On my home personal computer who I bought 4 years ago (it was decent pc) the time needed to load the program is too much. Sometimes I need to wait for 30 seconds to open and another 20 to build basic project. That is one thing that i don't like.

IDE very easy to use, makes it much easier to develop for both web and desktop applications.

Azure integration is not as easy as I expected and the IDE is VERY HEAVY

It provides very good integration with git and provides plugins for many things. Code editing is very easy using visual studio and it have started using less resources as it used to be. While using this, i don't need to remember the syntax of language, visual studio remembers it by auto-complete.

It is slow when working on a heavy application which has a lot of dependencies. Premium features are expensive and everyone cannot afford that.

Not very efficient and feels like there is lots of unnecessary things 'bolted-on' as standard. Should be more customisable with the feature set when installing.

As far as compilers go, there is not better than visual studio in my mind. I've been using visual studio since college for everything

Its tough to learn. If we used this as a company standard it would affect efficiency. Things are just slow overall, process haven't been thought through and it makes things more difficult to do

We've been using Visual Studio for quite a while now and it's hands down one of my favourites. Microsoft are always one of if not the best. This software is easy to use, easy to intergrade with a database, it's stable and time efficient.
