Stronger Integration w/ Apps and Between CRM & Recruit
Vorteile
I like the services and features that it offers - I'm mainly trying to better understand Zoho CRM and Zoho Recruit.
Nachteile
Zoho CRM and Recruit don't talk to each other. So, contacts that are in CRM, I have to manually upload to Zoho recruit, when a lead turns to a job placement. Also, not as strong integrations with the app. I'm still learning these tools, so maybe there's something that I missed? So far though, those are the limitations.

ZOHO RECRUIT not good for recruiters
just a below standard recruitment software with a very bad support team who will get back to you within 24-72 hours (maybe)
Vorteile
I think it has a nice UI so that is the only thing i can give them - a good UI
Nachteile
average filtering experience
limited options
not intutitive for creating clients
just an overall very average
and very poor customer support- It is shocking
