What I like most about vFairs is that they are friendly, professional, and very responsive. They try to understand the client's needs and are able to recommend solutions. The technology platform is also intuitive and allows end users to adapt easily.

As with any technology platforms, it has some limitations when it comes to customization but it is nothing to complain about.

vFairs was very easy to use with a lot of features we found useful. It was nice to have registration, marketing, and event functionality all in one place. The customer support was spectacular. Overall, the management side of the tool was a little overwhelming, although that also is because there are a lot of features to customize! Users had a little trouble with one feature (networking) on the day of the event, but [sensitive content hidden] addressed those individual issues quickly and helped the users get access.

vFairs is a platform unlike any I have seen. The platform is able to host virtual events with ease, acting as a tangible way for attendees to get a sense of an in-person event but online. The customer service team is impeccable, by replying in a timely manner. From my limited understanding, all outgoing communications to attendees is done by vFairs. I wish there was a better way to integrate this.

We where able to easily set up a large quantity of vendor booths, each selling a large amount of products. Navigation through our online event was excellent and the feel/vibe from the show matched the live events we participate in.

I think the ease of use, the platform itself is really impressive, and the support is outstanding. Our main contact [sensitive content hidden] was such a pleasure to work with, we worked with her last year, and I requested she be assigned to our event this year. She makes the whole process easy and fun, and regardless of my idea/suggestion, she is always coming back with ways they can support it.

Most recently we used the Mobile Event app for the first time which was a great enhancement to our in person visitor experience. It allowed delegates to access the floor plan, exhibitor list, conference programme and speaker bios.

I can't think of anything. Last year (or was it two years ago) there was an issue with the integration of the IDLOOM registration. We had to use Zapier.It seems like we overcame that the last two years.

As first-time users of a virtual event platform, we were pleasantly surprised by the ease and seamlessness vFairs offered. The platform has intricate customization options, a user-friendly interface, and diverse features.

Although not a major setback, there is one aspect we wished we could have had more control over - the ability to edit and customize the landing page and the vFairs rooms on our own. This would have allowed us to preview different design arrangements, offering greater flexibility and immediate visualization.
