Overall, great software!
Customer service used to be more responsive... it takes a while to hear back from the customer support email.
Vorteile
This is the best social media management platform for working with teams -- it's easy to communicate internally through the platform and keep track of tasks. Reporting is also helpful, though I wish there were more options for representing the data.
Nachteile
The app is full of glitches. I'm not able to view my calendar, and each post often shows the same photo.

Sprout is a great tool to schedule social posts and manage social media accounts. It's easy and affordable.
Nachteile
I wish Sprout had more features. The staff are also constantly contacting you. I appreciate the communication but its a LOT of emails.

Social scheduling was fine, but didnt like how it made me do new posts for each channel. Reporting was amazing.

Very good service
I've been using Sprout Social since September 2016 and I really appreciate the customer service offered by this company. Excellent if you manage a lot of different facebook pages. Clear reports. Lots of updates and improvements.
Vorteile
Good integration of different social media. A+ customer service.
Nachteile
Has Instagram reports but not publishing yet, even though we are supposed to have it in the future.
Hopefully, they can also integrate Pinterest in the future.

I like the ease of use, and clean interface. Great customer support. They walked me through the whole software on setup. Pleasant to use.

Organizational Ease, but at a High Cost

Allows for ease of organizing social content across multiple platforms. Also makes it easy to respond to consumers in an efficient way.
Nachteile
As a small, growing business, we have multiple team members that could use access, but we can't afford more than two users. While many additional users would only have access to limited functionality. A tiered system by user access level would be ideal.

Waiting for Upgrades...
Neutral experience.... needs to upgrade features before it can be integrated into larger scale marketing programs.
Vorteile
I think Sprout Social is doing a good job of combining multiple platforms and channels into a user-friendly space. This makes social media management more approachable and helps to streamline some of the challanges associaited with these types of projectts.
Nachteile
I think Sprout Social is still missing a few key features. Firstly, a user-friendly content planning interface. There is no seemless way for a client to view and approve content at this time.

Program with a lot of features, but expensive
I use it to manage a few different accounts, but think that for the price it is not for me.
Vorteile
I like the the program has a lot of features and can be used with a lot of social media programs. It seems to have more options than other SM scheduler programs. The reporting and analytics are good.
Nachteile
There are still glitches to be worked out with the program. It needs some work to be great. Also for a small business or individual it is expensive compared to other programs out there. The customer service is less than stellar and could use some work too.

Growing with Sprout
Social media for a business can be daunting and a chore wholly unto itself, particularly because it is so necessary in today's world, but Sprout makes it that much easier for which I am grateful

Scheduling and inbox features are excellent.
Nachteile
Unable to send to clients to review easily, needs an editing feature that is easier to use for clients.
Should be able to copy a post, at present load one for twitter/facebook and instagram and be nice to be able to copy and schedule for different times rather than having to load three times.

Sprout Social is the best social media management tool, hands down. Their ease of use is legendary as they focus on building beautiful complex useful software for small businesses all the way up to enterprise systems. Their reports are AWESOME and pretty much the only presentation ready reports you can find anywhere. Their customer support team is the best in the business. I can't say enough great things about this tool!

Like the interface. Sprout Social has some great email and marketing features.
All in one place for marketing, great looking templates, customizable options make this product great.
Vorteile
Beautiful templates, easy email options. You definitely need to view the help videos or have some hand holding by an experienced user, but once you've learned the process, it's fairly intuitive to use.
Nachteile
A little pricey for what you get. Not as many customizable templates as some of the other social media tools, but has the added benefit for the email and campaigns for an all in one avenue.

Considered SproutSocial for our reporting needs, but decided to go with another option

Loved the look and feel of the reports, there was lots of great info available including top cities, etc.
Nachteile
Pricing was high. There was no easy way to create a report that showed all of the networks that we needed to have shown. There was also no way to customize which data was shown, so some of the metrics that we'd prefer to leave off of the report HAD to be included, which was a bit of a deal breaker for us.

Mostly good, a bit glitchy
It saves time when it is not being glitchy. Sometimes, scheduled posts don't send, but are no longer in the schedule. It is like they disappear into thin air. That is hard, when you rely on the service to help create an efficient work flow.

It took only minutes to learn. Our social media team works uses this software. Multiple users can have login and passwords.
Nachteile
I could not find an easy way to report on the number of retweets we got. We ended up manually counting. We were trying to determine the number of retweets for one of our partners.

Excellent social media management software for bigger agencies
I loved using Sprout Social. It was very easy to use and intuitive. A lot of great features and attractive interface. My only complaint is that it's pricey for smaller agencies.
Nachteile
No affordable plan for small agencies. Seems to be geared more toward larger agencies.

SUCH HELPFUL APP
Vorteile
I like that it is very easy for anyone to understand everything that Sprout shows upon logging in. We use this as our payroll system and as a first timer, I find it very user friendly as I was able to understand and use if immediately.
Nachteile
No unwanted experience using this app so far. Contented with all its features. And I guess any improvements in the future wont be a problem .

A great Social Media Management Solution
Overall my experience with Sprout Social was good, they provide excellent customer support and I enjoyed our webinars and phone calls with them,
Vorteile
It's great for managing brand accounts across multiple platforms simultaneously with neat features like Scheduling Instagram Posts and provides useful insights. Credit card payment is also a plus!
Nachteile
Like I said it's a good solution for managing multiple accounts but, it's not so great for monitoring specially on Facebook. To be fair I was informed that they no longer monitor Facebook, but our clients online presence on Facebook is very important.
