What I liked most was the enhanced visual experience users have upon entering the Lobby, Exhibition Hall and Auditorium.

Nachteile

I would like to have the option to have music played in the Lobby area, Exhibition Hall and in the Auditorium, when panels weren't in session on screen.

I enjoyed how easy to navigate the platform is as well as the easiness of integrating all the elements necessary to our convention from the back end! Also, our account and the project manager were two amazing people, always there to serve us!

As a first time users the platform was easy to use, Great designs and concepts! Most of all The folks at Vfairs were wonderful to work with. Very patience and understanding . Met our deadlines and request in a timely fashion. Always Professional!

The least favorite was really on us.. the organization. Had we been able to start earlier with our concept I think we could have better utilized the offerings of VFairs.

I like to be able to edit text and things on my own. It would be great if, once set up, an administrator had editing rights.

The product was easy to use, yet very powerful allowing for real time video interaction with job seekers, review of resumes even when the job seeker wasn't online, ease of follow up for job seekers with employers via chat or email.

I have no cons as there was no limitations to what we were expecting in a virtual job fair from the software.

The vFairs platform allowed the Student Recruitment team to successfully recreate the experience of a real life Open Day on a virtual platform. The platform was easy to use and the support we received from the vFairs staff was top notch.

Features are generally easy to use for a first-timer like myself. It is intuitive and I am able to create most features after one training.

The software is incredibly easy to use. The template we chose looked great, it was very easy to navigate, and it was incredibly easy for our clients to setup their stands. Our event was quite large, with 109 stands in total, but most had no issue at all getting ready.

The chat function is dated. It fits the purpose for a smaller event I am sure, but for our event with 25k registrations, it didn't feel as though this function could cope with the demand.

The features of this program were very easy to use - set-up was simple, building exhibitor booths were simple, webinars/speaker videos were easy to use etc. The whole process from creation to execution was a very seamless experience.

Many of my vendors would have liked the booths to be more interactive (3D view) and instead of static images, they would have liked dynamic video/images.

The software and platform were really easy to use. It offered a lot of customization options as well so we were able to change the look and feel of the platform to meet our requirements. The support team were very responsive and our queries were addressed promptly.

I felt the networking area could do with a few enhancements. For example, Booth admins should be listed as Booth admins only in their respective chat rooms - not in every chat room that they happen to be in. Also, there should be an option to download a user's profile details future reference.

The USPTA is an organization with over 10,000 members. Each year we hold our annual in-person world conference, however this year, we had to cancel due to COVID-19. The vFairs software made it possible for us to successfully conduct a 3-day virtual conference and trade show with over 1,000 paying conference attendees.

Nachteile

Nothing. Anytime we had a question about something the vFairs support team was right there to assist us and answer our questions.

We like the live chat and ease of adding and removing features. We also appreciated that is was web based so it could be used on multiple platforms from mobile to desktop.

Nachteile

We did have some issues with the software on Safari browsers and some funny screen behavior but overall very good.

The video chat feature was a bit confusing for users at times and dependent on browser settings - but I know this is being re-worked for future events.

It would be better if we have received more application across varied industries and from varied locations.

The software is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, which makes it accessible for a wide audience. We had users who are very experienced in IT and user experiences and complimented how great the software was and those with less experience also appreciated how easy it was for them to use it! It helped us put on a successful event additionally, the flexibility of the software means that anything can be customized which was much appreciated! It meant that the software could work around our needs instead of the other way around.

We also received incredible customer support before, during, and after our event. Not only did the software worked flawlessly, but all of our contacts there were a pleasure to work with. All questions and concerns were addressed quickly and treated with the upmost importance, even if I asked the same question several times.

UX is similar like visiting actual fair with positive feeling. UI is easy to use.

Should have quicker response couple of days before the event and during the event; and in case Vfairs makes server updates, it is good inform about the time, so that there would not be un-expected broken web or extremely slow connection.

Some of the features that we customised for our specific purposes (embedded chat) require a bit more testing and refinement before they will reach optimal performance level. This is something we can work with vFairs to improve upon when we run our next event with them

From start to finish, the set up process was very easy and you are able to set up a lot of the content yourself in the backend. vFairs reps are there to help at every step if you need. Our attendees really liked the interactive platform and ability to watch archived videos from 1-3 months.

Nachteile

No specific negatives about the software. For our larger event we had a lot of people in the chat rooms and it was slightly overwhelming but we probably could have fixed that ourselves by creating more chat room options in the backend.
