Le problème avec Sprout Social, est qu'il n'est par faire pour les débutants qui sont financièrement faible car l'abonnement minimum est à partir de 249 $. Si vous pouvez réduire un peut cela, se serait encore plus cool.

As the social media community has continued to evolve, sprout social has kept on providing simple and efficient solutions towards social media Marketing. I have experienced a great time Saving element by having all major network together for response. It's functionality which include tagging features and post performance reports makes it easier to see progress on content hence having great impact on social growth.

As time has passed, it has become less cost effective as pricing per user keeps getting more expensive especially with a large team that keeps growing.

It is so nice to be able to have all of my clients' social profiles in one place! With Sprout Social, we're able to not only keep our clients' profiles together, we're able to schedule posts to all of their platforms in the same interface. I think the shining moment for Sprout Social is the Inbox feature, where you can respond and engage with your online social community right there in the Sprout interface. You want to talk about efficiency...our team was spending hours a day logging in and out of different profiles for a client, responding to comments, engaging with other users, etc. Then, they had to do the same thing for the rest of our clients! Having the ability to cut out that unnecessary time spent logging in and out has been a life saver.

Nachteile

Unfortunately, Sprout Social does NOT have the ability to schedule stories on Instagram. While they claim you can "schedule", it's actually a manual process. You can go ahead and create the story post and "schedule" it, but all that means is you'll get an alert to go manually post the story to your profile. This doesn't help increase efficiency and can actually distract from other work in the middle of the day when you have to stop what you're doing to go manually post.

The best thing about this software is the number of features it offers to facilitate post scheduling without it feeling overwhelming.

The worst part about this software would probably only be the price. While it makes sense to pay for what you get, it was just barely out of our budget at the time.

It is a comprehensive suite of tools for all-around social management. it is definitely the most powerful tool I have used for social network scheduling, management and analysis.
The interface is neat and clear, and the support team is always available for any questions or needs.

everything has a cost, even sports social has a cost.... and it's not low.
sprout is a rather high price and is unlikely to be affordable for freelancers or small marketing agencies.
This precludes a good chunk of users from having access to great tools.

Sprout Social is a ln advanced social media management platform, but also a powerful marketing tool with the strong analytics features. I believe that the reports and analytics is the most useful feature for our team.

Nachteile

Some comments of my team were that the platform wasn't easy to use, and that they had to read often the Social Sprout documentation to accomplish some goals with our scheduled posting and multiple channel administration.

I love the many options it provides: you can schedule content to various platforms, track how it performs, and respond to comments - all within one app.
While scheduling, there's a great option to schedule the same content to be posted as many times as you'd like, as much as 6 months ahead.

There's no way to create a queue and just drop content in there, to be posted automatically.

It has a great design, friendly interface and it is easy to learn how to use it. It is wonderful to be able to schedule the publication of the content on different platforms from Sprout Social. You can also obtain data and KPI, as well as you can do audience research, all with the same software. Also depending on the plan you can manage several profiles of social networks and monitor them from the same user.

It's a bit expensive for small businesses or people who want to manage their networks. It is designed for solid companies with different work teams. Also, functionally speaking, it is not very comfortable to work with Instagram, I feel that as the platform is more robust and efficient for certain social networks to the detriment of other.

Sprout makes managing social posts and assets really easy. I've used many other social many other social managers in the past few years, and this is by far the most elegant. The UI is pleasing, the functionality dependable and the integrations are robust. I make particularly heavy use of the bit.ly integration, which saves a lot of time switching tabs.

The main benefit of Sprout Social, though, has to be the reporting. Being able to see how a post or campaign has performed at a glance is really quite handy. That in conjunction with the "listening" feature makes planning out future campaigns much more productive.

My only real complaint about Sprout is the per-user price, but if your team only has a single social manager it is well worth the cost.

The interface is very clean, most tools are easily accessible for every feature available and also, the very stylish and friendly design really improves the user experience, makes it more enjoyable. I'm particularly attached to the Smart Inbox, and how you can have all your social media interaction in one place as well as its connection with the Bot.

The bot feature only connects through social media accounts and doesn't have a standalone version, that could give a better, more professional look to a client's website.

Sprout Social has "sprouted" our social media marketing and overall online presence. The amount of attention required to make an impact can't be achieved easily without help. This is where Sprout comes in.Automation is very important, as are reporting and statistics. It's a must have for any small business.

Sprout is great for collaborative social posting. When we outsource our social, they can quickly upload their finalized posts in Sprout, and I can review before going live. The organization of posts is great!

The photo library can get disorganized very quickly if you don't tag and label images right when you upload them.

I use sprout social to keep my business accounts on schedule and monitorized. What I like the most is that you can have several users in the same account, which allow me to see what my community manager schedules, making it easier for me to see errors or request a change.

I’ve had used the 30 day free trial so far, I’m planning to purchase the full version since I can’t get the full analysis report data from free trial among other things. I think it’s worth it and highly encourage anyone to do the free trial and try Sprout Social.

Sprout has several issues, and their customer service is really difficult to get a hold of. Our team had to contact them several times over unresolved issues that never even fully got resolved after their assistance. We switched to a different scheduling plan and have no regrets.

I have used Hootsuite for social media management as well as SproutSocial and they are pretty tied in my book. With SproutSocial, I can assign tasks to other workers and it's easy to train others on how to use the software. Highly recommended for businesses with multiple people handling social media. The price is right too.

Not a big fan of the mobile app. It is buggy at times and sometimes takes too many extra steps to complete one task.

It is one of the many alternatives for social media management and analytics. Our team tried Sprout Social for 6 months but didn't stick with it at the end.

It's extremely easy to schedule posts ahead of time, which is very convenient for my schedule. I also love looking at the reports on how the posts did across all channels. That has been very beneficial for our team moving forward. Overall, the service is worth the price you pay up front.
