Very user friendly. Able to convey my message to my audience effectively and efficiently. I have have been using it frequently and I am amazed by how easy it is to navigate. I don't have to go to other window to copy and paste my media, everything will be in the media slot. Just insert and your media will be available for your slide. It is very very convenient to use.

Nachteile

I wish the mobile version has easier and more user friendly features so I can access and edit my work using my mobile phone on the go.
I hope they can make an apllication available for mobile phone users.

Another software I've used for so many years, PowerPoint is the most efficient and easiest program I've used to create slides for my team. The amount of features they've added has improved PowerPoint in great ways with new templates and features that I've been wanting for a while.

PowerPoint, like many other slide presentation software out there, serves its purpose at a great capacity. In a world of subscription-based software, a downside would be the recurring fee compared to a one-time purchase. However, it is essential in today's day.

The one con i can think of which might not even be a con is how often Microsoft changed the UI/UX of office products from each update. This could be a personal thing while many other like changes and new things. But, to me personally every new Office like office 2016, i have to spend a few minutes getting accustomed to the new design (I however much say, each new office makes office products much more sleek and modern)

Is one of the best presentation software available, I have been using it since high school, college and now at work. It is very easy to use and there is a lot of tutorials and information online. It has a lot of functionalities to make the simplest and basic presentation and even the most sophisticated with video, audio and animations. You can do collaborative work with office 365.

There is formatting issues when you open your .pptx files on another computer. Also embedded videos will not play on several occasions so you have to be completely sure that everything is working properly if you have to show your presentation to others.

I love the latest version of PowerPoint. I love that when I need to select a color, there is a color picker! I can actually have my colors the same on fonts or backgrounds as colors within my graphics. It makes my presentations look much more professional. I use PowerPoint to make eye popping graphics for social media for my school as well as to run the daily announcements in a loop on our school's Closed Circuit TV system.

I wish the default "New Slide" would be a blank slide. I always have to delete the text boxes that are on the default New Slide.

- Difficult to find cons for this product as such it the only best product for making presentation if I ignore google slides, but still there are few.
- When person give hyperlink in presentation he needs to keep in mind that such file remains on that location, otherwise on presenting he will not get able to run such file. As PowerPoint does not save hyperlink file with itself.

Very easy to use, it takes a while but once you get to using it, it has great functionality. You can make some stunning slideshows. Very easy to edit and add graphics, captions, and even sound to the slide shows. It is commonly used in the graphics industry, so compatibility is generally smooth with other software. Price isn't too bad, as it comes with certain office suite bundles.

Even though Power Point is a common software, it can still have some issues with editing finished files on other software. (Needs to be smoother when adding presentations to websites) Other than that, I really have no issues with this software.

There is very little not to like about PowerPoint. I found that much older versions caused little problems at all. However the latest version no longer features the ability to save as html. It's a pity this useful fucntion was taken away.

I use PowerPoint all the time for presentations. For the most part, it works well and you can create some really nice-looking presentations. It probably supports about 95% of everything you'd need to do in a presentation. It's pretty much the industry standard.

For my use case, there are a couple (or maybe a few) key shortcomings:
* On the Mac version, there's no option to print handouts with only one slide per page. Why? I'd like to be able to print my slideshow with a single slide at the top of the page, and then an area for notes beneath it. You can do this on Windows, but not Mac.
* When generating a PDF from the presentation, there's no way to control the quality of the images. This wasn't previously a problem, but a recent version update has made it so the image quality is sub-standard.
* I'd really love to be able to use styles in a presentation, like one can do in Word.

There are a couple of things I don't like that much of Powerpoint:

- Lack of standardisation between MAC and Windows. You will always have formatting issues on this. This has improved over the last few years but still an annoying issue you need to face on a daily basis.
- Lack of creativity compare to its competitor Prezi, which makes amazing presentations with highly innovative animations.

Powerpoint can be difficult to understand for someone who has never created any presentations, maybe due to their job work. It can be overwhelming to see so many icons in one slide and can also be confusing to navigate. Like any other software, it can take some time to learn and understand how it works.
Sometimes, one can also face a problem while trying to embed large video files in the slides. By compressing, it makes the job still a lot easier. Also, if a system doesn't have powerpoint installed in it, one cannot run a powerpoint presentation on it.

Things to improve would be that sometimes, when your powerpoint presentations becomes too long, the file loads a little bit slow. It is still manageable, but you can notice the difference. The animations can also be a bit hard to manage when you have lots of them on top of each other. A lock by layer or grouping each layer of animation feature can easily solve this which I hope will be on our hands in the future.

PowerPoint is an application that allows you to display a simple presentation or an elaborate integrated multimedia presentation.

Whenever, you are integrating multimedia always ensure that you test your integrated videos, and hyperlinks before your presentation at your conference location. I have spent hours perfecting my presentation on my laptop or workstation only to find out at my conference location that the presentation did not function as intended, while using the onsite equipment.
Either my hyperlinks did not work, my integrated video file did not play, my special effects graphics timing was delayed, etc.

User Friendly, easy to catch on to- not a whole lot of "getting lost", pretty straight forward. Create templates that can be used for repeat projects and even apply company logo and message(s) as a footer so it doesnt no draw attention away from the main material but doesnt require a lot of effort to get it applied! While other programs you have to add to each slide, resize, hope they look the same..

The only con I can think of with PowerPoint and this is more of a user problem- I did not want to pay for a verision so I only get to use this for work- but I would love to have this to use on my phone to build flyer, trifolds and trainings

The various templates and layouts act as draft to build on our presentation while we also have the freedom to modify it as required. The animations and effects also add value to breaking the monotony of transition from one slide to another giving an aesthetic appeal to the viewer. This can also be saved in different formats. the outline view of the slides help us organize and review the slides used, helping us add or eliminate slides.

There is nothing I dislike about the application so far and found it to be very useful. However would love to see more animations, effects and sounds which for over the years hasn't changed much.I

Ce logiciel est très facile d'utilisation quand on débute. Par ailleurs, je suis très surpris pas la panel d'animations proposée pour satisfaire tous les utilisateurs. Les options comme le dessin et l'enregistrement sont un plus pour l'application car de plus en plus les client veulent pouvoir laisser leur créativité s'exposer. J'aime aussi le fait qu'il y est plus de contenus pour la conception d'exposé et présentation. On peut parler du prix qui est plutôt bien quand on est étudiant.

Le prix reste quand même assez élevé comparé à ses concurrents directes comme Google Slides et lui est complètement gratuit. Ce logiciel manque peut être un peu d'explication car des fois selon les âges des utilisateurs les fonctionnalités ne sont pas toujours très faciles à comprendre.

It's just so simple to make nice-looking presentations on Powerpoint. Keynote has a lot of buzz around it but it's just not as simple to use. Presentations need to be neat, tidy and drive home a point. Content has to be king, and powerpoint helps you do that with minimal animations, transitions and overall neat presentation options too when connected to an external display source.

It's literally the same software for over 10 years now. It does its job, but there have been no major upgrades at all except some aesthetic facelifts. Use Powerpoint 2009 and 2019, and apart from a much better looking aesthetic, you won't find much missing, or added.
