Great Platform and Team
The team was very friendly, organized, helpful and kept us on track throughout the whole process.
Vorteile
We liked the many different options to integrate zoom, booths, breakout rooms all in one platform. The price was very affordable and we had limited firewall issues with our guests.
Nachteile
Some of the integrated tools can be tricky but overall the experience was great.

Extremely well engineered, incredible service!
We used VFairs to conduct our annual convention online instead of doing it at a hotel like we have been doing for the past 16 years, mainly due to the pandemic. It was a last-minute decision, and the vFairs team truly came through for us, considering the short time we had to plan and set everything up. The reps were extremely patient with us, well organized, and made what could have potentially been an explosive situation, one that was a rather pleasant one. I'm really impressed with the overall performance of everyone at vFairs, this is was one of the good things to come out of 2020 (for me at least).
Vorteile
The platform is extremely intuitive and was easy to customize.
Nachteile
Future iterations could include more features such as giving the end-users the possibility to do video group chats as a built-in option on the chat panel, instead of only one-on-one video calls.

"Very good interactive experience with a great team behind it."

It was great to experience a virtual interactive animated environment, with attendees moving between the auditorium, exhibition, lounge, and the animated lobby.
Nachteile
There are some challenges in using the platform in Arabic, as well as choosing the avatars that work with an Arab audience.

Virtual Job Fairs
Our corporate customers are able to reach out to their target audience with ease. They are saving money on recruitment.
Vorteile
The software is easy to use for all parties involved. The team at vFairs is easy to work with on all aspects of the project. The pricing is more than fair for the results you receive. We have had nothing but positive feedback from our clients.
Nachteile
To be honest, there are no cons at this time. We have used vFairs for 6 events and have had success at each event. The amount of people you can meet with online is greater than any physical job fair event.

Vorteile
Working with VFairs was a fantastic experience. We came to them with a project that we needed done in a very short time frame. With them, we were able to complete it successfully and on time. The process of working with VFairs was very organized and made the project much easier for us. Their team is extremely responsive and provided great customer service and training.

Brilliant - fantastic help from the vFairs team (specifically Hanan) and the platform worked great for our events.

Large 3d spaces for attendees to navigate, integration with other apps (social wall, feedback etc.), customer service (help getting the event set up)

Nothing immediately comes to mind. The system worked well for our purposes.

The platform and delivery of vfairs was excellent. We specifically would like to call out the client support offered by the project & technical teams which was very strong. Right from Sales to Support, there was a seamless experience and no balls were dropped.
Vorteile
Plug & Play, Easy to comprehend and quick custom build. A great way to initiate physical events into virtual.
Nachteile
Since we did this event for India where many people are on mobile, the mobile version also needs to be equally robust

vFairs is an amazing platform for companies to communicate and to interact with target...
Vorteile
This platform is very easy to operate with sufficient functions provided to enhance communication and interaction with audience. The best is the customer support at vFairs is absolutely fantastic - which helps customizing solutions and provide timely response and support throughout the whole project.

I think the live chat is a very good function within the platform but unfortunately audience need to download the software before attending - which could be a turn-off for audience.

Excellent Service
My overall experience was great! We had great customer service from the beginning to end. I was able to easily navigate through out the platform.
Vorteile
I liked that vFairs was easy to use and navigate. I enjoyed having the experience like an in-person meeting but virtualized. vFairs made a platform that I would recommend to other associations!
Nachteile
One thing that I do wish there was:
-Training videos for people who are brand new to the platform to have on your webpage.
-As well as training video for the backend users.

Great Service
We had a great experience with vFairs.
Vorteile
The platform worked well for what we wanted to do. The support team was great. Regardless of what we needed and when we needed it, they were always willing to assist us. Their support during our live days was fantastic!
Nachteile
Having done an event through the vFairs platform, we now know what we would want to change for any upcoming events we do (as well as make sure we have plenty of runway to plan & execute).

A one stop shop virtual career fair portal
The experience from design, set up to live was extraordinary! Most of the features can be managed and updated by ourselves with the administrator access which is much more efficient and effective.
Vorteile
The set up process was simple and instant which was very effective and efficient for both the organizers and the participating companies.
Nachteile
We'd suggest to add more built-in video interactive tools for group settings that could allow exhibitors and guests to interact as a group at each of their booth.

