Positive and fun software for my business once I learned how to use it!
I'm using it to create a "free training" webinar that 's part of my sales funnel for a 12-week coaching program
Vorteile
I like that I can have a screen share option at the same time as video camera so viewers can see my face as I present
Nachteile
I wish there was a way to have PPT animated within the webinar room. I used the screen share option, but couldn't use it in "presenter mode" so my work around was to copy all of the notes out of my PPT into a word document, and read from the word document instead, while clicking through the PPT presentation.

Built a business in two weeks!
Two weeks ago I had an opportunity to split my business into two and start a web-only division that would give me a global presence but I had to move very quickly. With rep., it's two weeks later and I'm selling to clients all over the world!
Vorteile
I was up and running FAST! The intuitive nature of the platform combined with rep. concierge service had me selling registrations and posting videos in 14 days!
Nachteile
There is SO MUCH in terms of options, features, bells and whistles, it was easy to get lost some times during set up. The concierge service solved that problem.

What a powerhouse tool for the internet marketer
Ease of use, set up, configuration.
Vorteile
The private room, the YouTube and Facebook Live options in going live. The customer service is great and responsive (wish they'd be a tad more prompt, but they're a big help when they get back to you in 24-28 hours).
Nachteile
I wish it was on part with Zoom--giving the ability to show your face as well as a slideshow. This is the cutting edge of webinars now.

In over two months, I could never use this platform once. User unfriendly
None. They even charged my card after I asked them to cancel
I got sold by one of their affiliate marketers. The person offered "coaching" but never was able to deliver that either. As a result we were slowed down in our process. I can see the need for coaching in using this platform, because clutter of information overload and feeble organization makes the learning curve unhealthy for a small business
Nachteile
As mentioned before: disorganization and information clutter. the user is not supposed to have to watch a video every time something is needed. The over promise and underdeliver

Product ok, Service extremely poor
Vorteile
It has good features for webinar but are not totally clear. Their customer journey, especially their ticketing system is not totally baked so the overall experience is much poorer than it has to be.
Nachteile
Service. Extremely poor service. Even during COVID-19, you should be able to respond to a support ticket within 7 days and when someone tries to use your Facebook community for support from other users and you keep denying the posts and telling them to submit a ticket, you look incompetent.

Post event Review
The latency is really bad... is more than 10sec, really omg. and flickering happened when i have about 200 pax of guest entering the room. To me this are the most crucial thing that your end need to solve.
and it would be great if you can improve the screen resolution to HD.

Great for webinars but not user friendly.
Other than the learning curve, I've found Webinarjam is great when you host frequent webinars. It is well worth it in the end.
Vorteile
I love how easy this integrates with my email marketing programs and payment processors. It also provides a great webinar experience to my users.
Nachteile
I do not find WebinarJam very user friendly, especially for those who are not tech savvy. I appreciate their video lessons, but it was a big learning curve for me and I consider myself pretty tech savvy.

Great Product, 1 big flaw
I enjoy WJ and am looking for more ways to use it. It is easy to use and you can set up and run a webinar in less than 15 minutes if needed.
Vorteile
WJ is easy to use and I love that it automatically records the webinar. The analytics are also a great feature.
Nachteile
You can not scrub the replay video. This is a HUGE downfall of WJ as it does not allow someone to fast forward or rewind any part of the replay.

It has helped me work with clients and reach new ones.
Vorteile
It integrates with everything so I can keep using the tools and platforms that I prefer. It's also got so many features that help make the webinars interesting and interactive and I love all the data that you can pull to really see what worked. As someone who appreciates good design, but does not have time to build it myself, their design templates are really nice and easy to work with.

Customer service is non-existent. If you need help, you are better off asking the self-help Facebook group. The platform failed miserably twice on us because we had pending questions (3+ weeks) that were (and still are not) addressed.

A powerfule and useful tool with room for improvement
In general the tool is very useful to communicate your ideas to the general public. Integration with Youtube works very well and is a defintive plus.
Vorteile
1) Easy to use.
2) Fast learning curve (fairly intuitive).
3) Good quality Webinar delivery.
Nachteile
1) Should implement the time zone autodetection across the board, specially in EverWebinar.
2) Should implement sending a notification to the Organizer / Host after a customer hits the payment button. This would be specially useful when auto return after payment fails because it would allow the Host to do a follow up and send the registration link to the customer.

You Can Do A Webinar Right Now!
I needed a webinar presentation software that I could run the same day and Webinar Jam delivered.
Vorteile
The learning curve on Webinar Jam is so short, you can literally do a webinar the same day you set up your account, if you wanted to. I have set through hundreds of webinar presentations, for me, Webinar Jam, takes home the prize.
Nachteile
I would like to get one email and not four when I sign up. I would like them to be combined. Give me all what I need right now with one email.

