I like the workflow and data management
Vorteile
I am a daily user for this product and we use it for data collection, leads management mainly and sometimes for workflow management too. It has been helping both sales and marketing team so much to produce a proper structured end result.All the leads are sored in here with clean and clear highlight used for sales team to track and for marketing team the same leads are used to email campaigns and leads are successfully converted.
Nachteile
Nothing as such. So far i think this is the most affordable platform with so many features out there. Good to go without a second thought

Email for Pros
I really haven't had any issues in the last 3 years.
Vorteile
This email system works great. I would say between gmail, being 10 and Outlook being a 7.
Nachteile
Really no cons. It's not as simple as gmail which is a plus in my opinion but Zoho isn't difficult to use by any means.

You get what you pay for
Free but you get what you pay for. No customer service and run into a lot of issues with integration with other products its supposed to work with even other Zoho products that are paid for.
Vorteile
Free version. Ease to manually add a contact.
Nachteile
No customer service. Transferring data in csv format. Integrates badly with Zoho forms, gmail, google calendar and mail chimp.

Useful CRM tool which offers many features and is very user-friendly.
Nachteile
Sometimes we experience minor errors/glitches; e.g. search bar (does not directly go to the page when you click on the search result) and new customer profile is not saved (eventhough when you save the new customer profile, somehow it is not saved and as if you did not create a new customer).

Great for a Semiconductor Startup
I was able to get a login and open the software and get going on my own. The software is intuitive enough, that you don't need to spend a lot of time training.
Vorteile
It does the job of tracking accounts, leads, quotes & sales orders. We were able to link it to our MES to have a closed loop for ISO 9001 worthy records of a customer PO received, to customer product started. To do this there were custom fields created that need to be filled out correctly or the data won't be sent to the MES. There are menu items so that at any time you can jump to a list of Accounts, a list of Quotes or a list of Sales Orders. There's room to add notes & files.
Nachteile
Some of the editing features are a little clunky. For instance, trying to create a quote by copying an existing quote can cause issues if you do it wrong.

I love it. The best option is to purchase the Zoho One package, which offers you access to over 40 apps to manage your business for just $40 a month. and it's a little bit easier to handle since they're all communicating with one another. For instance. For my business, I was using Google Forms for my forms, 1anything that didn't link to each other, an Excel spreadsheet for contacts, accounting software for invoices, Excel for spending, and a few more apps. The cost of the accounting software I was using alone was $30 a month. therefore for me, the adjustment was worthwhile.
Vorteile
How I had the option to catch leads from different sources and have them come to one spot. Having the portable application truly helps monitor your contacts in a hurry. Work process computerization saves me a lot of time consistently.
Nachteile
Zoho could provide better instructions on how to set it up and what it can accomplish. It appeared that you were on your own to put it into practice after you purchased it.

Lo que me gusta es que tiene mucha variedad de características como la gestión de clientes potenciales y una buena automatización del flujo de trabajo , aparte es fácil integrarla con otras aplicaciones de zoho, también al estar en la nube puedes acceder desde cualquier lugar con conexión a internet , y tiene un precio competitivo comparando otras soluciones de crm.
Nachteile
Lo que no me gusta que no tiene una buena escalabilidad , también vi que algunas empresas se quejaron de problemas con el soporte técnico y algunos usuarios que necesiten funciones específicas no las encontrarán al no estar disponible.

Great alternative
Overall, I liked Zoho CRM but think it needs to be a bit more popularized so that it can be more easily known and used.
Vorteile
I appreciate the price point and the flexibility of the plans that are available. I also appreciate that Zoho has a whole group of resources (such as Zoho Meeting) that can integrate reliably with one another.
Nachteile
I do find that it took me quite a while to learn how to integrate the other platforms and it's not as well known so it doesn't integrate well with my website platform.

Not a recommendation - poor functionality in Books and poor support
We can not recommend to use this product

It has an intuitive look and feel and there are multiple modules.
Nachteile
- Zoho Books not working and poor support. Unable to fix integrations with bank accounts for more than a month.
- You can see clearly that the different modules have been developed by different teams. there is not integration testing between the different modules.
- Each user must be configured in each module and changes are not populated to other modules.
- Partner is unable to help with open tickets.

My experience with Zoho CRM has allowed me to build relationships with customers, satisfy them and attract new customers. it's a powerful software with an accessible interface; it has sales and makerting functionalities and allows regular follow-up of your tasks in your absence.
Nachteile
The deal entry service needs to be improved, and the cost of subscriptions is high. Otherwise, on the whole, this software allows you to meet your project needs in real time.

Not My Favorite CRM
Zoho works for what we need. It doesn't have extra features and is usually pretty slow.
Vorteile
I like the different views that I can use to see tickets in Zoho. It is easy to assign tickets and to make internal comments.
Nachteile
We aren't able to store a lot of client information in Zoho. I don't know if it's the way our company set it up but it's really hard to search for a client and find what I'm looking for. The templates are slow and not very easy to use.

CRM Lead Management
Robust tool with all of the functionality we need to support our clients.
Vorteile
We were able to design and implement Zoho within a two weeks notice of onboarding a new client that required us to capture their leads and provide reporting.
Nachteile
The mass update feature is limited with the Professional edition.
