Jotform gives new light when creating digital forms.
Jotform has made our work to create digital forms very easy and effective. It is very easy to use and has very functional form building tools that gives us the best experience.
Vorteile
Jotform user interface is very well organized which makes it lightweight and easy to use. The e-signature tool allows us to sign our forms electronically from anywhere. Jotform form building tools are very flexible and allows us to create any type of digital form for our different uses.
Nachteile
Nothing about Jotform is hard to like. Things work really well in Jotform and there no difficult aspects.

Jotform is great for small businesses needing a response solution
My overall experience has been good. Their live chat support is great, and they have a support forum aswell.
Vorteile
Jotform is by far the most advanced form builder in the market. You can customize elements, add custom HTML/CSS, integrate payments inside of forms, use webhooks and send email responses.
Nachteile
I don't like the fact that HIPPA compliance is a paid feature.

One of the Best Form Builders I've Ever Used!
Vorteile
From a design standpoint: I like the drag and drop interface, I like the clean, professional designs of the forms (especially, the one-question at a time form view). From a functionality standpoint: I like that you can essentially set up a simple form within 5 minutes, I like the robust features, particularly the conditional logic which allows you to customize the next steps (i.e. next visible question, thank you/confirmation page, etc.) based on how people answer certain questions. And I haven't even really explored all of the features so I'm sure I will find more to like.
Nachteile
I may be doing something wrong but I haven't been able to get workflow to do what I actually want it to do.

Good product, long time customers
Vorteile
Ease of use, anybody in the company can use it, but it's also powerful enough to fulfill all out needs.
Nachteile
The autosave is broken, frequently need to triple check that the form has saved, a manual button in addition to auto save would solve this. The fact you need to clear the form cache every now and again or the forms break also is bad.

All good vibes with Jotform. The most qualified tool to create professional forms.
We are finding an easy time using Jotform to create forms for our purchasing and procurement operations. It allows us to create very professional forms that fits perfectly with our requirements. Jotform has given us a very comfortable experience creating any type of form that we are in need of.
Vorteile
Jotform has automations that helps us save much of our time and energy doing the tedious form building tasks. Its simple integration with other products like payment gateways makes it very easy for us to create and use purchase forms directly. It has a fantastic reporting tool that allows us to analyze our forms and generate insightful reports.
Nachteile
No side of Jotform has given us any challenges. We have been at ease using it and there are no dislikes.

One of the things I love most about Jotform is the sheer number of options it offers. I have used jot form for 2 years and it has been highly effective in obtaining form submissions. It is user friendly and can be accessed and is fully accessible to all respondents regardless of browser or email address. The ability to brand each form and customize them is one of the greatest benefits as compared to other similar products.

Jotform for Non-Profit/PTO
Overall, Jotform has helped our non-profit look more professional and many of our volunteers are able to request a form and we can have that link ready for them within the hour. It has helped us with organization and has helped increase our yearly donations.
Vorteile
What we really love about Jotform is the ability to do customized forms, digital payments, and have a separate spreadsheet that collects all the form data. As a PTO our forms changed weekly and it was incredibly user friendly. We went from sending paper forms home to being able to send digital links with the instant ability to make a payment.
Nachteile
I don't really see any cons to this software. We pay for the software but its a manageable price.

I love the integration with critical products/software I use daily for business and how it has streamlined the process of creating forms. Made our informal processes compliant
Vorteile
Jotform has helped formalised a few different processes that we have running in our stores where a contractual agreement and it being signed off is necessary. Previously we would have this in a more informal manner but we have had to change that for compliance reasons. More specifically, this helped us keep track of loan devices we provide by having the customer sign off on the agreement and the condition of the device prior to being handed over. The website builder is easy enough to use and responses/results are easy to share to other parties that need to view it. It was disappointing to find out that Microsoft Forms does not allow for a way to e-sign on forms but that was what drove the implementation of JotForm in our org. We also currently have it configured to integrate with Sharepoint so that the files are also being backed up there for an additional layer of redundancy.

