vFairs helped us showcasing our products in the best way. Every time we asked for a functionality, it was already present in the system. Chat, videos, documents, where perfectly organized on the booth and accessible everywhere in the platform. The possibility to choose between live and recorded sessions had been another big plus for us.

Nachteile

The platform should be it available from all browsers to allow more attendees to join. It is now available on Chrome and Safari.

That I am able to manage the platform and registrations myself.

There wasn't anything that I disliked about the software.

We have two screen workstations and it was a bit tricky to identify which screen was using the camera - a very minor problem. It was a hardware hiccup, not any team member at vFairs.

It was reputable brand that had a high success rate. vFairs were also responsive, encouraging and easy to work with. Upon our first consultation we were ready to sign up. We intend on using them again.

Design and functionality. The designs of the vfairs products are far more superior to any in the market.

Nachteile

Chat feature could be easier to use. Would have preferred a zoom like video feature here which brings attendees and booth reps together in a interactive way. Reports should be generated and sent automatically through to booth reps.
Lounge functionality and ability to customize could be improved. Here again a video feature with thr ability to create multiple video (zoom like) rooms would be great.

The functionalities which we required were all available. We wanted to make our platform inclusive for all diversities and the platform provided us with all options whichever we required.
Was a pleasure to know how accommodating the software is to our different unique needs.

Nachteile

The only thing we thought could have been enabled in the option to have automatic subtitles for all the videos. But, nonetheless, there was an option to add transcriptions, which served the purpose.

The platforms engaging interface was the main reason this product was selected over its competitors. It has a highly interactive environment that provide a nice space for exhibitors to show their services online as F@F events are unable to occur.

The time it can take for platform changes can be a little frustrating at times, that said - the providers have been able to satisfy all our request.

Easy to customize, many options available. We could elect to use or not use virtually any feature of the platform. Setup took exactly as long as estimated and we were able to build an event from scratch in only a few months.

Analytics and reporting could be easier to access. Some sort of self-service or employer dashboard would be helpful without having to rely on the vFairs staff to provide.

2) A filter function for searching resumes would be helpful

It is easy to use and understand. The environment is very visually appealing and has tremendous flexibility. You can have multiple events within the same year and change the look and feel to keep it interesting for attendees.

Smart platform, easy accessibility, classy visuals, easy to set-up, EXCELLENT support from team, very intuitive to use.

Nachteile

networking element - needs to be easier to use this element. An attendee can currently only connect with an exhibitor and not another attendee. The exhibitor can connect with an attendee.

At the time an attendee visits a stand, the exhibiting company should get a notification of this, so that they can interact with that visitor.

Working with the vFairs team and platform was an amazing experience from start to finish! We had to pivot our annual trade show to online during covid and we could not be happier with the results. It was the closest we could get to hosting a live event with all the functionality needed for us and our vendors to really connect with customers. I would recommend vFairs to any company needing an online event solution - they are the pros!

We had to pivot this summer to our first ever virtual event due to COVID, and are so grateful we found vFairs. We were able to create, with our vFairs team, a wonderful virtual event that retained all the important aspects of our in-person event while leveraging the virtual platform to expand on our programming and our reach. In addition, our attendees found the platform easy to navigate and visually stunning. When attendees did run into issues, the vFairs technical support was fantastic.

Setting up the exhibit hall booths was not as straightforward as it could be, and we ran into some issues with the files and links not publishing in order. Thankfully, our wonderful vFairs team was able to fix these things on the back end for us.

While we can’t meet in person, this software allowed us to create a virtual world where people can “meet” and “interactive” adding to the virtual experience. While we picked it for the expo aspect, it was much more interactive than that.

vFairs has managed to take all of the benefits of an in-person event and create an equally engaging virtual event platform! The highly customizable platform allows vFairs to meet the needs of their customers.

Initially, I was hoping to have a bit more editing power within the event platform but vFairs listened and created an amazing back-end that allowed us to implement simple changes to platform that saved everyone time and gave us, the client, more administrative ability when preparing for the event.

The great team support.. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was the project manager for our event. He was efficient and and always had different solution options for our requests. He assisted us in navigating the software making sure we fully understood how it worked. Overall, the software is great for a web conference and virtual events. The visuals are very engaging and impressive.

The chat rooms can benefit from having more a video chat options that engage at least 5 to 10 people and people can join without the need of a link.

We liked the fact that it's back end is user friendly.
Exhibitors have a good choice of booth templates to choose from and each booth can be almost fully branded in company colors.
We really liked how the lobby of our fair looked - cool looking front end.
We liked the 'swag bag' feature.
We loved the post-event analytics options.

It's a pity that chat happens outside of the platform.
Too bad that the software does not allow group video chat option.
The deadlines for platform development are set too much up front.

Our Open Days are our biggest recruitment events of the year. With the covid pandemic we had to look for a virtual platform to allow us to conduct these events. The vFairs software enabled us to integrate all our normal on campus activities online, giving our users as best an experience as possible.

We used our own registration form then uploaded via backend. We thought we would then be able to send automated emails via this system, which unfortunately we couldn't do.

This product was user-friendly both on setting up the event and for our attendees. It allowed for maximum engagement through chat sessions and gamification

We can improve on the diversity of the avatars for the exhibit booths, On the back end - changing an attendee from exhibitor to attendee can be more efficient. Would like to add sound, music to the event

I wish there was better usability in terms of setting up the event. There should be a way to bulk import sessions, users, and exhibitors rather than adding one-by-one.

Someone with minimal knowledge of how to download and upload documents, graphics and videos can easily use this software. With the venue allow customization of each space, everyone's individual likes could be accomodated.

Nachteile

The Chat interface, especially the video interface, seems to cut out after a minute or so, and seems to require fast internet speed. When someone enters a booth space, many times they did not know a vendor was present or away, so many chats either never happened, or chat requests were left unanswered. A pop-up interface when someone enters a booth to let attendees know vendors are present would be nice.

vFairs is not just a software, it's a service. Their reps will walk you through all the steps for the creation of an online event. I most liked their speed and accuracy - any time we needed to change something, even during our event, they would have it done within minutes. It was also an incredible value for our money, and they even gave us a discount the second time around after we referred another company.

Nachteile

The small picture sizes / dimensions in a lot of booths make it a bit of a challenge to make your booth appealing - but given the nature of the software this isn't too important. The chat system worked well and that's all that mattered - it could be a little slow to respond at times, but it does work well overall.

It is very easy to use, highly intuitive. As an adminstrator, it provides me access to critical data during the event and afterwards that will help measure level of engagement.

vFairs are amazing! they are very professional and highly responsive. I definitely recommend them to anyone who is thinking about having a virtual fair. They were very punctual, there were absolutely no glitches throughout the event and they were able to reflect last minute changes that came from our end.
Highly recommend and I can't thank them enough for their great effort on our event.
