It's buggy when using it to enter body stats and switching between apps - almost always crashes losing all of the input data. It has always done this.

It is EXTREMELY easy to use. Not just for me, but for my clients as well. I rarely have to worry about being tech support for my end users. Trainerize makes my life easier, I love all the features on it. Especially the exercise mode where the clients can see all their exercises. Definitely a must have for a trainer!

Nachteile

LOVE everything about it! But if there was more thing I could add is to have more exercises. The ones on their will be good for about 3 months, after that you have to reuse some. Other than that, it's great!

I can do most things from mobile. It's user-friendly. Nicer to look at than competitors. Create a good experience for clients.

It takes a long to to load and seems to crash or overload it's system. I can't do simple tasks like copying programs on mobile.

I like how it is consistently being updated to make it better and easier to use. I also like the features that keep being added. The exercise videos are great, and keep expanding. I don't like to make my own videos. If there is an exercise I want, that is not recorded, I like that I can use Youtube videos. It's a very convenient and easy app. My clients love it.

I wish you didn't need to use a PDF just to put a calorie/macro goal. I wish I could just set that without creating a PDF.

I love Trainerize. I am the guy that is a power user of most software I use and I am very very critical. I have gone to quite a few before ending up at Trainerize. What I love is that their focus is truly on offering Online Personal Training. It feels very complete.

Nachteile

The previous version of the app tended to be very heavy on memory which caused them to be slow at times. But now they have largely fixed this. Even though I have stayed with them all these years, can you imagine? Even if you just want it to create training plans it is great!

A product of easy handling and training application, offering a great variety of activities. Besides the question of student management, which is great. Payment through the application makes the budgeting process much easier.

Pretty easy for my clients when it comes to logging in their workouts, their food, and I love how easy it is for my clients to reach me video chat or through messaging.

It's tedious to program out, the syncing of my fitness pal to the app has become difficult for my online clients, I wish I could have different sections broken down for: warm up, core/dynamic work, the workouts, and then have the cool down section so my clients.

When I used Traiznerize I liked the most random thing but the workout logging system and weight tracking. It made it very easy for my clients to log their information consistently

It had a lot of glitches which is why I ultimately switched. My programs would go missing, my clients would be frustrated and so many things didn’t work as intended. However, I went to another software that wasn’t better and I wish I appreciated what I had, trainerize was a great price!

Limited integration with common fitness wearables, could do with more flexibility in adding calendar items.

I love the ability to track all stats and use my own videos to serve my customers. My customers are wowed by the app and enjoy seeing their personal bests and progress in the app. I can't imagine NOT using this app.

It can get glitchy once in a while when I'm with a customer. However, customer support is PHENOMENAL and they solve issues very quickly.

Trainerize just keeps improving, updating, and getting better and better. My clients love so many of the features provided to make their workouts easy to access, easy to move around on their calendar, and easy to check in with me as their trainer. I can go on and on of the benefits of using this online training software!

Nachteile

The one con is that it can be glitchy at time with opening the app and take quite a while to open up for me. I don't know if it's like that for my clients devices. It may just be mine because of all the data and video content I have stored inside that needs to be uploaded. But overall, a great software tool.

I love how I can keep all my online and in person clients on one software program. It also allows me to do nutrition coaching when clients add nutritional services. Partnering with other apps also allows for a great experience.

Updated regularly and the ability to save workout templates. I also love that it is an easy to use app, it really makes my programming for clients both in-person and online much easier. I also like the ability to substitute movements on the spot for when it doesn't work out perfectly. Lastly I really like that I can go back and review the previous workouts to better adjust programming for each client.

Nachteile

A little laggy with the app, especially with the Android phones. Wish there was a "fill all" button for straight sets. I also would like the ability to add notes within each exercise.

The programming and complication of app.

On the programming it is more geared towards traditional body building and hypertrophic workout, becomes very complicated when trying to program more metabolic conditioning workouts or mixed modal sessions.

Application is pretty complicated for older clients and not as easy to use or appealing as some other software offers out there.