Ease and sharing of screens for multiple speakers, the ease of set-up, live chat room and the ability to add people from the Chat room to become a speaker.
Nachteile
A Customer Support phone number is much needed. Trying to type what your problem is, is time-consuming and takes too long for a busy office, especially when an answer is needed in minutes. I almost canceled due to this problem. Also...be sure to clearly inform new users during their 1$ trial period what the step-by-step process is to accomplish a Webinar for the first time. A bullet-point checklist works great (a cheat sheet). Need clear instructions after registration!

Decent Product--HORRIBLE SUPPORT
My overall experience is a decent platform that offers a lot of variety but has problems with functionality and atrocious customer service.
Vorteile
The software is very easy to use and there are a lot of features that make it beneficial for not only webinars but for team meetings.
Nachteile
Horrible customer support. I've had multiple webinars that froze on me and people had to login and logout. I had a survey that was broken and was not able to be filled out. I had one webinar where everything completely froze for the entire webinar and all I could do was speak. The issue here is it's very difficult to get someone to really respond to you and handle your question or concern. Most recently I sent in a ticket and I couldn't even retrieve their response to the ticket because of defects and their customer service platform.

The options are very broad, which is awesome! The polls, and other integrations are very nice. You can adjust everything to your own style and color. The outgoing emails you can also adjust everything to your own wish. Great!

I was frustrated until [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] on the support team helped me
I went back and forth with everwebinar support and facebook support. Finally, a rep from everwebinar came in like a ROCKSTAR and solved my issue. There was a few spaces in my code and an apostrophe where there shouldn't be, he and the supervisor noticed it and helped me correct it, giving me the greenlight on my pixel and allowing me to run ads. Thanks !

In general I am very satisfied with the solution. Especially the registration process is a plus compared to other solutions. You really get a lot of functionality at a reasonable price.

Nachteile
I have two things to mention.
1. I have run 4 Webinars weekly. If I go to MY WEBINARS and want to edit one of them and I'm insight the ading process I can't see the name of the webinar I#m in. That is annoying if I have during the editing process a break and not sure which I'm adding than I have to go back to make sure I'm in the right one! There it would be helpful to have the Webinar name above the blue buttons.
2. If I want to cancel my using period, it will be canceled immediately and not on the end of the booked period. For me it's not realy serious from your side to cancel it just on the end the periode. I did it on a mistake and had to renewal for $1 again. I didn't like this way!

Good but with little effort it could be outstanding
Vorteile
1. Competitive price for what you get in return.
2. Easy to use.
3. It has the most important tools to make a good webinar.
Nachteile
1. The quality of the replays is very bad. This has forced us to have to record the webinars ourselves to obtain a better video quality.
2. The email notification tool is spamy.
2. The integration tools for sending emails are very limited unless we use zappier and even then this solution is not satisfactory for us. Ideally, your API should have an integrated module for sending notifications. This would make it much easier to integrate it with the legacy application that we unfortunately have to continue working with.

Vorteile
I won't name names but I've tried several other live webinar services and Webinar Jam, I thought, was the best out there at the time. Pretty easy set up, great tracking analytics, and overall good experience for the live attendees.
Nachteile
The page builder for building landing pages wasn't the most intuitive. And was somewhat limiting. For set up, some things weren't straight forward and I had to do quite a bit of research to figure it out.

Potential to Be One of the Best Webinar Platforms

WebinarJam offers incredible marketing features at a great price. They have the POTENTIAL to be one of the best platforms out there IF everything worked the way it should.
Nachteile
Initially, I thought it would be a no-brainer to switch from GoToWebinar to WebinarJam. Turns out it was a nightmare. The WebinarJam platform was buggy and we couldn't get the basic functionality to work on a few webinars. We ended up switching back to GoToWebinar.

A lot of features but lacks quality
It provides a lot of features in a single product for a fair price. I can recommend it if you are just starting in webinars.
Vorteile
It's a complete solution if you need to organize a webinar.
It provides landing pages for registration, thank you page and one for users waiting for the webinar.
It allows you to send email reminders and provides automated replay to send after the event.
It gives you an option to integrate with third party services.
During the event it allows you to display slides and offers.
And it allows you to have multiple hosts on a single event.
Nachteile
The quality. It's the number one complaint from my audience.
Both sound and video quality is far from perfect.
Event though it supports streaming to youtube, the video and sound is highly compressed.

Feedback for WebinarJam
Overall we are satisfied with its simplicity as well as its stability - so far no hiccups in quality of video & sound. Definitely our preferred platform when compared to others.
Vorteile
The ease of use and simplicity in setting it up. Plus the templates available that allows us to customise our own content. On top of that, the journey for participants is also simple from registration to reminders to replay emails.
Nachteile
We are unable to show both slides and video side by side, which could be helpful for those wanting to share a screen and show a flipchart on video. Also, if breakout rooms were possible it'd be great. Lastly, music on both the waiting (lounge) and during the webinar would be a good option to have.

