I can confidently say there are no notable cons. Its seamless interface, intuitive design, and robust features make it a standout choice for streamlining invoice management without any drawbacks to mention.

Stampli is easy to navigate, approve invoices, and see previously approved invoices. You can sort by vendor or date and export to CSV which is helpful.

Nachteile

It would be helpful if Stampli allowed for an organization wide sharing of invoices by GL. For example, a user could be invited to view previously approved invoices for a specific GL in the system. This would allow for fuller collaboration amongst team members.

Vorteile

Stampli is a great way to keep invoicing organized, consistent, and timely. Due date reminders are a great help, and the search feature makes finding old document a breeze. Text recognition within document is also a huge help.

Nachteile

The My Past Invoices tab has a short history. I would like more options to open in a new tab. When I have 50 invoices awaiting approval, I would like to open the invoices in a new tab, rather than have to open a new tab manually and scroll back through my invoices to find the one I'm looking for. And although there is a function to filter favorited documents, it would also be helpful to be able to filter 'un-favorited' documents.

Stampli is very user friendly to clearly see pertinent information without having to search or dig. It makes it easy to approve/reject with ability to put notes to explain. It also has several relevant options in the drop downs and makes it easy to send to someone else or inform it is not your invoice. Invoices are not my favorite so this helps a lot!

Nachteile

Sometimes a bulk review option would be helpful. It is helpful in general to review each invoice individually but in some cases there are parts of a whole that could be approved in bulk.

I like the ease of use to have multiple people review the same document and keep the flow going. You can see where something is in the acceptance process, verify if payment has been made, and ask for what is needed to finish the process without disrupting the flow

The thing I like least about the program is the duplicate invoice alert. While at times it is helpful, it regularly alerts a possible duplicate when the invoice number and totals are completely different on the 2 invoices in question. The added unnecessary review just slows down the process

We use many different GL accounts and often times using the correct one may be challenging. This is not a Stampli issue however and has more to do with how we choose to do business.

The Stampli is very easy to understand with minimum guidance for any AP bill coder and can be implemented as per the business requirement and also it can be integarated with other application to record the accouting entries of the transactions. The key feature what I liked is the IVA capturing the invoice number, invoice date, due date and other key fields instead of manual intervention.

Nachteile

The Stampli version used in my organizatoin does not have the payment directly form the platform and only marked as paid using the bank entry. I hope in the coming days this feature also will be included for us so that there will be more effective utilization of the application.

The fact that I can see the log of all the activity for a certain bill is just fantastic. Now I don't have to worry about figuring out the audit trail. I also don't have to worry about emailing back and forth for approval -- it all happens in one system.

Nachteile

I can't create certain reports that I would like to see for my own analytics. Hopefully they create better reports on Stampli. Also, when I decline an invoice and if I don't choose the right option, the coder won't get a notification.

The only downside I found is on the credit card processing of the program of having to upload or take picture of the receipts every time a transaction is made.

I think the main thing is having to look into another platform to find a copy of a past invoice. Where as before Stampli I'd have a copy of the invoice in my email. Not that big of a deal but something out of my normal workflow but I can adjust to the process.

We really like how everything is compact and in one central system. The advanced search tools make it really easy to find invoices and the approval process is always smooth.

Only some of our team has access to the AP authorizer view which makes it easy to make any changes to an invoice that was coded incorrectly. If they don't have access, it seems to take a lot of time to reject it and then update.

We used to process all invoices with paper and stamps that had boxes for each reviewer's initials. It was a mess. Papers all over the office, papers getting lost or coffee spilled on them, people out of the office on a job site and the invoice would sit for days before someone noticed.. Etc. This is a wonderful DIGITAL process that we can access from anywhere! Easy with nothing slipping through the cracks.

Sometimes I find it difficult to search for past invoices if I am not exactly sure what search terms to use. I think this is largely user error, but it is something that I struggle with.