I love Trainerize is always updating the app to make the features even better. Since they ask all clients to input thoughts or vote for ideas. The features that get implemented are always what I need! I wouldn't even think about the added feature but be so grateful once its updated to the app. I also like that customer support is very quick to respond. The platform is used friendly and there are tons of video tutorials. Best part is I have my own app and logo in both the Apple/Google Play Store. It makes me feel so accomplished, professional, and tech savvy!

Honestly none. Since Trainerize and constantly improving I have no issues.

What I like most: video software, ability to upload all client documents in one place, the ease of being able to track a clients progress and hold them accountable, the ease for making changes on the fly when needed.

The things that could use improvement: signing up a new client is always just a bit confusing in terms of "did they get the welcome email". Also, I wish that I could directly reply to client messages from the e-mail that is sent to my inbox.

What I like least is that I don't use the platform to its fullest potentionial. Something very minor about the platform that I may suggest is the ability for users to see their whole workout/ program without the videos first and then be able to click into an exercise if they need a demo. Some exercisers are more advanced than others/ may have been on a program for a little while and are familiar with the exercises already. This May make it easier for the client to see their workout/ program in its entirety and could save them a lot of scroll time on their phone.

The video call feature is poor, needlessly messy. It looks like it sends you out to a chat room, it would be much easier to just press the video button and go from there

So trainerize is mostly directed at personal trainers to use with their clients, but we have been using it for office-based fitness as part of a competition/motivation. There are a bunch of fitness videos, and it's easy to send them out to our employees. There's also a tracking tool which makes it easy to track everyone's progress head to head. Furthermore, we've found the timers very helpful for workout times and rest. The ability to chart/track weight, workout time, progress, and goals makes it useful as part of our weight loss competition, but is also vital for individual goals if you're a personal trainer for your client. The ability to add meal plans is just another great tool for this health app.

Nachteile

Not much to complain about. Perhaps the only one is you need an internet connection to use it, which is usually not a problem, but it would be nice to have offline functionality and access to videos.

I love having "systems" in place to make my clients experience as great as possible. This app does exactly that! From the personal branding to the tracking of workouts, syncing with FitBit and MyFitnessPal, and a messaging feature, all of these contribute to an amazing experience in addition to my coaching.

Nachteile

If I have to say anything, it would be a better way to upload documents to deliver to clients and the ability to copy saved auto messages. I have check in questions that I ask my clients every single week and documents that I like to deliver to them throughout the course of a program. The ability to do both of these would be amazing! However, I love that the team at Trainerize takes user suggestions very seriously and does their best to deliver on them. I am sure that both of these features will be added in the future.

I like the ease in building a program for myself and my clients! Great database of exercises available and really happy that it syncs with YouTube.

My biggest complaint is the Trainerize exercise video selections. The video database is growing but there are only 2 instructors to choose from. Only one of them seems friendly, confident and professional when verbalizing and demonstrating the exercises. The other instructor seems lost and unprepared, as well as, unhappy. (I avoid videos with him demonstrating as much as possible.) It would also be great to see some female instructors, as my female clients would probably appreciate that.

The MOST beneficial thing about this software is the ability to import videos. This reminds me of what my workout should look like, how to do it correctly, and stay on track.

What I liked most about train arrive is first and foremost how user-friendly it is. This is especially important because I found myself using the app either during or in-between working with clients, so I needed something quick, easy, and functional. It also addresses all of the major areas needed to track your client from start to finish – creating their profile and entering periodic data to reflect their results.

The fact that it would automatically generate emails/messages to my clients that were not from me and that I did not know about until I was told by my clients or went into the app on my own and saw them generated and sent automatically electronic.

It's not really a con but I wish there were aspects directed toward athletic teams. For example sport specific works and periodization programs including different cycles. Two cons, not being able to add documents to groups. The second con is not being able to record a video quickly with the appear.in app and leaving the video in one of the fitness or team groups.

I love using Trainerize and there are a lot of reasons for that. One of them is its easiness to use it. You can easily make an account and start being healthy! One of the greatest things about the software is that they have the BEST customer service ever! I had a lot of problems at the beginning but all of them were solved very soon with the help of their customer service. Also, workout data they are showing are incredible easy to understand.

I have had some connection issues although I was sure that my internet connection was very good. When I am not using different apps in the background the software works fine. However, when I have to use some of the apps at the same time, I seem to have a lot of freezing issues as well.