Lo que me gusta de esta herramienta es que a diferencia de otros construtores de forularios, este es bastante flexible en cuando la capacidad de poder editar y personalizar los diferentes renglones que poseen sus plantillas, permitiendome ajustarlas a mis requerimientos en cada caso.

Un aspecto en el que creo que Jotform falla es que sus herramientas de analisis de data son algo limitadas y arrojan poco detalle, por lo que suelo utilizar otra herramienta adicional para esta funcion

Best option for simple use
The product is good. It's a very simple set up experience. If you just need something simple to solve some of your business problems this is a perfect solution. More complicated processes you'll need a different product.

It is a very simple workflow solution or customer interaction platform.

It didn't have a live pull feature to utilize API integrations and pull in information based on an entry.

Great product
I've had nothing but positive experiences with Jotform.

I like the ability to be able to sign forms electronically and on the go. It's makes processes seamless and easy, which can increase productivity.

I just wish there was a mobile app that was a little more comprehensive with more features, specifically I would want the ability to collaborate, and when implemented I want it to be very simple and seamless.

Jotform is simple, and the interface is smooth
I’ have to use this anytime that I hire an employee. We use this to sign the onboarding agreement, along with employee handbooks, and to sign tax documents.

I love how jotform is integrated with PayPal and other platforms, and they don’t take a percentage of the ticket fee!

I’ve had Some employees say that onboarding Jotform may take more time than simpler tools.

I am able to create forms and add the correct parties who need to receive the responses as well as view the submissions. I like being able to add collaborators as well.

Using Jotforms requires a learning curve and patience. Having to locate functions can be daunting at times but it's there.

Jotform - my go to form solution
Jotform is actually a great tool for me to use to get customer, vendor and staff responses. It has solved the problem of contacting the customers for detail information because they are able to fill the forms and submit online on the go anywhere and at anytime.
Vorteile
The different tools made available to easily create a form of choice and the ability to view the submissions. Also the ability of clients to fill the forms online from anywhere in the world and submit to me seamlessly.

The login error that sometimes come up when I want to login to my account complaining of phishing problem.

Jotform Saved Us Hours
Up until April this year I couldn't fault it. The issue with the billing and the old plan we were on has left a bit of a sour taste, however, the product itself is a no brainer and we recommend it to all web devs.

As we are WP developers, there is always the issue of SMTP. Jotform solves this instantly. The quickness of deploying forms is impressive. The ability to have exactly the form fields we require is massive.
Nachteile
The pricing modal. We've been Jotform users for literally years. We were on a grandfathered plan that we had enjoyed for years. All of a sudden, our form limits were exceeded and view limits were exceeded. To the point where all of our forms were stopped. Speaking to support was frustrating at the time, however, we did finally manage to come to a resolution and received a reduction in price for the silver package.

Jotform: registration for events made easy
Sometimes the flexibility in adjusting response emails, for example, is not that great and you often have to search to adjust something to your wishes, but in general you can work with the supplied templates without many adjustments.
Vorteile
Since I had used it before for a small non-profit organization, the non-paying version is a nice alternative to show nice results in a fairly simple way, and I was able to use it again in a non-commercial environment with a nice and especially practical result.
If I need such a platform commercially, I will gladly go to a paying version.
Nachteile
Translations are important. In forms it works nicely with translation tables, why not with the response mails? Because the same fields from the forms are used as well, though you have to convert each string manually and hardcoded per language and create a separate mail...

Love Jotform!
All in all, Jotform is a great product and we've worked through the challenge of one user/team. Its great to be able to integrate Jotform into our other data platforms.
Vorteile
The user experience and interface is clean and easy to use. As a survey taker, I find jotform to be very simple and easy to understand.
Nachteile
I don't like that, no matter what level of membership you have, your team is only allowed one user. Even with a smaller organization, we have many staff working with different forms. So, to have a membership that would allow multiple staff to have their own profiles would be very helpful.

