What I love about Spout Social, is that it tracks my social media posts across multiple account. It even offers a visual calendar of upcoming posts!

You can’t run any paid social media campaigns (e.g. Facebook boosted posts) through the platform. I would love to see this added on in future iterations.

In my experience, Sprout Social is the best social media management platform. It's especially great when working with teams as it's easy to manage tasks and communicate within the platform.

Sprout Social is really good with scheduling posts across social media channels. It is almost seamless and does a great job.
The analytics provided are great and east to read.
It is also easy to keep a track on topics relating to business across channels which is great.

The problem with this Sprout Social is that it sometimes misfires when posting to Linkedin.
Instagram posting is also little glitchy.
There are some functionalities like competitor analysis which needs a rework

Sprout offers a good solution but fails on pricing. Sprout is an excellent alternative, but there are pretty much others that allow you to have same with less budget

As a new budding Ministry I love Sprout social as it's more affordable than some of the other options that I've been working with on my corporate job. They've been very helpful in helping me figure out a campaign and Communications strategy for my day-to-day and weekly engagement of my followers. They're also been very intregral in helping me figure out how to monetize my streaming programming

I'm still learning the software and so there's an uphill battle however once I get there groove of things this campaign in the communication strategy will work better.

Sprout has several issues, and their customer service is really difficult to get a hold of. Our team had to contact them several times over unresolved issues that never even fully got resolved after their assistance. We switched to a different scheduling plan and have no regrets.

Sprout saves time. With its straightforward and clean design, easy mobile app and calendar function, I can quickly schedule messages no matter where I am'and pause or reschedule when needed. The weekly analytics report is helpful for a fast snapshot of activity delivered to your inbox.

What I like most about this software is that it is easy to use and we had a team member who did a video session with us so we can learn the features and its benefits. I like that they give tips on their website on when the best publishing times are etc.. We used this software to schedule out tweets and Facebook posts.

We used this at work for less than 6 months, it was a good software however it did cost more than we would like.

This is not your average social media management tool. This is for those professional-level accounts that are worth a hefty investment. There are many useful tools to this platform. My favorite is their in-depth analytics. It's difficult to capture meaningful kpi's on some other platforms.

I really love their smart inbox because I can split it depends on my needs.

I'm able to manage my Social Media with Sprout and publish on social media having the publishing and management software all together made my job so easy. I can connect with other influencers and I can monitor my account. The customer care agents help solves any problem with issues that I may have. To have help with my business needs when it comes to creating. Also, being able to integrate all of my social media accounts with Sprout makes the business run smoothly on my end.

We were looking for a way to collaborate on socials comments across a team which is why we jumped on Sprout Social. The analytics were also useful.

It is 10 times easier to use Facebook and Instagrams native tool for handling comments. A response that would normally take 5 seconds on FB and IG would take 5 times longer on Sprout. There were many glitches in the software that made it unusable as well. The support and onboarding were not helpful at all. I reached out multiple times and never got responses until I said I was going to cancel, and even then they couldn't help. And of course they locked me into a full year contract and after 3 weeks we wanted to cancel but they wouldn't help us at all.
