I've used Zoho before and its got even better so many extra add on to help make recruitment much smother and streamlined. What i love most is being able to add the telephony to the database to make calls and it records everything.

We've been liking Zoho Recruit for our hiring needs! It's made filling 8 positions a breeze. The workflow builder is fantastic, and having email integrated at every stage is a game-changer. Zoho Recruit has really helped us stay organized and efficient throughout the entire recruitment process!

Nachteile

We've noticed a few shortcomings. The performance, especially loading times, could be improved. Additionally, the interface feels a bit outdated. Another issue is that the publishing marketplace didn't quite meet our needs for the German market. These areas could use some attention for a smoother user experience overall.

So far, Zoho has had every feature and function I've needed to sue as part of my recruitment business. The platform is simple to use and the additional support from the sales team has been brilliant.
I've only given four stars as there are still features I haven't had chance to use.
