I am able to sign up to volunteer and my kids school with ease. It even helps me add to my calendar.

Sometimes it is hard for me to see all available time slots at once. I usually us this on my mobile device though and it is easier to see by computer.

Free and reasonably priced upgrade option. Easy to edit and customize. There are a decent amount of templates for the free plan and even better ones for the upgraded plans.

I found SignupGenius to be an incredibly helpful tool for managing sign-ups for our event. Its ease of use, customization options, and communication tools made the process simple and streamlined for both organizers and participants.

I like how easy it is to navigate and how user friendly it is. We use it for signing up for special days like teacher appreciation week. We also use it when we need or want something extra for a holiday or special occasion. I work in an Early Learning Center. There wasn’t an option that entirely reflected what we use this product for.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything that I don’t like about this product. There haven’t been any issues.

This free service version is so convenient and helpful when scheduling events. It provides real time information which is critical to event planning.

Visually it is a bit messy. There are banners or ads on the pages which can take the eye away from the content you are trying to deliver.

Sign up genius is easy to navigate and upload. It is very convenient way of setting up times to meet with staff and families. It works great for meetings and party sign ups as well.

I personally do not feel that Sign up genius has any cons, it's a great tool. I will continue to use Signup genius for upcoming meetings and parties

It's so easy to set up and interact with. We can quickly create a schedule of available options, and easily add specific ways in which parents can sign up to be most helpful. We can also easily follow up with those who sign up to remind them of their time slots and of those items which people volunteer to contribute.

Nothing comes to mind. SignUp Genius has been a total win for us.

I recently just started using SignUpGenuis once I joined the PTO at my daughters' school. It has been great allowing me to volunteer for events. It keeps track of everything I signed up for in one place so I know when and where I need to be. I can also communicate with the event planner through there.

This tool seems to be the tool of choice whenever someone is organizing an event where different team members are responsible for various items or in signing up volunteers to help out on-site for our live-conferences & events. Its easy to use and navigate. It captures all the right information.

I have only scheduled a handful of events with SignupGenius, but it has been very easy to do and manage. I have also used it as the person signing up many of times for various events, and it is such a quick, hassle-free option for signing up for an event, etc. Even those that are not very computer-friendly could figure this out. I like how simple it is.

This is such an easy website to operate, create, and it is user friendly for non-techy people. Everything is easy to do!

There are a lot of steps to create exactly what you want. This could be time consuming, but is still easy to do.

Any time I need to coordinate volunteers for an event, I'm able to access SignUpGenius and create a sign-up in just minutes. The option to customize the theme is great for the range of events that I coordinate.

I do wish there was a way to look at a list of all of the sign-ups as well as their private comments that they provided when signing up instead of having to go to my email and find the confirmation for each person.

Sign up genius was very intuitive and when I paid for the service at a prior job, it had a lot of important scheduling features. Most importantly, I could set a cut off point, so people couldn't sign up for an appointment last minute.

I switched away from sign up genius as it was not included in Microsoft 365 while bookings was.I couldn't justify paying for it when bookings was freely part of a package deal.

I use signup genius on a weekly basis to manage students to sign up for lessons and also for volunteer tutors to choose times they would like to volunteer in. Signup genius is incredibly easy to use as it is very user friendly. The features are self explanatory. Those who are not familiar with this software would be able to figure out how to use it relatively easily. After using signup genius I find that planning for lessons is a lot easier as it is an easy and efficient way to gather the information (volunteer times in my case). I have also used signup genius to sign up for volunteering times. It is very simple and easy to use! Therefore, on both a planning and user's perspective this software is very well made and easy to use. No previous knowledge required and setting up a volunteering time page does not take long.

I don't have anything negative to say about signup genius. I've always really liked using signup genius. One thing would maybe for the designers of the website to look into the aesthetics of the website. ONLY a suggestion.
