Customer service is lacking and has rendered me unable to complete a couple of webinars due to technical difficulties. Needless to say, not great for driving business.

Many things change with the new webinarjam and I love it, everything is working well now vs old version.
I really love it.

Nachteile

The support is not fast as other tools that I have, and you should have some people speaking spanish, considering if you want to increase your impact.

it´s almost imposible to let other people talk, Is just to hard for the people to be able to talk , the system doent allowed me to easlily let someone talk, it says that the maximum number of presenters is reach but is only me, honestly I don´t want to use it anymore.

Vorteile

This software is actually fairly easy to use once you get into the live room. Consumers can easily access it through a link.

Nachteile

Support is horrendously slow. Easily taking over a week to respond to any tickets being sent to them. Also, they have features that are broken. For example, I created a webinar, customized my entire pages, etc and then was informed that I shouldn't use the clone feature as it can mess things up with notifications if I change the webinar date (which of course I would have to). Why have a clone feature if it doesn't work properly?

I like that this software is easy to use. I got Webinarjam after I got Everwebinar, which is great for evergreen webinars. I got Everwebinar and then saw that they offered Webinarjam for live webinars. I was using another software that was hard to use, so when I switched to Webinarjam I was amazed at how easy it was to get a webinar up and running.

Nachteile

I have had some people tell me that their comments don't go through all the time in a live webinar. Also, the landing pages that they have available for split-testing seem a little goofy - like cars, beaches, women, etc.

The webinar host cannot control the microphone (audio) and video of the presenter. This is a big CON.

Everything is clearly explained through videos and step-by-step instructions with screenshots. Customer service is outstanding: they quickly respond to my support requests!

I can't customize the font color with a hex or rgb code , to match the color scheme of my business. I can't customize the color of some landing page template backgrounds (which is weird, since some templates are fully customizable).

I like that it's really simple to Navagate through. I've used it a few times to look at videos from people that I subscribe to and never had issues.

I don't like how it gives me a hard time to use on my phone. Other then that I have no complaints!

It makes our weekly webinars look professional. It's easy to integrate slideshow presentations and polls. I like how you can clone previous webinar info.

The connection isn't stable sometimes. There are many steps to set up new webinars. Wish we could put questions into its own tab in the chat.

I love using it because you pay just 1 little fee for 1 whole year access and they also understand marketing and give you lots of features to use and convert sales on webinar compared to the other platforms I've seen out there.

Sometimes a little crash here on webinar which can be annoying but overall it's a very good webinar platform that I recommend any business owner should use.

WebinarJam's interface is unusually intuitive. You give it a spin and the next time around, you'll not have to scratch your head about it. More pros that made my life easier:

- The ability to test the webinar through an exclusive test setting
- Out of the box and deep integration with Active Campaign
- Automatic webinar replay recording delivered to attendees
- The option to "duplicate" all the settings of a webinar and thus treat it like a template
- The support team. I have emailed them incessantly with tons of questions. They have always gotten back with the right answer & a positive attitude.

Nachteile

The only thing I'd like to see done better are the registration page templates. They can be more responsive and customizable. But given that WJ costs about half of the platforms with the features I've mentioned in the pros section - it is a steal any way you look at it.

Really like the polling, chat, offers features when doing webinars. Easy to use (multiple screens).

Replays seem to not have fast forward or rewind capabilities. Lots of clicks and verifications to test the system works everytime you log in but it is better to be safe than sorry.

We can't upload high res images files for webinars. And the streaming quality loses clarity . Our webinars need to show high quality images. Much better options for this on ZOom

What is NOT to love? I love most that it's so easy to set up, easy to engage with my attendees, and has all the built in tracking that you need. I can't even wait to try Everwebinar now!!

I mean...live chat would be awesome, but support is so fast on responding to the tickets, it's not a big deal. OH I know what i like least..the delay. When I teach I ask them to chime in on chat, except they hear my voice delayed, so navigating that time can be awkward. Also when selling and I put the "enroll now" button in the chat, the chat is real time, but my words are delayed so the link might pop in at a weird time. But really not a big deal — loving it all.

WebinarJam was much more flexible than its competitors, seems like a thought-through platform built from scratch, as opposed to others, that seemed inflexible in terms of being able to update and add new features. It's more seamless when you show a PPT. It's easier to show a video. I love that I don't have to import a whole video to it...I can simply put a YouTube link in the video area, and it will play it.

Nachteile

WebinarJam is more expensive than its competitors, and it's no easier to get customer service. There is no phone service.

