I like the ease of use and simply set up.

The remote access screen is smaller than I would like. I wish there was a better feature to increase display size without things getting warped.

Splash top was easy to install. I was so happy that I could start using it right away. It only takes a couple of clicks to connect to my work computer.

There isn’t anything that I don’t like about the Splashtop software.

This product is easy tu use and easy for clients and technicians to install the software on their PC so I can connect. Never disconnects. Video quality is very good.

Price-performance on the features offered compared to other similar tool is outstanding. Support is responsive and thorough. The only reliability issues I've seen so far have been directly related to resources on the client.

No ability to change settings from the management portal post-deployment--you either have to build a new deployment package and redeploy or to individually change the settings on each system if you need to make a global setting change. Separate windows for multi-monitored clients would be a welcome feature addition.

I love that the screen is full size and that I can transfer documents, xrays and such as file transfers from desktop to Remote Desktop.

Nachteile

We have 4 computers set up on our splashtop and almost daily one of the computers cannot be accessed for some reason.

How customer service kept in touch with the ease of use and were there to help with any questions or concerns; extended my free trial due to unforeseen circumstances that I was unable to use it within the trial period.

no complaints...it was a very smooth process to connect to my remote computer from home at any time.

Looks like a clone of other softwares, less responsive than other comparable softwares, translation in other languages than english are not accurate and incomplete.

We typically used Splashtop on Mac's because it was easier to use and easier for the user when trying to connect remotely.

Overall no real complaints here. I have not used it heavily enough to see any real flaws yet.

Splashtop installation was easy, very user friendly, and is like being at your desk, which makes working from home somewhat less stressful.

I would like to be able to expand/extend my screens besides switching from screen 1 to screen 2. Not sure if there is a way to do this that I haven't figured out yet or not?

When I started working remotely, set up of this software was simple and quick and anytime a question has come up, live chat customer support has been extremely helpful, as was emailing customer support.

The only thing I didn't like was having to upgrade to Pro to be able to reboot my remote computer. Unfortunately even though I'm just using it myself and only need my home and work computers connected, when my work computer had issues I couldn't reboot it without going into the office or upgrading.

Setting up the software was not difficult, but a took a little "doing" to figure out.

Compared to IntelliAdmin that we used previously, it's great that this product shows us the list of all PCs with the program installed and allows us to search to find the user's PC. I've used it on my phone and well and it's very responsive.

Nachteile

The first time I log on to any PC, I have to type in my admin username/password and save the credentials. Again, compared to IntelliAdmin, I preferred it that my credentials could be stored on my account level, not on the PC level that I am remoting on to.

With this software I am able to control my office desktop and client PC's wherever I go. I can use my laptop or even my mobile device to connect and control everything. It comes with many features beyond simply controlling the mouse, such as keyboard control and other remote control shortcuts.

Nachteile

Nothing bad to say about this software. The pricing is a bit high in my opinion and sometimes I get connectivity issues logging in from my mobile device but other than that I haven't had any complaints.

Initially was not able to print to local (my) printer. I ha e worked around that and haven’t checked back to see if that is still the case.

I like the ease of transferring files between my computer at the office and my computer that I am using remotely. And it is so fast at transferring the files.

So far I am satisfied with the program. If I had to add anything, it would be that the lag time if you are working on the file on main computer could be improved. But, to get around that issue, just transfer the file to your remote computer and then work on it there. Then you can always transfer it back to the main computer again.

I like the fact that I can just download it, install a small software on my remote computer and use it.

It doesn't let me use a USB device (like a microphone) on my local PC and have my remote PC recognize it

I like the way this program seamlessly connects to other computers right through your iPhone. I have also controlled my office computers over LTE without a hitch. (Requires good data plan if you are going use wireless data though). The online support team is awesome. They even emailed me with helpful hints before I even committed to the software in the free trial.

Not sure if file transfer can be effectively managed with iPhone control. Probably should be using my laptop for that one.

Once installed this product has been easy to use, I love how it simply mimicks my work desktop.

So far the only thing I would change is that the basic subscription would accommodate two monitors and not have to toggle between two different screens.

Splashtop is so easy for our non-tech customer to set up. We can access their computers to install our software and give them training without needing to talk them through installation.

Occasionally we need to bring on a service rep to help diagnose problems. Would be nice if more than one of us to be able to use the same license at the same time on the same remote computer.

We have a billing company in another state and our system is based off our server, not a cloud-based system. So we need a Remote Log-In program that is easy to use, secure AND a reasonable price. Splashtop is perfect!

The connection is very fast. I don't even notice I'm working remotely -- the mouse tracks in perfect time and my typing is instant.

I was using Go to My PC for years. The price had become prohibitive and also had stopped working. I was desperate for an alternative. I used the trial version for 4 days and bought the business package. Have not regretted it a bit.

It took me a week to figure out the printing from the remote printer but I was still able to do it without help.
