Online Chat a couple times and had a swift response and solutions from all Customer Service Respresentatives.
Nachteile
I have not found anything in particular that I do not like about the software.

Envoy has offered a sleek and seamless guest check-in system!
We are a tech-targeted coworking space on the peninsula with 100+ members; many of whom have guests and client visits throughout the week. Envoy is an exceptional software and allows a seamless notification for our members, and clients and guests of our members have always been pretty impressed.
I have always been happy to recommend the software to the companies that visit and move on to have their own offices. I've also recommended the software to a guests of a "Global Coworking Conference", offering how valuable the services have been to our own coworking space.
Pros: not having to walk around and find the host for the meeting, can work on other areas of the job without worrying about client arrivals, adds extra bonus and incentive to current members and prospective leads who have multiple meetings at the space, ease of use, great customer service, always adding great services and details valuable to our business!
Cons: some guests do not like to fill out all the required fields that we ask

Vorteile
I like the personal customization, and it is EASY to use. We can add our logo and a special message after each visitor completes the sign-in process. We will be expanding our current features to include labels.
Nachteile
The ability to upload more information about our visitors. For example, we use Envoy event check-in. Sometimes, there are special messaging I would like the capacity to give individual visitors, "See your financial aid adviser."

Easy to use, seamless bolt on to existing systems. I have especially enjoyed the addition of Envoy deliveries and how easy it was to get that program up and running in our office.
Nachteile
At first it felt kind of minimal, but I realized I did not have the system set up/customized to its full potential. After I learned to use it a bit more, any cons were erased from my own user errors.

Excellent App. Gives a high-tech look to the reception.
Wonderfull app full of features. We have used it in Quebec city and people are loving it. It is a great use of technology where we don't often expect it. It also gives the receptionist a break.

We were having major issues with packages being lost or misplaced when delivered to the office or shipping area. I started looking for automated solutions and I found Envoy. The software is very user friendly and it has been a great kaizen to the office team.

Envoy has been easy to use, set up and maintain. Great support.
We were having support issues with our last Reception software and stumbled upon Envoy. After testing and working with their sales staff we decided to start rolling out their product as a replacement.
The Customer Support and Sales staff have been exemplary to date and we can do nothing but recommend them.
As for the software, they have been actively developing new features and functions and have been very approachable for feedback and recommendations from us.
We use it at our head office and several schools now and are working to roll it out to all of our locations.
It has been easy to set up and even to customize where we have students using it to check in and check out laptops.
For Visitors and Volunteers it has been great and simple.
As for Cons there currently have been no real deal breakers. The couple of things that we lost when switching to Envoy, they have announced those elements as new features and even have them in beta.

Work relief
LOve it very easy to use.

Easy to work with and organize on a daily basis.
Nachteile
Filtering it seems a little difficult for options. In our case we have two blocks for groups Am & PM. We are a non-profit Behavior health, if a member decides to sign for a PM groups they have a choice of two to three groups, however , if they switch groups we can't modify right away.

Simple sigh in, loaded with features
With Encore sign in has become so much cleaner and easier. It provides an elegant experience for our visitors, and a complex back end that allows us to make the best use of our data.
Vorteile
Simplicity of sign in, beautiful front end interface, notification to host so they know their guest had arrived
Nachteile
I would personally love it to support Android, but that doesn't take away from how great the service is.

We enjoy using Envoy over our previous system as we have a secure workplace.
Vorteile
I like that Envoy sends an email to the host so I, as front desk admin, don't have to call the host. I also like that we can send invitations to future guests so it's a quicker sign in process for them.
Nachteile
It would be beneficial if the software opened up to the current day automatically. Also, a view of a week at a time showing all the visitors for that week, or even month would be helpful.

It has a very simple GUI interface which is self-explanatory and very easy to use. The search functions allow for multiple results from as short of a string as the user would like to use.
Nachteile
I have not had any negative experiences to date and truly don't anticipate any. So I cannot say that I have a "least" .

Exactly What We Didn't Know We Needed
Envoy. Can I just say, "Wow!" for my review? We've used the classic "sign-in/sign-out" sheets of paper for our Registration Desk for years, resulting in an endless heap of wrinkled papers after the day was done, not to mention the numerous pens that seemed to grow legs and walk off. We've all been there. The Dark Ages. Then you see a glimmer of hope. A light at the end of the tunnel. That light, my friends, is Envoy. No more papers, lost pens, clipboards stacked on top of clipboards. And not only does it make our lives easier, but our guests love it too (made evident by the somewhat silly photos they've taken of themselves to notify us of their presence). Envoy's customer service has been superb to say the least. Jordana was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, knowledgeable, and gracious enough to work with us every step of the way. I highly recommend the switch to Envoy. Step out the Dark Ages and avoid the paper cuts.

Great for internal use - the slack integration and email is a great way to let employees know their visitor is here.
Nachteile
It feels like a bit much for visitors to take a picture and sign an NDA. All visitors have to go through the same flow, even if their purposes for visiting are vastly different.

Really Great for a growing company
We can now track all visitors that come to the office. It is truly great with the built in NDA feature. We no longer have to have printed copies in the reception.