Very good experience in terms of communication, responsiveness and support from vFairs. The software worked well, and our exhibitors and attendees liked it too a lot.
Vorteile
Product is very user-friendly, easy to use, has nice features, looks professional and is easy to personalize to your needs. The technical and overall support and responsiveness from vFairs is absolutely great!
Nachteile
We were missing the possibility to do group video calls in the software. For now it was only possible to do one on one video/audio calls.

Vorteile
The swag bag feature is very useful for attendees to "take away" all saved contents in just a few clicks. The CMS is quite user-friendly and the functions are easy to understand.
Nachteile
There is no export function in Webinar setup, so I couldn't export all my sessions and have a final checking on a spreadsheet easily. Instead I have to go into each webinar to check, which was very time consuming.

Top of Class Customer Support and Brilliant Results, great UX.
The people at VF, notably representative have provided excellent support throughout my teams project. They have been patient with us as our team is spread across Asia and Europe. They explain concepts and understand direction incredibly well. I would highly encourage anyone considering the services of VF to go ahead!

Hiring Fair Event
Overall, the experience with vFairs was positive and our company would use them again.
Vorteile
The software was easy to customize to make it look and feel like our brand experience. The environement made it feel more like a real event than a standard Zoom. The ability to have one on one chats and interact with the attendees was critical and the most important function of this software.
Nachteile
There were some user errors, so providing more user training would be helpful. It could be pre-recorded videos that can be shared with admins on demand. There were some issues with the chat booking function, but again could have been user error. We had such a high demand for chat, that we were not as prepared as may be we could have been. It would be great if more features could be built in instead of as add-ons, ex: more diversity of people featured in the templates, upfront agenda so attendees don't have to go searching for it.

V Fairs provided great support in developing and hosting our virtual conference.
convenient and economical way to share high value information, engage current and future clients and strategic partners
Vorteile
The virtual conference environment provided a professional, easily accessible and fun engaging environment for attendees. The option for a mix of live and pre recorded sessions was excellent. Exhibition hall was great and a novel experience for attendees.
Nachteile
Setting up the exhibition booths took time and support, but they all looked terrific in the end. Pro tips and smooth set up documentation will enhance the experience.

An easy to configure solution
A good solution that can be ready in a few weeks depending on the complexity of the event.
Vorteile
The solution is easily customizable and has quite a few options, you have the hand on quite a few things.
Nachteile
Onboarding can be quite long and it's missing some tutorials per section. Something are also not fully customizable, or expensive to customize.

Great virtual conference and job fair platform
The project management team working with us was organized, professional and responsive.
Vorteile
vFairs is scalable and constantly evolving platform, listening to the customers and adding new features. It can be customized to your needs.
Nachteile
Exhibitor and attendee required two separate logins. At our meetings most exhibitor are also attendees. It would be nice if this could be handled by adding the roles to the user profile.

I am not a designer or developer, so I need to provide a design concept or work with another team but then vFairs is great about implementing the design.

Vorteile
The end product was very user friendly. The engagement opportunities through chat were valuable and the access to sessions was streamlined.
Nachteile
It would be nice for attendees to find each other and send messages when they are online. It also would have been helpful to have step by step instructions for setting up the site as well as specific timeline for due items.

Wonderful Platform and Excellent Customer Service
As a non-profit whose entire existence has been based on live, in person conferences switch to a virtual platform, vFairs has been absolutely essential in keeping our organization going - and in fact, we are likely to be an even more successful organization because of this virtual platform. I highly recommend both the platform and the extremely professional vFairs team.
Vorteile
vFairs is an excellent virtual alternative to live in-person conferences. The ability to have simultaneous live and "semi-live" pre-recorded webinars for our conference attendees is huge. It allows us to develop engaging, unique content before conference day, while allowing the conference itself to still have a very "live" feel to it. The vFairs team is absolutely fantastic. Even with our significant time zone difference, they are quick to respond and couldn't be more helpful and accommodating - including before, during, and after the conference.