Fairly easy to to create a new webinar and get it up and functional, even for non-techies. And when I did have problems, customer support responded promptly and were extremely helpful!

Wish there were more registration page designs to choose from. And a few difficult integration things, for non-techies.

This software is so easy to use and brings everyone together at the same time, no matter where they are. If someone missed the webinar, there is the replay option, so no one is ever left out.

You have to have good internet service to use, or it spends a lot of time buffering. Other than that, I can't think of anything.

This software is wonderful if wanting to broadcast a webinar or live streaming! It allows you to stream on facebook. My managers used webinarjam for conferences and we could join in no matter where we were. It is easy to use and allows you to have multiple presenters.

When trying to join a conference my boss was holding we found that some of us had a hard time joining into them. Costumer service helped is out right away.

Easy to setup without special IT skills. Nice and user friendly live room.

Very slow Support and not very helpful. Issues with email notifications. Changes to the webinar should not impact the notifications being sent. This is one of the most important reasons to select an online webinar tool. The registration form does not allow for custom fields to be added.

Simple clean interface, intuitive, easy setup and powerful analytics. It generates profits and cost pennies. And, it's built by industry pros who care and back it up with great technical support. You can't go wrong.

A few esoteric issues resolved by technical support agents that were responsive and attentive, but not much else.

I ran 8 webinars, and 6 of them crashed. When they crashed I lost all of my potential customers in the webinar, along with their trust. WJ customer service denied responsibility for the technical failures, wouldn't speak to me on the phone, and wouldn't refund my money.

Nachteile

Half a minute lag in Europe makes it impossible to interact with audience.

Upselling, cross selling. A product so commercial it starts to feel cheap.

Trial program automatically becomes a paid subscription; targets companies that forget that. Considering the fact that it's not very useful with half a minute delay, I think that webinar jam has a decent amount of idle subscriptions.

It is enough easy to understand how to use it. I've had a problem with integrations but with tutorials and support, in a little of time, i've understand where the issue was and fixed it.

Actually i've not used webinarjam so deeply to say if there is something that i don't like. For what i've to do, i can say that my needs are satisfied, for the moment

From a configuration point of view, it is a rich platform.

When we live with our webinar, the system pts up a window: "Finding a server for the optimal performance of your webinar" with a countdown clock of 00:60 seconds. and when it goes down to 00:00 it just reset OVER AND OVER, for 32 minutes. An AWFUL AND VERY STRESSFUL experience for both our team AS WELL AS OUR VIEWERS. Their tecnical support just OUTRIGHT SUCKS.

Startup method was convoluted and confusing for an inexperienced user. Any reviews/praise of the product available online could be traced back to the company itself. Finding genuine good experiences was not something I was able to do. It did not discern itself from GoToWebinar in any way other than price.

It would be nice if there was a way to clear analytics for a particular webinar after making adjustments/changes to it.

I tried out several webinar companies when I was launching my online business. My consultant recommended it. I only did the trial but it seemed very user friendly from both the setup and user end. I have personally attended many webinars using this software.

The reason I didn't ultimately go with this platform is because of the price. I was just starting out and there were other options that were free or much less expensive.

It has been a frustration and hence a non resolution to being able to upload the PDF's. I've asked other people who use this program about this. They said they have to do a share screen and also have never been able to upload the PDF's. The support tried to help but I still was unable to upload. So...screen sharing will be what I will be doing.

I didn't like when I thought you weren't going to become GDPR compliant, but that has been resolved.
Support documentation is buggy (broken links mostly), difficult to navigate, and the doesn't read very well (difficult to scan for answers I need), however the support staff is exceptional.

It is very easy to use and is very powerful for online marketers. The support is also excellent, I did an enquiry in their Facebook group and did not include my email address, they managed to search their user database and go out their way to find my email address, and reach out to me personally multiple times to fix an issue I was having, and the issue was resolved almost right away.

The long delay between live feed and viewers so the chat is always quite delayed, but this isn't a big problem at all and how good the rest of the software is really makes up for it

Everything. I have not had one webinar go successfully due to technological issues on their end, I have had my webinar be completely deleted minutes before I was set to go live, and their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in my life.

Easy to use, cool features make presenting very simple. Took some time in the front end learning things but after I got into it, I find it way easier and more functional than our other platform we were using.

The customer support is super fast and clear on replies!

Well, I think my initial issue was really with the delay and not realizing I needed to use Google Chrome instead of Safari. For my browser. I did not know the Safari browser was causing some issues with certain aspects. The delay is about 8-10 seconds and I'm used to it now. No biggy
