Zoho Affordable Excellence in Business Software Solutions
At my digital marketing firm, we've been utilising Zoho CRM for lead management and sales process optimisation for a few months now. The degree of customisation offered was one thing that caught my attention straight immediately. With the help of custom fields, we were able to modify the CRM to meet our unique requirements and smoothly incorporate lead sources into our sales funnel.
It did take some time at first to become used to Zoho CRM. Nonetheless, the learning curve wasn't as high as expected, particularly with the lessons and guidance that were readily available. The capacity to automate workflows was a game-changer once we figured it out. Our follow-up procedure was much accelerated when we put up automatic answers for new leads.
The integration with other Zoho applications,like Zoho Books and Campaigns, was really practical. We could easily synchronise data, avoiding manual entry time and guaranteeing platform consistency.
But there were times when we need further assistance. Although the knowledge base answered most of our questions, we encountered a little problem involving a technical issue that needed to be fixed right away. It was a little disappointing because getting in touch with customer service took longer than anticipated during a pressing moment.

One of the best CRM
Vorteile
ZOHO has a multitude of solutions that integrate perfectly with Zoho CRM, which I consider to be one of the main points.
Nachteile
In terms of customization, it is a little difficult as the tool has some limitations. I also consider it very robust, which makes it necessary to dedicate some time to get the most out of it. Due to the fact that there are several applications and you have to pay more for one, I consider the price to be a bit high. They could create a product with several tools and at a more affordable price.

Zoho is comprehensive and can be a great fit for some businesses, it just depends on what you are looking for and what you are expecting of it.

I was sold on how robust the system is, from the CRM capabilities all the way through the sales pipeline management and sale performance tracking.
Nachteile
I found Zoho's lack of customized fields an issue for us, and the setup was a bit difficult. Plus the lack of access to some AI features except for top paying customers, was a turn-off.

Great System, Zoho Needs to Make Some Impovements
Overall very good. I have used Sales Force and Hubspot in the past, and Zoho is on par with them for a much lower cost.

Overall, it works very well. It is especially valuable to look at Zoho One, which offers a comprehensive set of tools for most of your CRM/ERP/Finance needs. Most features work out of the box, and there is easy customization for things that don't.
Nachteile
There are several areas where Zoho is behind other CRMs - for example managing multiple addresses, emails and phone numbers. While you can build solutions yourself, you shouldn't have to for basic needs. Also with integration for other Zoho products, it typically works well, but when there are issues it takes Zoho a long time to address them. They recently changed how CRM and Campaigns sync and the old way was much better, it feels like they didn't talk to users before doing it.

Overall, my experience with Zoho CRM has been good. For my job role, it has helped me greatly by providing the necessary tools to make my job more efficient and effective.

Zoho CRM is an all-rounder tool that has helped marketers like me not only understand the fruits of our campaigns but also aid us in scaling our campaigns with lead analysis. The various options like lead capture, sales pipeline management and detailed report generation features have been useful in my daily work.Moreover, a seemingly trivial but important feature has been the lead status feature in sales management - this helped us in filter CA's to send them automated follow-ups.

The only drawback was the UX-UI of the tool.

Zoho CRM is not a very expensive program and easy to implement, the support team was helpful initially in deploying and importing all of our data. The program also has many different functions to support sales, marketing and admin. There are many different report functions that allows you to pull relevant data.
Nachteile
Zoho CRM is too big and too complicated and not used friendly. Our sales and marketing teams have had too much trouble with the program and spent too much time doing admin work in Zoho rather than it helping them alleviate their work. We needed a designated Zoho CRM person to help manage the program which was opposite of the initial intention.

Poor support and prospect management stay away

We had a strong interest in becoming a Zoho customer; however, it became apparent quite swiftly that our concerns and preferences were not being fully considered. Our attempts to reach out through the customer support line were unsuccessful, as we made five calls without receiving any callbacks. Additionally, our account manager proposed that we pay for a trial version using our own data and cover the cost of migrating our data to Zoho, with no opportunity for us to independently validate the imported data.
Most interactions are with Indian customer support, and unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of attentiveness to customer needs. Furthermore, feedback from existing customers suggests that the platform is prone to bugs and unreliability. We hope that these issues can be addressed for a more positive experience.

Effective customer management with Zoho CRM
I like that it is a versatile and free platform, but I have some limitations due to its security, fixing that would be a better product than it already is.
Vorteile
The price is affordable, including free plans with maximum functionality. It is also an advantage that the software can be integrated with several third-party applications, which facilitates data connection and its fluidity.
Nachteile
I had problems with customer support, sometimes they take a long time to respond to inquiries. Regarding its security, it is not so reliable, since it does not have security reports in a timely manner.

Yes there are couple of things which I dint like about Zoho is their customer support which they are to improve, Integration challenges , offline access is very minimal that should be improved.

Really good CRM, can hold its ground compared to Hubspot and Salesforce
Really really good software that can be configured without needing 3 developers and a year long project.
Vorteile
Customizable as heck and the automations work so freaking good.
Nachteile
Sometimes there are weird limitations. Like the image upload field limitations or using variables everywhere when using automations.
The Kanban View needs a revamp.

Simple Solution for a CRM
really like it as its simple to use and take little effort for client management so this makes it quick and not have to spend time away from the main tasks to update or chance the CRM

search function you have to go to the section eg. invoices then search for the client you can's search for the client then it pull all information and then go to invoices and them still be for that client