Two Big Issues
Overall it was a solid platform however it ultimately failed us twice when we needed it most. One was in the data analytics and the second when the entire platform went down right before our big closing keynote which caused a MASSIVE disruption. In addition, we lost all the recordings from the sessions during when the platform went down. I will be contacting WerbinarJam in regards to a partial refund.
Vorteile
Fairly easy to use and quality of broadcast was good.
Nachteile
One of reasons we chose Webinar Jam was because of analytic capabilities however after our event many of the breakout sessions had clear issues with the data, indicating that the average time an attendee spent in a session was a low as a few seconds which we knew was false. This was an important metric for us and the data had so many questionable exceptions that it was ultimately useless.

The only product that could do what we required
Due to Coronavirus we decided to switch our annual graduation ceremonies to online. With only one month to create these from scratch, WebinarJam was the only product we found that could handle our requirements. It was amazingly easy to use and surpassed our expectations in every way.

The ability to mix live presentation with pre-loaded content and injected video

We had some issues uploading PowerPoint presentations - but all worked fine in the end

This is a terrible product
My overall experience was terrible and your customer service is shockingly bad - you took a recurring payment for the software after I had cancelled it! I don't use it as it is a software I don't resonate with and is too expensive - I also want my money back - I feel you took it without even contacting me to resolve the issues I had emailed AND called about

The best functions for a webinar system
Vorteile
The best thing about WebinarJam and Everwebinar are all the options to implement for automating your webinar and using it as a full marketing channel.
Nachteile
After using this for a couple of years, i'm still missing a custom succcesspage. Like... why isn't this still here as a number one webinar/marketing platform? This helps for upsells and better tracking for advertisement.

What I liked most about Webinar Jam was the ease of setting it up. Some webinar services are tricky and confusing. I thought theirs was simple and provided tutorial videos if you needed assistance. The features and functions of Webinar Jam was cutting edge.

The one drawback is it is kind of pricey. But if you are making money on your webinars then it can easily & quickly pay for itself.

Very easy to use
Vorteile
This is amazingly easy to sign up for if you want to attend a webinar. You simply need to enter your name and email and then choose a time. There is even an option for your time zone.
Nachteile
Most of the webinars that I have attended are recorded and not live however, there is no option to pause or rewind the webinar.

Webinars Combined With Marketing Tools
I've been using WebinarJam since it's creation and have found it the best for people looking to make offers and convert attendees into customers. I've used GotoWebinar and Zoom as well but find WebinarJam to have more features and less restrictions than any other platform.

Works with very few glitches, made with marketing and conversions in mind, good follow up tools.
Nachteile
Nothing that I can think of. It does everything you need it do.

Solid platform and strong value in the market
Vorteile
Awesome system to set up marketing webinars. An extremely robust system for communicating to customers and send a notice for upcoming events.
Nachteile
There seems to have a noticeable lag when leading a webinar. the platform cashes a little for some customers. The quality of the 2020 version is a lot better than prior to 2019.

Does a lot, feature rich Webinar software. Some stability issues.
Vorteile
This is a feature rich kit. Landing pages, reminder emails, screen sharing, and full webinar features. The integrations on this one are endless.
Nachteile
Have had issues with sound quality and drop-outs from time to time. Getting support can be difficult. Setup can be long-winded.

everwebinar, and automated features like sending follow-up messages for the replay after the webinar; no limit on # of contacts in the database, just to name a few
Nachteile
the only downside is that sometimes webinars viewers get kicked out of the webinar, but based on my experience that is more based on the bandwidth available on the viewers network.

Not very happy...
Not the best
Vorteile
It's easy to use and the templates for outreach are more than enough.
Nachteile
The replay to the webinar couldn't be recovered! The attention I received after sending the ticket was not at all what I expected, they had me going back and forth with emails, and they even asked me if I could prove that my webinar really lasted the duration I was telling them...after sending them screenshots so they would believe me they said that the replay link couldn't be recovered and that it was a user problem.

I wanted to integrate with aweber but I never got a solution, so I decided to use the emails from Webinarjam. The support team couldn’t help.
When it comes to issues by Webinarjam and other platforms support team is not helpful

What I enjoy about this software the video quality and the chat option was very useful and it doesn't lag as much as another software.
Nachteile
It's to expensive to used this platform if your on a budget you can't afford this at all it's not going be in your budgets.

Is very friendly to use, can connect more users than other platforms and the fact of making real time offers is very nice.

Lost all of data
Overall it has been good, but my experience with the upgrade has me questioning the value of renewing my registration.
Vorteile
Fully integrated -- registration, presentation and followup.
I can show videos, powerpoint and have offers.
Nachteile
You lost all my registration data. I spent two weeks promoting the webinar and four days before the event all of my registration data disappeared. Not cool. One day I had over 30 registrations, the next day 0.
I went back to my major audiences and got some people to register again.

WJ or others
So far so good. but I had this one experience that the session ended in just 2 hours. while it should end within the time limit (3hours)
Vorteile
WJ has awesome features compared to other platforms. It is easy to create an event page.
Nachteile
The administrator/moderator should see the whole event with video and mic, not just at the back of the webinar coz right now, I am controlling the webinar as a presenter and it counts my number of presenters, the moderator link is useless at all.
