My experience though is limited to the free trial, I liked the ease of using the product and its great user interface. Customization available in the product adds to it unique elements.
Nachteile
Demo videos will help the new users to self learn the product, which shall also limit the dependency on support staff, also learning can be paced as per convenience

Just what I need
Vorteile
The ease in setup for a small HR department has been essential. Since we had no product like this prior to using Zoho Recruit, this has been an excellent upgrade to our hiring process.
Nachteile
Navigation can be confusing making it time consuming to get back to screens I used in a prior session.

One Platform for Human Resource Management

I liked that product as I had setup this for my company and its is very easy to create job opening and can automate the process of HR funnel based on the HR marking the candidate status.
Nachteile
The support here is bit of concern for my and it comes with a lot of customization which can only be done from the support end.

The most feature-filled applicant tracking system out there!
Before having an ATS like zoho we had did all of our recruitment manually (We hire hundreds of people each year) and this took so many people so much time. However, since we've had Zoho recruit we've been able to automate so much of the process which not only has helped us filter the better candidates through, but has also allowed us to do other things apart from recruitment.
Vorteile
Zoho recruit is so customizeable! It is so filled with features and functionality, but at the same time gives you so much scope compared to some of the other ATS out there.
Nachteile
It does take a while to set up the way you want it.

Zoho Recruit - Good for Beginners and Entry Level HRs
My overall experience has been pretty decent. As I mention for every Zoho product, the price point makes it extremely plausible for an small organization or start-up.
Vorteile
Zoho recruit is good if your sub-domain is already connected with Zoho. The initial setup might need someone with experience or a basic tech ground. But, once it's set up, works fine for an organization
Nachteile
The initial set-up of the recruitment page doesn't have much customization and looks pretty basic to me. Some landing page-building tools or integrations would make it even more exciting.

Delight experience by using ZOHO, it improves our work efficiency
It's a useful software for us to manage candidates. It saved time for us to sort out basic information.
Vorteile
1. Easy for us to manage candidates pool.
2. Easy to check candidate status. Make group work more efficiency.
Nachteile
Writing "Note" function is not that smart. For instance, if there are only 1 applicants in total. But I wrote 2 notes for this single person, when I generate a summary sheet, ZOHO will regards two notes as two person, and count 2 applicants in total. Then I will have to delete the duplicate candidates manually.

Excellent ATS for Recruitment
It is very easy to use. configuration of workflow automation is extremely easy. We have employees working all over, and with zoho, everything just seems so seamless. We have used this product for over 2 years now, and are very happy with it. It has saved us so much time.

Good software for recruiting.
Vorteile
As an expanding business we needed a quick and easy solution that would meet our recruitment needs. Zoho Recruit is easy to use, it manages applicants and their supporting documents in an organised way, and it integrates with other programs we use well. We can interact with the client in real time, giving us an opportunity to provide feedback, something I'm sure they're very pleased about.
Nachteile
At the moment, due to the nature of our education organisation, we have a lot of summer staff. A way to incorporate temporary staff into the software would be good.

Works Well for free
Vorteile
The thing I love about Zoho is you get great things for free for example the Zoho recruit free forever plan. It is hands down the most easy-to-use Applicant Tracking System. I like how it can be easily customized to any organizations needs.The features like client portal and how the branding can be customized easily and also how you can brand multiple resumes in bulk.
Nachteile
None that I can think of. It has been working fairly well with all features you would want in a recruitment software.

Starting using Zoho as my main tool to manage my applicants! I have tried out half a dozen others and Zoho is my choice. The flexibility in being able to set it up to match my industry's specific needs is fantastic! I have not found a feature that is not useful in it. Thanks Zoho Recruit!

once you streamline the vacancy, you are overwhelmed by the best applicants and the onus is in your company ability to select the best.
Vorteile
ability to broadcast the jobs makes hiring process easy as best candidates can apply and have a big pool to select from. ability of hr personnel to identify the best becomes key.
Nachteile
so far there is nothing that i have seen that i feel is a disadvantage since i am just trying it, maybe after a prolonged trial run.
