Best IDE
It is best for development for big projects and work well for the debugging. It is recommended for anyone who is working on a bih project and need a fast IDE.
Vorteile
It is a very fast IDE an dbest choice for web development and debugging. Many languages code can be written on this IDE and it have a very great user layout and customization options. It offers redo, undo operations and various formatting options as well. We can also include addon to add libraries for our code base.
Nachteile
Initial setting up visual studio is a tedious process and may take a very long time as it requires a long list of dependencies for its working.

Excellent Data Recovery Support. I really like the development in this software.

Great functionality

I really love this software. It contains lots of products at the same time. You can add different options like you can use python, C#, C++ and Visual basic within visual studio. It is just great to have everything in one area.

By far the best IDE for C# development
My experience is based on who previously worked with notepad and csc and now has a full IDE for development. I can say that in terms of IDE, Visual Studio is one of the best tools in this field.
Vorteile
The small features presents in this IDE have conquered me, from auto code correction to hiding unnecessary parameters and parts of code. It's just amazing how it makes life easier for those who are learning and who already have experience in the .NET world.
Nachteile
What bothered me a lot is the change on initial interface from 2017 to 2019. It's nothing that influences development but these aesthetic issues have a strong impact on me.

Great Tool for developing all types of applications

I really enjoy how versatile Visual is. It can help build so many different applications type. It is fairly easy to use and a decent value for your money if you use it for all its capabilities.
Nachteile
The licensed version is fairly steep but worth it if you develop a lot of different applications. However they do have a smaller Visual that is free. It does not do as much but a good place to start to see if you like it.

Great but vscode is lighter
It is great for local development but if you have a remote server use vscode.

If you need to set up say, a local dev webserver on windows it is great. But I would rather use vscode and azure or aes

Its the best and easy IDE for Microsoft .Net Development, you can also use in other ways like implement MVC.Net apps.

I use Visual Studio to create SQL reports a few times a month.
An easy tool to quickly make SQL reports that can be easily modified and deployed to your environment quickly and efficiently.
Vorteile
I like how easy they New Report Wizard is, it gets me the basics already set so I just have to really worry about making the report look good instead of keep diving into the technical aspects of it.

Sometimes when creating report it can lag and take along time to preview my report when designing it.

Beginning to code with visual studio
I was a student learning to code, and the first ide I learned to code with was Visual Studio. I am grateful that it led me to this profession.
Vorteile
I like the debugger. It is a very helpful feature, and the way they had designed it is very effective. I learned how to code in visual studio and the debugger was the biggest help they offered for me while I was still learning.
Nachteile
I really really dislike how heavy it is on my machine. It takes a lot of overhead to run. I also disliked how they didn't have many options that allowed ease with working with a terminal. I really disliked that it was on a windows OS.

I would be lost with it
Vorteile
I would be lost without visual studio. It makes developing in .NET so much easier. I have been using it since the days that I developed in VB and would not want to give it up.

Easy to Use for Non-Coder
Easy to use, intuitive, and helpful.
Vorteile
I am not good at coding, nor do I enjoy it by any means. That being said, my job does require a small amount of coding for particular projects, and I enjoy using Visual Studio to assist with my coding endeavors.
Nachteile
I don't have any complaints about the software at this time.
