The information that it gives regarding delivery, opens and clicks in real time. Not hard to set up and gives me the information that I need.

Nachteile

I don't like the new version of the software--the new interface is harder for me to navigate and get the quick information that I look for.

Very easy to use. I found all necessary informations in the website.
Before trying Mailjet I tried several other providers but only with Mailjet I can say to be really satisfied.

Mailjet is a great SMTP for sending transactional or marketing emails to your subscribers.
You get 6000/month with a limit of 200/day emails. I love the statistics reporting page which is displayed very well. Also, there is an option to add additional senders and than filter by the sender. All this you get as a Free user!
But, there is one feature that shines better than most SMTP's and that is the "Autoresponder". You can import all your mails you collected over years and start emailing periodicaly.

Mailjet is an excellent email marketing solution no matter your business size. It's user friendly interface, and ease of use makes it the perfect platform for those who don't have the time to waste fiddling around with a time consuming, and cumbersome process to create a professional looking, and eye catching email.

Nachteile

Mailjet really doesn't have any cons per se. However, I do think that they could make some of the backend features like SMTP and API a bit more user friendly, and consumer accessible.

If you segment your data lists as we do, you cannot send a campaign to ore than one list so you have to set up multiple campaigns even though the message is the same.

I preferred Mailjet over Mailchimp due to automation functionalities. They seemed to work fine until I faced an issue with the date triggered workflows. Other than that, great and affordable Mailchimp alternative.
Prices are based on the number of emails sent. So if you have a larger database, you can prefer Mailjet

Date trigger in the workflow is not working properly.
Support is usually late to respond. (or a coincidence in my experience)

Not quite as newbie-friendly as a solution like MailChimp. it's definitely for a more developer oriented email solutions. However the email campaign drag-and-drop builder is vastly superior to MailChimp.

Easy to use API with extensive templating system. The API is flexible without being too terse. It's been a pleasure to work with.

The only thing I did not like was that some of the documentation for configuring your project for one of the API libraries did not clearly state they were for version 2, when version 3 was the most recent release.

i'm using Mailjet to give my system abilities to send scheduled emails through API calls. Mailjet makes it easy for me to send with more than one recipients (cc and bcc). Also easy to add attachments to the mail. And it always works with gmail or yahoo, fast to receive emails and not mistakenly goes to spam.

Nachteile

API docs may need more samples. May also need some more support for new languages (eq: Mozilla's Rust).

Mailjet is reasonably priced and fairly easy to use, although I did like it better before the recent change. I use the basic package and it does everything I was looking for a lot cheaper than the competition.

I found using the templates difficult and have ended up using HTML code to get the layout I want.

How easy it easy to set up your account and to create your first Newsletter. I like to have the option of several template. Even if it always good to have more options, I think the choices you have for the free account is acceptable comparing to the competitors.

Nachteile

I really don't like the way of importing contact list, modifying it, adding new people or looking for a contact in a list (you can only search a contact by entering the email and not the first name or last name). I don't like the fact that when you create your newsletter and send it, if you forgot one contact then you cannot resend the same newsletter and you have to duplicate it to resend it to a new contact list which makes no sense to me.

I love the template editor, and the easy integration with Node.js.
The free package is large enough, which is cool :)

Nachteile

I would suggest a package of "Pay for what you user" instead of a pre-paid package.
This way I don't have to worry about the limits

Mailjet was very easy to setup and track outgoing emails. It is also has a free tier which is also a plus.

Mailjet and similar products required some technical knowledge to setup. It can be difficult if you don't know what you are doing.

Maijet have great design and everything is where it should be. Most important things are on mail page and everything you should first to setup was notified on first page. Maijet have all what you expect from this service. FAQ, tutorials and explanations are great so beginners (like me) was successfully setup mail server. The reports are detailed. Everything is GREAT.

Nachteile

I did not need to contact the technical or customer support service because everything is working like it should (so just 3 stars - I not test it :)). So I heaven't any cons... yet :)

The support is awfully non existent. Like, you cant reach them by phone or anything, only tickets and their answer is longer than winrar trial test
