I love that I can set up a Trello board in just a few minutes and it's functional and ready to be used. I also like how easy it is to integrate with Zapier so that I can include my Trello activity in other platforms that I use, and vice versa.

Trello doesn't have a ton of moving parts, so while this is good for quick and easy setup, sometimes I have more advanced automated needs that it can't support, as a task and project management tool.

Trello has a very easy user interface. A new comer can master it within a week. I like how easily boards and cards can be created. Adding colleagues to the boards makes it easy to collaborate.

It is not very good for a budgeting purposes. I used Monday.com which is a lot batter in that regard.

Trello est un outil formidable pour organiser et suivre mes projets. Avec ses tableaux, ses listes et ses cartes, je visualise facilement l'avancement de chaque tâche et la répartition du travail au sein de mon équipe. C'est vraiment intuitif et facile à prendre en main, même pour les nouveaux collaborateurs ou les clients que j'invite à collaborer sur certains projets.

Nachteile

Pour être honnête, je n'en vois pas vraiment ! Peut-être que Trello pourrait proposer davantage de fonctionnalités avancées pour les entreprises qui ont des besoins très spécifiques, mais pour mon usage, c'est parfaitement adapté.

I love that Trello creates a visual Kanban board, allows for color-coordination, and makes it simple to tag team members to tasks and follow-up. I also like that you can add attachments (links, images, videos, etc.) to each card.

While Trello feels very user-friendly to younger users, employees who are less tech-savvy seem a bit overwhelmed with Trello's interface. I will also add boards can be a bit glitchy at times--sometimes I suddenly wouldn't be able to add a card to a section, or couldn't save my edits. I wish there was a way to automate reminders for cards that have been left unopened or unaddressed by tagged persons.

Trello est dans l'ensemble un logiciel qui est intuitif et qui fonctionne bien. Il dispose de fonctionnalités intéressantes (Checklist, associer un utilisateur à une tache) et a une interface récente et moderne. Il est très agréable de travailler avec cet outil

Beaucoup de fonctionnalités sont malheureusement payantes. La connexion via son compte Atlassian est peut être un peu "lourde" comparé à l'ancien système.

Its free version is a fairly good value. If you specifically want a Kanban board, then there is nothing better.

I don't think that Kanban is a really good interface for project management. I wish that it had a greater variety of views, like lists and Gantt, that you need for larger projects. The use cases where Kanban alone is good enough is fairly small.

Trello is user-friendly, collaborative, and inexpensive. I am a solopreneur and have used the free version for the past 5 years. It accomplishes all my needs and I am able to collaborate with my virtual assistants without delays.

The customer service is terrible. They basically read off their website and are not able to answer questions. It's a good thing I've have only needed Customer Service twice in 5 years.
