I like having the ability to connect to remote workstations via Atera or as a standalone app using Splashtop Business. It just works and I have had no issue whatsoever with it.

It would be great if there was a way to be able to see two screens at once if the user is running multiple monitors.

Pricing is excellent compared to the other remote options, it is very easy to use and it gets the job done with no issue.

SW for use on multiple OS and at the same time I like multiple devices, not only PC but also phone, Android support and free installation on all devices. The price is more friendly than competing apps and the functionalities are the same. User friendly, much more intuitive and easy to use. Connection on demand, seamless. Providing quick help and support regardless of location.

Nachteile

We did not encounter any problems, some clients had problems with the initial connection/setup, but we managed to communicate.

Splashtop is a stable application with great performance and a nice price. Is secure, you can transfer files, used from you cell phone and installed in almost any OS. We currently have it install on Windows Server 2003, Windows Server 2012, Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7 and Ubuntu.

At this momment I don't something that dislike me of splashtop. Almost for my needs is a excellent software.

Product installed effortlessly. Once a few items were understood it was totally organic in that it was just like being at the office. Able to do all that was necessary from home. Our entire office staff is in the same situation and it helped greatly.

At first, it took a while to understand the icons to do things. It was still a very easy learning curve

Splashtop is extremely simple to set up and use. It's been extremely reliable so far in terms of connection speed and quality and is superb for the price.

Has some initial issues with the File Transfer tool not working but these seems to have resolved itself in the past week or so.

Easy access to clients computers during the Covid-19 Shutdown. Had it up and running within 2 days. Very easy to use, can print remotely and affordable.

Somewhat difficult to get through to tech support during set up but this was due to the surge during the Covid-19 shutdown.

The thing I like most about this software is that the security options are pretty easy to use. You can have remote access sessions without passwords.

It doesn't have any collaborative options like a shared whiteboard. There's a server option and a viewer option depending on which PC you are working with. If you want to do something like reboot the remote machine you have to go back to the server app and cannot do it while looking at the remote machine.

I pair this service with Atera RMM, it is integrated when a machine has Atera installed. lets you remote access a machine without needing to receive a temp password like TeamViewer, this can be set up that way if you would like, however. very clear picture and quick response time with very little input lag which is hard to achieve with a remote service. Splashtop does have a mobile app as well if you have that in your plan.

can't really think of anything I dislike, gets the job done and does exactly what it says it does. highly recommended if you need to perform remote maintenance often.

Splashtop was easy to install and get working quickly. The overall quality is high! It was easy to switch between screens on computers which had multiple screens as well. High sound quality while remoting in.

Both myself and another user wanted access to remote into the same computer (at different times). It was difficult to figure out how to switch the login from one person to the other without a lot of trouble.

Easy integration, and won't take you out of the program if you Alt-Tab! We tried several trials of different software and Splashtop was by far the best and did not show much, if any, lag. Able to Dual screen with ease even when the computer you are using to access the other is not. Also able to Ctrl-Alt-Del the remote computer, can restart the remote desktop and not lose access. Can download/upload files directly

Not much to dislike, couple features I would have liked to try a couple features in the pro version, but still did exactly what we needed it too.

I purchased this product to use during the COVID)-19 stay at home. Not sure why I didn't do it sooner. It was very easy to set up and works great. I haven't had any problems using it.

As we shifted to working remotely during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we needed a versatile, full-function solution that could give us remote access to one computer and a NAS, both of which had to stay in the office. As a nonprofit, we also needed this solution to be reasonably priced. Splashtop checked both boxes.

Installation was simple and went without a hiccough. Supporting the product has been a breeze as well. Screen viewing/controlling, printing, and file sharing all work flawlessly.

So far I haven't found a negative. Although learning the software took a few minutes, pop-ups over the program icons were extremely helpful.

This software is so easy to use. I have a relatively slow broadband at home but this has not hindered a good working connection and use of my remote computer. It was easy to set up remote wake on lan. It has been a saviour during lockdown due to coronavirus.

The only downside has been with remote printing to macOS. A third party work around has to be used. Remote printing to windows is no problem.

Once it's setup, it's very easy to remotely access my client's computers. Connections are quick and stable, tools are easy to figure out and use.

I can't say there was anything I liked about this software. The software was not easy to use and came with a few hicupps.

This software I installed the trial and had issues with it from the start. I tried support and it took a while for them to get back to me so I eventually went on to another software that turned out great.

The cost and ease of implementing. I was able to connect to my remote uses very easily. Installing new devices and removing devices is very quick and easy. It also allows for file transfer and chat without making a connection and disturbing my end user.

The file transfer is too simple and takes too long. The only attribute file transfer uses is file name. When remoting in to device, the user windows environment disconnect while the remote user logs in. Without notifying the end user, it can make them feel like they have a problem.

The connectivity can be hit or miss. There are times where it times out and I can't get back in when I want to.

I really like the splash top app because it reliably gets me to my work pc from home, without ever leaving. I can little work on my work computer from anywhere. It’s really helpful. The screen stays dark so if anyone is walking around my desk while I’m working remotely, they can’t know what I’m doing.

We use Splashtop Server to connect to a group of servers and workstations. Extremely flexible and secure, intuitive, and very efficient. And the file transfer tool has made me forget about ftp.

Nachteile

I also use Splashtop to support remote access from outside reps, and the process to get it staged on their internal access PCs is hard to master. It all works, but seemed to take more time than it should.