Jotform makes form making easy!
I've been using Jotform for over 10 years and I continue to find new ways to put it to work to make me more efficient.
Vorteile
Jotform is one of the most user friendly form creators available. You can find every tool you need to collect information on your form. The drag and drop format makes it easy to design a form. You can also find hundreds of form templates to choose from in case you don't want to design a new form.
Another great feature is the ability to integrate with other platforms such as Google Drive and Google Docs. This makes it easy to share information with others.
Nachteile
I really can't say much negative about Jotform. The only feature that I can think of that would be helpful is the ability to multiple users at a lower price point.

I love my overall experience with Jotform, I fully recommend it

It's super easy to use, has lots of templates so you don't have to start from scratch. Super adaptable, can replace squeeze pages or simple landing pages for paid events sign-ups. Looks super professional.
Nachteile
For the free trial the number of forms is lower than I'd like. I think 10 would be more suitable, rather than 5. Also the paid submissions would be better put at 20 instead of 10 per month, that way, the cost of upgrading to paid Jotform would cover itself through the cashing in allowed by the platform in the free trial

Jotform makes collecting disparate information easy
Overall, I have found that my customers enjoy the Jotform platform. It helps me compile data on each form that is filled out, and makes my job easy of compiling many reports from various consituents. I think Jotform helps me sort through material that is complex and makes it very manageable to put into action.

The best platform for making forms for the last 5 years
My experience was, I think, in 2020 in another account. I have several accounts. I had to open several accounts because in my small business I cannot pay all the dues for the year because I do not use the website daily. I have some work that comes two or three times a year and I use it for only a month, which has made me not pay.

Très pratique pour créer des formulaires
Globalement je ne peux que suggérer Jotform que ce soit pour créer des formulaires pour des clients, des patients ou juste des sondages pour un comité de voisinage, Jotform vous permet de réaliser sans trop d’efforts des formulaires avec des options avancées et des intégrations multiples.
Vorteile
J’ai utilisé Jotform pour créer des formulaires en ligne et c’est très pratique car avec les intégrations il est possible de créer du transactionnel sur un site non transactionnel et économiser beaucoup d’argent. Les intégrations multiples et les templates permettent de créer des formulaires pour tout type d’activités récréatives ou professionnelles
Nachteile
Je trouve que le bandeau publicitaire pour la version gratuite pourrait être plus discret. Je comprends le branding pour la version gratuite mais un bandeau entier est inélégant lorsqu’on essaye d’intégrer une page. Un logo simple sur un côté aurait été suffisant

Jotform is great for collecting Client Data
Overall, it's been a fairly good experience, it does what it says it will do and it does that well. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who plans to capture people's information.

Although it is extremely customizable, the ability to see the changes as you are making them is lacking, and is a little frustration to have to go back and forth constantly to make sure that the updates are correct. It would be nice to be able to see live updates with colors, etc.

Un creador de formularios con multiples opciones
Uno de los mejores beneficios que he podido obtener de Jotform es la capacidad que ofrece de poder configurar multiples cuentas de email para poder recibir consultas cuando se envian los formularios, ademas de la opcion de poder guardar el progreso del formulario cuando estos son largos. Esto mejoro mucho la efectividad de los mismos
Vorteile
Lo mejor de Jotform es lo intuitivo que es, ademas que me ha permitido programar condiciones para los escenarios que necesito en mis formularios, de forma que puedo personalizarlos como yo requiera.
Nachteile
Un punto en contra de Jotform es que cuando necesito traducir un formulario, esta debe realizarce de forma manual, ademas de que no cuenta contodas las opciones y carateristicas de fuentes para ello.

An easy to use and flexible form builder.
Jotform has simplified data collection for my projects.