Great customer service and support for our first ever virtual event
We were able to build our digital events portfolio to include virtual events - which are a new and exciting prospect for both our sponsor partners and audience.
Vorteile
The team at Vfairs were accommodating, friendly and helpful - they worked above and beyond to ensure our online event went off without a hitch. Any time we had an issue or question, the team were only too happy to work with us to resolve it.
The software was easy to use, simple to navigate with a clean theme. The Vfairs platform also integrated seamlessly with Zoom and other webinar recordings which we were able to upload prior to our event with the help of our Vfairs contact.
Nachteile
A few of the online features were a little limited - such as the chatroom functionality which made noises to indicate when a new person was chatting but lacked the ability to see where the new conversation was taking place (we had several chat streams running at once which made this a little tricky).

vFairs Produced an Amazing Event for our Company
We sent out an RFP to three companies to create a virtual event website. vFairs was the obvious choice upon reviewing their proposal. They seemed to have the most experience. Our support team was very helpful and very responsive. We held a weekly status call to stay on task.

vFairs is a great platform for connecting employers and job seekers
Very positive -- quality offering, reasonable price, very responsive team.
Vorteile
The platform is very malleable and easy to customize to your needs. The vFairs team has a large catalog of options and samples to choose from, which made decision making around our features and functionality easy. The team was also super responsive to our needs -- especially in time-sensitive moments -- and went above and beyond to provide good service.
Nachteile
The design was a little bit lacking -- didn't feel as contemporary as i would have liked for our young audience -- and there are some facets of the UI that are a little bit clunky. These are minor concerns in comparison to the overall value/offering.

Innovative virtual event platform
We hosted a virtual career fair for external clients to help them recruit women in leadership positions and reach gender parity within their organizations.
Vorteile
It's designed in an intuitive way that's easy to understand and navigate. Their team is very helpful and accommodating with helping to solve issues and resolve questions.
Nachteile
The design of the interfaces is very functional but could perhaps be a bit nicer looking.

vFairs for Summerfest Tech
Overall, I was very happy with the how the event turned out. There was a lot more back-end and behind the scene work that our team had to do that I was not expecting, but since it was our first virtual event, I just don't think I realized how much goes into producing an event online.
Vorteile
I loved the "virtual world" look. Instead of pages and pages of text, vFairs provides a very visually appealing conference world.
Nachteile
There was no help on the backend. Our team still had to do all the communication with vendors and sponsors to set up their booths and do run throughs.

Great option for hosting a virtual event
Great customer service! [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] was very responsive, despite being 11 hours ahead. We were able to plan and prepare our event in 1 month's time (vs. the normal 2 that was suggested), over our Christmas break.

- Although we were able to overcome this challenge, the platform required specific image size and resolution requirements. We used 3rd party software to meet the requirements. It would be great if the program automatically resized the image to fit the area.

We worked with vFairs to execute our first virtual tradeshow. They were great to work with, efficient and our virtual event was a wonderful success!

The Q&A on the day of the event was in a separate browser, which was a little cumbersome to manage.

NASAO Virtual Convention
We had never used the software before...and so the exhibitor and speaker training were really close to the event for our attendees. As the administrators it would have been helpful to have the administrator training sooner. The design implementation was also implemented right before the event, so we could not really see if we needed to make changes to the design sooner, based on the presentation of logos. Some of the items were a bit confusing such as uploading the registration list.
Vorteile
The exhibit hall had a lot of features that most of the other software companies did not have.
It was also in the mid-range for pricing.
Nachteile
There was a lot of data entry...on the exhibit booths and sessions. Perhaps a data import could be an option moving forward.

Vfairs Customer Support
The conference was very well received by all. Customer service team was top notch. I was pleased with the experience.
Vorteile
The look and feel of Vfairs was great. The customer service and support team were great! They did everything they could to help us with implementation of the program.
Nachteile
Some features could be improved - networking and organization of webinars. This program is definitely focused on the trade show features. The entire conference industry is now in need of a virtual solution. Features for concurrent webinars and large number of on demand, simulive or live webinars need to be implemented.

Vorteile
The chat feature, the backpack feature, and the auditorium live streaming were all great features that really enhanced our event.
Nachteile
The booth setup and user registration both presented some challenges during setup. During the event, it would have been nice to be able to delete content from the live Q&A section.

Great platform for our event
Excellent experience and allowed us to meet our goal of having an exceptional virtual event. The support team were also excellent and very responsive. All in all a very good experience

Had some great features for our event - gamification, chat etc. Easy to customise and lots of different style options to choose from. Excellent reporting/analytics.

The agenda builder and that you could not really limit the amount of attendees for certain sessions etc.
