Overall- Great CRM software. Glitches on reporting at times
Overall, I like the software. To be honest, I was very hesitant at first., as I was so used to Salesforce. Good customer account maintenance, job specifications, etc. . Was when you try to get older, like, really older information?, At times it would freeze up.
Vorteile
Ask previously answered, Zoho doesn't excellent job with account management, customer needs job information, etc.. It definitely makes my job and the team's job throughout the company. Easier with the way you are able to push and schedule work flow processes.
Nachteile
Ask previously mentioned at times the reporting aspect of it had glitches.. Foreign example if we wanted jobs 30 days old. I was run it once ( example of glitch was that some completed job's were on the report) but in 15 minutes later, if we reran it, not all were there Like on the original report. Also, when you try to get older, like, really older information?, At times it would freeze up

I love all Zoho products, but CRM is my favourite
Overall, I can say I have used the free version for my own startup - which was amazing and also the full paid version at a mid-sized company, where all the team members happily were able to use it.

CRM is good, it's handy to count on the Zoho suite
Vorteile
The softwares is complex than Salesforce and it's easier to use. it's also much cheaper. We user over 15 products from the zoho suite and the experience is so seamless that I didn't noticed that we used so many.
I used Salesforce for +7 years, it was uncomfortable to get used to Zoho, but it's been a positive surprise. I'm enjoying it a lot.
Nachteile
There are some limitations on building dashboards and reports. The interface isn't very modern.

Support is not there when they have a glitch!
Zoho is great until something goes wrong, they caused the glitch and no one has ever offered a suitable solution. You spend all this money setting up the system to be left high and dry when they have an issue.

Emails linked to the CRM which was all in one place.
Nachteile
The support team leave you going around in circles. When you give and instruction they always come back with but can we help you. This is always the response leaving you with no answers or resolution. They take your money and do not refund or offer any compensation. You get ignored and basically sent to the beginning every time so you go away.

Es una experiencia poco positiva dada la complejidad de esta solución, que dificulta su implementación y gestión.
Vorteile
Es una solución muy escalable con muchas herramientas que cubren casi todas las necesidades.
Nachteile
Al tener tantas herramientas y dificil de gestionar y aprenderlas. Por otra parte el coste es elevado en comparación con otras herramientas CRM.

Best Crm for small businesss and startups
Vorteile
Simple, everything is readily available, even from a mobile device; it's amazing that all of the information is available online. Being able to work without having to sit in an office was really helpful.
Nachteile
While Zoho CRM is a little more expensive than other CRMs, I still think it is worth the money. This is the one feature of Zoho CRM that I would want to draw attention to.

*The most hated part of Zoho is its Customer support , it is very pathetic and sometimes it is very glitchy which makes the CRM unusable
*Every time whenever we need a help, we have to download the link which they share through chat
*You get different answers from different customer representatives and the lack of an account manager is painful. App store is full of apps that barely work or aren't maintained.
